Haveli in Broxtowe

The place is amazing! If not only are you into a great tasting food, but also into an excellent customer service (props to Jewan) - this place is for you! Complements to the chief for the chicken and lamb!

We’ve been to haveli a couple of times for celebration dinners and it’s excellent food and service every time. Highly recommend this place. They even gifted us commentary lager after our dinner as a birthday treat. Definitely worth a visit

This is our 3rd time back in quick succession! Easily one of our favourite restaurants now. Literally everything is excellent from the ambience, the friendly, happy service from Jewan and completely delicious food! The dal makhani is gorgeous. We can't wait to try the whole menu 😋

This was a lovely restaurant experience throughout. From the polite and respectful staff to the delicious food on offer, every guest at our table felt accommodated and filled up after the meal! One of our guests was celebrating their birthday, and therefore the staff provided a 'happy birthday' song and cake. Wonderful, will look to come again.

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered at 19:20 and it showed up at 18:20. Their excuse was that they were busy…..we pre-ordered the food at around 16:00 and they accepted it. They should not have accepted the order if they could not fulfil it for the time selected. Our children were getting ready for bed and we would not have been able to eat it until the time we ordered it for. We called and our options were £10 off and eat it cold or send it back and get a full refund. We very rarely order takeaway and this is was our treat because we like it here but we’ve now got no dinner and will not be ordering from here again.

Spent our second Christmas day here yesterday. Only one word springs to mind..EXCELLENT! The food and service were fantastic. We even given a present of biscuits wine and other goodies. As long as this restaurant is open Christmas Day we won't go anywhere else. Merry Christmas Haveli

We had a lovely Birthday meal and would recommend the Haveli Thali and the mixed grill feast, particularly the bass! Thanks to Rav and the team for dining happy birthday!

Food and service excellent. Great choice, great tasting Food. Pricing slightly higher than other competitors local. Either way throughly enjoyed. Service from the staff was also excellent. Parking minimal but there is off road parking.

Fabulous meal here tonight. We had poppadoms and gorgeous fresh pickles, followed by starters of Chilli Fish and Chicken Pakora, both of which were really lovely, quite spicy and beautifully presented. Following this came our mains, Desi Lamb - very nice with very tender lamb and the Karahi Chicken which was beautiful. Accompanied by Pilau Rice, Saag Aloo, Tarka Dal and a wonderful Peshwari Naan, all polished off with zero alcohol Kingfisher beers. This is the best Indian meal I've had for a very long time. Service was impeccable, food was divine. A fabulous restaurant and I would definitely recommend.

Had my inlaws over at the weekend who aren't huge indian food lovers but absolutely changed their minds with how amazing your food is. Meat cooked to perfection, spice was amazing amount of food is brilliant for what you pay. Absolutely gorgeous and will be ordering from here from now on. I thought the service was a little slow to begin with but when the food arrived it was fantastic. Staff were attentive and lovely. I loved the decor and the attention to detail, especially the peacock napkins. We celebrated a couple of birthdays and the staff helped us celebrate perfectly! We will definitely be back again! Loved it!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately, my recent takeaway from Haveli, once a beloved Indian restaurant, was a disappointment. The quality and taste of the food have significantly declined. The signature dishes that used to set them apart now seem ordinary compared to other local options. It's disheartening to see such a beloved institution fall short of its previous standards. I hope they can regain their reputation for exceptional food and service.

Service is impeccable as is the food and wine quality. Highly recommended. Lost a star for allowing a really loud child to shout for the whole meal. Seems unfair to penalise the restaurant but if you allow really young children in and they make a right racket, the atmosphere rating is going to be affected. I do recommend the place, children aside.

Havali is an exceptional restaurant. Food was outstanding. Very tasty and tender. Service - extraordinary. We visit the Havali from the US every year. This year - three times in one month. It NEVER disappoints.

Slow to bring food but the food is nice.

Went for a 50th Birthday celebration. The food was amazing, the staff went above and beyond and came out with a cake, sand happy birthday and celebrated with us. Amazing place, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time at Haveli. The food was very nice, the service was attentive without being overbearing and the prices were reasonable. Portion size was generous without being excessive. Child friendly and has a basic but generous kids menu. My son (9) was over the moon to get rice and chips with his curry!

Food was incredible. Hands down the best Indian we have had in a longtime. Shared a curry and rice (with sides) and this was more than enough for two people so great value for money too!

Can cater for a large party. Offered a good selection of dishes and also accommodated for spice levels. Food was tasty but portion sizes were small. My party of 20 opted for the set menu but the waiting times between dishes/nans/rice are something to look out for. Overall a good restaurant for its location

Absolute mockery of Indian cuisine. The food is not good at all, I do not think the chef knows what they’re cooking in the kitchen. Please go at your own risk. Expensive restaurant but not worth for money at all.

Ordered multiple times and tikka masala is usually our favourite and never disappoints. Tonight’s did not taste good at all. Very disappointing after looking forward to it all week.

I have been a regular visitor to India for many decades. Eating there with Brahmins I have come to expect the best foods. Here I found some of those best foods, I had a Thali, reminiscent of those I enjoy on Mount Abu and the Gujarat I highly recommend this restaurant both for its food, staff helpfulness and surroundings. Three children 6yrs to 11yrs ate chicken Tikka without complaint other than a request for yogurt. With drinks six of us paid £115, not bad in today’s climate.

We went here on the 28th of March Thursday first time we’ve been under the new management absolutely fantastic staff, tentative, polite. this was a first time this year, because after last year‘s experience, which I believe was the old management, I swore I’d never go again. I’m so glad that we decided to change that and visit.. The atmosphere is lovely the food is absolutely gorgeous The plates were hot, which is a bugbear of mine in a restaurant when you get served food on cold plates And a very nice touch at the end. They bought us a nice cake because it was an anniversary day for ourselves and complimentary drinks which we thought was very nice.. if you’ve not been since the takeover by the new management I sincerely recommend that you do, you will not be disappointed
