Excellent evening. Have just left here tonight. Fabulous meal and service. Paid significantly more elsewhere yesterday and rate your food and service much better. Had the Christmas menu. Had butternut squash and spinach tart very tasty. Christmas pudding great. Your staff are a credit. The young man that served us tonight was lovely. Very polite.Definitely coming back.

Food is as good as always here made even better by being looked after by staff member Lily, she's a credit to the Brook 👍 she has a great attitude.

Superb local pub, in shopping area, great food, engaged staff and wonderful experience. Pool, good tv viewing, large bar and lounge, really welcoming.

What a great local this pub is. You’re always in for a warm welcome from a super friendly team. The locals are also a great bunch at there is a real good buzz about the place. The food has come on leaps and bounds since the current landlords took over. Keep up the good work

Called in for a drink with the kids while the wife finished an appointment. Got a parking fine through the post a week later. I didn’t ask for a receipt for 3 cokes so no chance of appeal Not one member of staff thought it kind to make me aware that you had to enter a reg plate. Why a village pub has ANPR cameras baffles me and parking availability has never been an issue here before. Avoid this pub and greedy owners!

Great service from a really friendly chappie called Aza, made us feel really welcome! Being Dogs friendly is great and we had a lovely Sunday lunch. We will return!

I’ve visited quite a few times since the new owners have taken over and had a great experience each time, so pleased to say the Hilton Brook is my favourite local again, finally! Most recently we had a surprise visit from extended family so we took our chances and hoped we could get a table for lunch. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating for all of us and the food was absolutely spot on, all came out piping hot, really well presented and absolutely delicious, especially the fish & chips and the surf & turf!! Lily and Jess were wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Food was amazing, portion sizes are definitely more than enough. Food was tasty, it all came out piping hot. The ladies on the bar were lovely, very attentive. Nice selection of beers on tap. Plenty to choose from in the bottle fridges. Would definitely recommend going for a meal or drinks.

There were 17 of us, adults and children. The food and drinks were lovely, staff were attentive, polite and helpful. We were there for over 5 hours they did not rush us and could not have been more helpful.

5 Family came together to eat and met at the Hiltonbrook, super service and excellent meal Staff so willing and gave great service

Always consistently brilliant this pub food is always great services is quick efficient and friendly nothing is never an issue for any of the team that work here

Went for a quick pint with a mate and ended up dreadfull she had to change the barrel which completely understand she took the payment and then the manger I assume came up and told her it was back on instead of serving us she served several others and left us waiting for around 20 mins then when I said something had ago at me and told me I was rong the manger then came over and apologised absolutely disgraceful won't be going there again talbot or the Kings head all the way

Regularly come here and time after time they hit the nail on the head. Always a warm welcome, clean and tidy, and foods always bang on. Credit to the team for turning this place around

Excellent place, always reliable for lunch! fantastic food, very quick order time and really friendly polite service. Kids and I very happy with food and delicious chocolate sundae dessert. Staff brought over a ton of pencils for the kids to be occupied for the brief time we were waiting for food.

Visited tonight, I had gammon egg pineapple chips peas & tomato, husband had steak & ale pie, chips peas & gravy, food was absolutely lovely, the gammon was the best I’ve had, crispy egg too, perfect. Place was clean & welcoming and the staff were friendly. Will definitely visit again, well done to the team.

Never again, I have never been treated so badly. Sunday 24th March at around 16:20 I ordered food. 3 people behind the bar only one was serving, 15 minutes to be served. No lasagna, so I had pie and chips. Pie came and the puff pastry was rock solid, the shortcrust base was worse. I ate a few peas, 3 or 4 chips and a bit of filling and couldn’t eat another bite. I asked politely for a refund. Manageress came over and agreed that it was inedible, we couldn’t break the puff pastry lid off the bar but said because I had eaten part of the filling that the pie had been eaten and was so insulting it was beyond belief, they then said “I know where you’re going with this, I’m telling you to leave”!!!! I have never been so insulted and other diners around me couldn’t believe how I had been spoken to. I wasn’t threatening, I hadn’t used any bad language, raised my voice even, and was happy to pay for my daughter’s meal as that was at least eatable (this still wasn’t great though). I have never been so insulted, and made to feel like I was trying it on.

Had an amazing time, Jessica, Joey, George and Rhianna were all so lovely and welcoming. Had a good laugh with them. Highly Recommend.

First time visiting and it was a great experience, food was fantastic and piping hot. Fresh and very yummy. One things for sure Anna the chef knows how to cook a steak, 10/10. I will definitely be coming back very soon, thankyou :)

Lovely spot with great tasting food and friendly staff, I found there to be a great atmosphere and a great place to have a meal with family and friends, would most definitely recommend.

The whole staff were warm and welcoming with a big shout out to Lily and Natalie for their perfect customer service. Really appreciated your help in dealing with the bacon mixup. My compliments to the chef on his hard work with vegetarian preparation.

Having visited to pub last year I was quite hesitant to return, however seeing so many good reviews I thought I would give it another try under the New Landlords, and I have to say I was so blown away upon arrival first of all the cleanliness of the outside had me intrigued. Entering the pub just totally fantastically clean, we stayed for something to eat and we’re greeted by a lady called Natalie she was so lovely and friendly as were all the staff. We were then asked by George the landlord how everything was with our food and visit, so polite and genuine. Needless to say we will be returning and definitely recommending..

We visited recently having not been for ages. We were made welcome immediately by the friendly staff and the overall experience was excellent.
