When you’re asking 15 quid for burger and chips it better be nice …. Not only was it delicious, the portions were huge 10/10

Food is ok, maybe just not suitable for me

Well I've always wanted to try a burger meal from here..it keeps popping up on Facebook and its literally 100 meters away from where I work..and I've heard good things about the quality of the burgers..so last night I did... I got 2 burger meals..onion rings chicken wings a cheese cake pudding and a shake.. it came to£56..lol lol... ..it was the best burger me and my wife have had..I think ever...the wings wasn't too bad..lovely cheese cake in a jar..but of a very good quality..the milkshake wasn't too bad..from us ordering it ..to collecting it was 20 minutes..just like we was told..so no waiting about when we got there..Nice friendly service... BUT WAS IT WORTH £56?? no...not at all...ime glad I've been because it was lovely...but not £56 worth of lovely..its very very over priced..its too expensive to even go once a month... ..

Food was amazing and staff were great and friendly! Just needs better signs outside, got lost trying to find as lots of vehicles obstructed the view of the signs. Still worth searching for

Burgers were both horrible. Chicken burger made someone ill and beef burger was just inedible. The chips were cold as well.

After an absence of six months, I ordered my favorite burger with high hopes, only to find disappointment waiting. The once hearty, homemade-style burgers have dwindled in size and flavor, resembling those from generic chains but at a premium price. Additionally, the shift to Deliveroo for deliveries has resulted in a noticeable decline in quality and reliability. It's disheartening to witness such drastic changes in a once-beloved establishment.

We went and the "restaurant" was in a play area ,so it was very awkward .don't din in !

good burger however it was quite sweet. the fries were not really salted but they were good. took an hour to arrive here almost. ice cream great for price. packaged very strangely.

With delivery, always arrives ahead of time and warm. Like the holes in the packaging which ensure everything remains crispy. Would highly recommend.

Honestly can’t rate this place enough! Best burger I’ve had for along time. Ordered very recently and asked for a slight change in the order from what I could do on the just eat app. Rang up to slightly alter and they did everything I wanted there and then and was free of charge even though I insisted on paying my way. I’ve ordered from this place many times and never been let down! I would recommend this food to any of my friends without a second thought. Just want to thank the staff for great food and great customer service!

One of our items was missing from our order, so they sent the item plus free cake, which was the best chocolate fudge cake I've tasted (and I'm very particular with food. All the food was good bur the JD chicken strips were really good👌

Literally just ordererd a classic patty and chips, the chips were delivered half cold and tasted near enough raw ,the lettuce tasted stale and the bun had a wierd musk taste to it, the beef was only thing alright about it

A generous portion size which is appropriate for the price. Beautifully presentation and fully recyclable containers and bag. Would defo recommend!

Loads of fries came with the burger, they were all dry and seasoned so much with pepper and paprika.. The burger bun was again dry, very little sauce and chicken breast was very small.. Coleslaw was the cheapest coleslaw you buy at aldi.. Won't order again... Took ages to deliver the order too

Ordered through uber eats and where do I start! It was fantastic, having been to the states I never thought I'd find a better burger in UK. How wrong I was! The presentation was fantastic, the flavour was out of this world and the clear passion for what these people do is evidenced in the finished product. I cant recommend this place enough I know we will certainly be ordering again. All I can say is try it for your self, you won't be disappointed.

I am a super regular customer. My meal tonight was indible waste of money, cold uncooked chips, no flavour not particularly well cooked pulled pork, it went in the bin. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from here as wasnt sure due to mixed reviews. Very glad I took the chance. Had the peri peri meal with a shake. Was cooked well, generous portion and almost no grease. Took less than an hour for delivery. Food arrived hot and shake was cold. Have to say with the price and quality of the food it was worth it. I paid 18 pounds including delivery (an amount you could easily spend at mds or kfc now). I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the shake, will be ordering from this place again and trying more from the menu.

Not a great experience, really slow delivery via just eat and the burger was disappointing with gherkins missing. Shake was ok but I have had better ones especially for the prices charged. Real shame as I had been recommended to try here.

Just had our order delivered and it was spot on! We called the order through and they us quoted 50 minutes, it was here within the hour. The food was as it always is, gorgeous! You can’t fault the food, it’s really tasty. We did have an blip a few weeks back over delivery, however Adam (the manager) messaged me and explained what happened and then offered to put it right, which he did. Great customer service and the way to retain customers. I’ll be definitely ordering again and would highly recommend the food, it’s nice to have something this good locally!

Really gone down hill which is a shame as used to be my favourite burgers and shakes. Oreo shake has been watered down and didn't really taste like Oreo anymore. Smash patties used to be really tasty but gone almost tasteless and chips soggy and again bland and tasteless. Last time we will order as it cost over 40 pounds for 3 burgers and shakes.

