Helpful and friendly staff, but the food was a little disappointing. Would be happy to come back for hot drinks but maybe not the food. Partner ordered a smoked salmon bagel - generous amounts of smoked salmon, but it would've been nice if it came with a bit of salad or crisps. I ordered a tuna mayonnaise jacket potato. There was a lot of tuna and the potato was hot, but the coleslaw tasted like the sort you'd buy from a pre-prepared tub in the supermarket. Presentation felt a bit odd as well, as they served the cheese in large cubes rather than grated.

Lovely little cafe. Rustic appearance. De caf cappuccino great.. lovely and unusual choice of sandwiches, toasties and jacket spuds. Hope to visit again. Pity it's tucked away behind the Beeston library but it is well worth searching out.

Just been to the Hideaway in Beeston. Just around the corner from The Commercial. Had an amazing cheese scone - what is their secret recipe please? Fab service and a really lovely vibe. Well worth a visit. P

I never leave reviews but had to after visiting this hidden gem! The hospitality is warm and genuine (shout out to Jasmine who brightens my every morning) and it has a really relaxed atmosphere thanks to the playlist choice / candles dotted everywhere. Toilets are spotless which is a plus. Delicious & good quality coffee, lovely home-baked treats and a hearty yet inexpensive menu. It’s so cosy it almost feels like being in a friends living room. Very glad I found this place!

It's a lovely cafe, but the prices are a little too high for what you get, similar establishments charge about the same but you definitely get more. It's worth a visit but you may leave still feeling hungry.

Brilliant location in the quadrant. Its next to a gym, open working space, the library and the school. Not a location I would have normally walked through. This is a lovely new, clean and attractive cafe with seating inside and undercover outside. The staff are friendly and checked on our food while eating. They were quite busy when visited and the speed of service was reasonable. We had drinks and sandwiches. It would have been nice to have a bit of salad or crisps as an accompaniment with the sandwiches. Selection of cakes reasonable. Prices are quite good, however personally I'd have paid a little more for a larger slice of flapjack & brownie. They did look very small. Decafe tea was good and clearly labelled. A pot of tea would be a good option. Toilet facilities very good with disabled facilities. Customers were there with their dogs in the undercover seating outside. I know this is a new cafe so its early days for them. We'll definitely visit again.

Tucked away on a little cobbled street, but can guarantee a big wholesome breakfast. Only about four tables, but you do get served quickly.

DISAPPOINTING - Lovely friendly staff, but tables too close together (We could feel the couple next to us breathing )Mediocre food and awful toilet facilities , located just off the kitchen.
