Delivered food was amazing. Hot, tasty, no excessive MSG, full of natural flavour, and not greasy like other Chinese takeaway's. I will definitely use this business again 10/10

Usually use a different chinese in the area but was a bit let down by it. Used another un the area which again was not as good as it used to be so tried here. Best in the area my lil tummy was very happy!

Never get the order correct!!! Lady on the phone never listens to the actual order which means she repeatedly gets it wrong. Though the food is good. im now Fed up of paying for food that has not been delivered. I won't be using them again as we never get a full meal.

Absolutely amazing food!! Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic! First time ordering and will definitely be ordering again! This place used to be great but not anymore.. what have they done to the food? Soup should not be sweet .. prawn toast ridiculously greasy.. last delivery took over an hour and a half.. no apologies either.. won't use again

Ordered food, took over an hour to arrive and there was missing items. Rang the store back and they couldn't give me a refund and asked for the rest of my good to be delivered and never came. Shame because its good food.

Really disappointed. Food took 2hours to arrive. After repeatedly calling to chase the order, i was repeatedly lied to for 45minutes with them stating the food was on the way, when it clearly wasn’t. Tried to blame traffic when we live less than 10minutes down the road. I could have collected had the staff been honest. Refused to offer a refund or discount when calling up. As a loyal and regular customer i am appalled with the lack of service and care for their customers. Also very unfair for the lovely delivery guy that is the one to face the unhappy customers without knowing they’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Expected more.

Really poor, every time we order on line, we go to collect at the time they state and it's not ready, today I waited an extra 15 minutes in the shop, previously it has been 25 minutes waiting past the time they state. Got home today to find that part of the order is missing too, tried to call and complain but can't get through, not going back to these again which is a shame as the food is ok.

Food never arrived, waited an hour and 10mins

I emailed and telephoned the restaurant as not once until Sunday night have we received bad food and service 😑 but i have recieved no response no offer of refund ......food received half an hour late was undercooked and cold chicken especially with which we ate a small amount and due to this 48 hours later not a good tummy......not very good customer service at all i pre ordered the food to be delivered at 7.30pm no show so rang to be asked if we ordered online or over the phone ....didnt even realise online ordering was available.....definitely not the same management 😕 we received order 30 mins later the guy who delivers is lovely no complaints we have tipped him a few times but to receive undercooked chicken cold pancake rolls and over cooked chips ....no straight in the bin 24 pounds wasted and no offer of refund or replacement 😑 shocking wont be ordering again and we have been loyal customers for years 🙄

Food is the closest to authentic Chinese it comes , rarely get a Chinese but this time I was very satisfied with the food !

Food was disgusting!! Chicken tasted raw and the texture was like jelly, the curry sauce just tasted of salt, the egg fried rice was swimming in oil, and the prawn crackers were stale. Tried to ring the restaurant but no answer. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It's a take out only restaurant hence why 1 star for atmosphere. But the food is tasty, the portion sizes generous, and the service fast and efficient.

DISGUSTED, rang up BEFORE ordering just to make sure they delivered to my area (which they should as it’s 15 minutes away).. half an hour later I get a call saying they now can’t deliver to my area.

Ordered a chicken curry and had to put the chicken on the frying pan as it was still raw. Tried calling but lines have been constantly busy.

Tried all 3 oriental takeaways in Attleborough The Hidden Dragon is tasting the best for me. Others might have different tastes and appreciate different styles of oriental food. For me, it is the most authentic.

Only Chinese we could find open on Tuesday locally. Was pleasantly surprised. Worth a visit.

Great food, it's a fact, it's the best chinese in the area and a young lady on the counter who is very impressive, she's quick, efficient and worthy of a much better job. UPDATE. It has to be said that recently, the Hidden Dragon have become ridiculously expensive. Here are a couple of examples, chicken curry extra hot and egg fried rice, £8.50 I think, golden bridge £6.20, no additional charge for the extra heat, Hidden Dragon charge £0.50 for a chilli, sweet and sour chicken balls with curry sauce instead, plus an extra curry sauce and rice, £11.70, golden bridge £9.80. When I complained they were just too expensive, he said everything's gone up; your prices have but golden bridge didn't get the memo so their prices are still very reasonable, shame on you for charging so much, it's just greedy.

Ordered this evening got home several items missing the women on the phone very rude agreed to send missing items after 20 mins nothing returned the food for a full refund she stated she’s busy it’s not good enough got the money back went else where would not recommend.very poor service the lady is vey rude and blocked my number and then hung up in my partner give Irma a wide berth

Didn't enjoy any of meal. Salt pepper chips soggy awful, king prawn chow mean dry and crispy noodles instead. Chilli meal no spice. Will never come back and will advice others to avoid

Every time I go to this place the woman taking orders is incredibly rude - foods ok but she tops it off. I do not appreciate having a menu thrown at me when I ask if they do a certain dish. Will not return!!!

We had regular takeaway every Friday night and sometimes in the week as well which was lovely for a while but the beef in the beef curry was then served tough, rubbery/chewy and not nice and we have stopped going - such a shame!

Can't believe people are saying this is the best Chinese of Nuneaton. It is by far the WORST and I mean the worst blandest Chinese I've ever tasted. Birmingham Chinese is superior to this.

Best Chinese in town I never go else where. Staff are nice. Parking is a little hard when it's busy. Don't take card which I find is a pain at times

Counter staff is rude!! The curry got no flavour, the ribs is over cook, noodle is fine, chip and aromatic duck can throw into rubbish bin, the best thing is the pop, is cold.... when you only have moderate food level do improve your customer service ...

Tried Hidden Dragon for the first time tonight, and was thoroughly impressed. Quick friendly service in store, piping hot food even after a 10 min walk home. Really fresh, expertly prepared veg in the dishes, meat of good quality. Really good value for money. Will definitely be my Chinese takeaway of choice from now on. Thank you for a really good, faultless Chinese meal.

Bloody very rude manners I rung and wanted to know what soups they gave on the menu she kept saying what do you mean what is soap I kept saying no I never said soap and she got rather rude and aggressive towards me AVOIDE using this like the plague because NO one want to be spoken to in a rude way.
