Great place. Good food and nice service.

Pet is not welcome because on rainy days, it’s only 6 degrees Celsius and pet have to sit outside.

We had an amazing city and food tour with the Hanoi Backstreet Tours on motorbikes. These 'Hanoi Backstreet Boys' are great and you see not only the beautiful sites in the city but also the raw ones. The tour ends at the Hidden Gem where you taste different Hanoi streetfood. Please do not forget to try the egg coffee here. The owner learned the best recipe from the hotel where this coffee was founded in the last century. Delicious! A special thanks to Duc, our main guide who has told us much about the city and the culture and rituals of the Vietnamese people. But also thanks for the great evening to the other bikers Manh, Mountain and Quang!

The food was really nice, but the majority of the staff looked miserable. There was only one member of staff that smiled when he took our order. Customer service definitely needs improving.

Come here on a regular basis and it's always amazing. Food is always fantastic, great quality and perfectly executed. Great monthly specials too. The prices are also extremely reasonable for the quality. Always good service even when very busy and great setting. Our favourite place to eat in Sheffield.

Lovely brunch cafe and coffee shop. Food is delicious. Heated seating area outside with blankets and bowls + treats for dogs. Highly recommended

Had a great brunch . We were searching for a good cafe and came across this superb place totally be accident after searching what’s nearby on on google . If we had not used google maps we would not have found this cafe . Car park was very busy , we dropped lucky . Next time we will park up and walk in across the fields. We will absolutely be recommending this great place to everyone we know .

The pot washer was fantastic never eaten off cleaner cutlery. I am sure he is a spectacular lad and I am also certain he needs a raise for the expertise in cutlery and pot cleaning. -Jack Cox

This is a cafe which doesn't take bookings. It has free car parking outside. The cafe is all level access though it is a bit cosy, so people in wide wheelchairs might struggle if there is no one to help them navigate past the furniture. It is a modern cafe with trendy type frothy coffees, breakfast (from £8.50) granola (£6), burger and fries (from £14) and a cake cabinet. They are very nice. You should wait to be seated at the door from the lobby into the cafe. Service is table side, but if you're in a rush and they're busy, you might want to take your order to the front. We paid on ordering. This cafe is related to a charity that helps disabled young people to increase their skills. I thought the goods and crafts being sold in the lobby were made by them, but reading the labels, there were things from London etc. Personally, I didn't see much that I thought was unique and good value enough to tempt me. Some things are a little expensive, but it is good quality I found the entrance a little confusing the first time I went, and I would like to see more about the ways they are involved in the charity. The venue is tucked behind a housing estate (hence the name) and a little out of way so the charity is my main motivation for any loyalty as it isn't a convenient location for me.

I'm glad of all the signs pointing the way, because it really is a little hidden! And definitely a gem, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent. If I lived closer I'd be there all the time, but it's certainly worth the trip. It's not too far from a bus stop, so fairly easy to get to from the city centre

Beautiful cafe with the most welcoming and lovely staff. Very attentive and friendly and always going out of their way! The food is brilliant, never had a bad experience here, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Also you cannot leave without a piece of the cake 😊

Outstanding food. We had the eggs benedict and eggs royale with some extra bits on the side. They were more than happy to accommodate small adjustments to the order too. Clean and tidy. Very busy but very smiley and efficient staff regardless.

We walked to the *Hidden Gem with the dog and enjoyed a fab alfresco lunch. *named because it’s slightly difficult to locate, at the back of a housing development! Friendly service and really lovely food, plus small (garden related) gift shop. Dog made welcome with treats and water bowls, the outside courtyard has covered areas and patio heaters for all weathers. Even better, eating here supports a great local charity.

Everyone has told me to go and try it and I finally did, it lived up to expectation. Excellent lemon Victoria sponge, excellent hot chocolate, fantastic atmosphere, not rushed, really enjoyed our visit.

We had a lovely brunch as a family, recommended by our son who lives in Sheffield. We have another son who is a wheelchair user and his assistance dog. We were all welcomed and the food was all delicious. It was a precious brunch to see our son and his girlfriend before we head back to the South. We will definitely visit again and recommend to other people visiting Sheffield.

Visited for breakfast. Good gluten free menu choice for my friend. I had the breakfast burrito which was excellent and he had the full English which was tasty. Service was friendly, definitely would go again.

Recently visited with friends and was so happy to discover this little gem. They have a few good vegetarian options and the staff were all lovely.

Brunch with friends celebrating a birthday. We had both types of french toast, eggs royale and avocado and eggs on sourdough all with a variety of coffee, very good.

Always a pleasurable experience eating here. It has a relaxed & happy vibe but with gorgeous food. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Only negative is how busy it can get….is that a negative? No just a sign of how popular it is

We supprisingly found out this cafe and it is truely "hidden gem". Menu is a bit expensive but food are nice, the creamy mushroom is delicious 👍 We love cosy space, shopping something pretty from the workshop next door. Will come back soon.

Hidden away, just on the East edge of the Peak District. Great little cafe/resteraunt and art collective/shop. The eggs were great and the coffee was fresh and well roasted. Will definitely return for breakfast when next in the area!

Food and service is great. Only things we didn't care for was it was so noisy it was hard to hold a conversation and the parking is bad.

We came here for lunch, careful because the kitchen on a Saturday closes at 3pm! We arrived at 15 to 3pm and they still served us lunch 💪☺️ We all had very delicious dishes, it also has nice healthy options ❤️ Really liked the place, would like to return again. Very friendly staff

Made to feel unwelcome from the point I entered the building to when they bought the machine over to me to pay for my coffee. Not sure if it is because we chose to sit outside or if it was because of our ethnicity. I haven’t experienced prejudiced rude behaviour like this since the 80’s. I’m sure I will get a response that states that this is normal protocol. Trust me it is not!

The clue is in the name! This place really is a hidden gem. The food from a very varied and reasonably-priced menu was really tasty, the coffee excellent, the atmosphere spot on and the service exemplary. Will definitely come back, also to spend more time in the lovely gift shop.

Went here on Tuesday afternoon for some coffee with some friends, was greeted by the young lady working there and was asking a few question just before the manager came over and started talking over her and not letting her finish and it felt rather rude and undermining of her. Other than that the coffees and cakes where delicious.

Long time since our last visit as we left Sheffield some years ago and wow, how things have changed. The cafe is bright, welcoming with a good menu choice and specials. Great service and good considered advice from staff - ‘You can get a full English any day but the breakfast tostada is ending today and it’s really good.’ And it was. Prices are similar to other good quality cafes but the food is premium quality and the specials are imaginative and really deliver on flavour.

Absolutely wonderful brunch with great friendly staff. Will visit again soon.

Visited on the 29th Jan to celebrate my wife’s birthday having been before and loved it. Today’s breakfast was no exception, I challenge you to find a better one. The service was exceptional and was made to feel special throughout. Please visit the wonderful cafe, you won’t be disappointed.

Just had the absolute pleasure of visiting this amazing cafe situated in up market Bents Green a lovely friendly vibe about the place very popular as to be said and I can definitely see why super friendly staff very helpful and take time to get your order we all had coffee my companions and I two of us had cheese salad sandwiches and one of us had steak pepper sandwich with delicious home made chips can heartily recommend this excellent cafe can't wait to visit again

We came from Bath to visit family and they recommended The Hidden Gem. A really appropriate name - the cafe is a bit hidden away but well worth finding. The staff, which includes young people with learning disabilities, were fantastic and definitely hidden gems themselves....