Absolutely terrible, ordered for just eat and waited hour and half. The burger was horrible the tomato was nearly as big as the burger and price for it was ridiculous it was average that I could have gotten somewhere cheaper. I ordered at 20 to 6 I got tired of waiting when it hit 7 so phoned up and they only just started making it! Never ordering from here again!!

Should rebrand to The Dreadful Burger & Late Co. Food came almost an hour late and wasnt as described at all. For example the bun was pretzel bun instead of brioche bun which is what it was described to be. The chips...firstly weren't mentioned to be part of the burgers clearly. And secondly tasted reheated from another day. Very dry and bland. Dissapointing as the pictures and branding looked great. And a very unique offering for the area.

Just like the name delicious! We always have a great meal from here and a firm favourite for take away night.

Placed online delivery order early with a scheduled time between 1545 and 1600, food didn't come until almost 1635 and having phoned it seemed it had only left the restaurant at 1620. Yes we're on the other side of town but surely this could've been planned and taken into account so we got our food on time. Mostly the food was good but portion sizes seem smaller. Think we will choose somewhere else in future to avoid hungry kids having to wait longer than expected.

Had a burger meal from these guys on recommendation from my daughter ... well what can I say ruddy lovely and wow portions very good 👍

I was really disappointed with this place. We had delivery and our chips were wet and soggy and I brought a pizza and chips kids meal and all that came was 1 slice and a few soggy chips. Spent over £20 and felt completely ripped off. Defo won't be ordering again! And we waited over a hour and half.

First time, worst experience ever. Cheese cakes was wrong told us when they got to the door that the ones we wanted wasn’t in stock. Tell us on the website then not at the door. Milkshakes tastes off. Rang up didn’t offer to give us the money back just said that they will give us free cheese cake when we order again WE WONT BE ORDERING THERE AGAIN 🤬😡

I had a vegan burger delivered last night and I was absolutely convinced that I’d been given meat. I order regularly and have never had a problem before. Adam went above and beyond to assure me that it was in fact vegan. (Vegans rest assured they are very realistic, but 100% vegan) Thank you Adam for your professionalism this morning assuring me.

More than once my food has been over an hour late. Its always cold and they do nothing to rectify this. They offer an apology and sat it won't happen again or its just traffic. It doesn't matter whether you order for a set time, its not going to be delivered. It's a shame becuase the food (when hot) is lovely and the staff are nice too.

I'm not going to bother trying to order the breakfast bagels again, they have cancelled my order twice now on two separate days. Unfortunately I can't review the food I never received. If you can't meet delivery demands, please do not make it an option.

Ordered the chicken fajitas, which were a bit spicy due to the chilli's- there is no mention of chilli's on the meal description, and there was no guacamole. But overall, they were very very nice, and would happily order again 👍👍

Burgers were delicious and will definitely order again. Half the Order got mixed up and received the wrong items, call and had the correct items re delivered in 30mins. I can’t fault them.

Cheap processed burger and dry bread. For £13.50 I would expect a reasonable quality burger not some school dinner quality burger.

Service is non existent. We ordered four meals in just eat and one was incomplete. Used app to message them. No response. Shocking and frankly fraudulent as we didn’t get the described meal. Certainly not value for money. Don’t waste your effort or hard earned money.

ordered a boris burger and loaded fries using the uber eats app food was estimated to arrive at 11:15am by 12:15pm Nothing had arrived i was advised to ring the store myself the first call went unanswed the second call i managed to get through to be told order was still in kitchen. so i had to cancel order as i had to leave for work before my order would arrive. so now i have to go to work hungry as i dont have time for anything else . maybe nice food but the time you have to wait is unexecptable .

Really not impressed with this place. My food took 2 hours to come to Hinckley and when it arrived my order was completely wrong. I was missing drinks and payed extra for loaded chips and even that was wrong and just got normal chips. I called the delivery driver up to ask where my drinks are and she then said my order wasn’t down for drinks ( which I payed extra for too) and to call the place personally. So I did and they never picked up. If I could rate this place worse I would from my experience.

I'm always a 5 start rater. In this occasion, my burger came literally dry. Just like a MC Donald's burger, bellow the standard. * See picture * The bread that should be soft, was horrendous dry too. On my previous orders this never happened. Now we are paying for a "service fee", even though we are ordering online, and the product/ service is decreasing. Pretty disappointed!

Came recommended, but very disappointed in the taste and quality. Had a Rooster and Hubby had the Boris. Cheap tasting meat, no flavour and the coleslaw awful. Was a waste of £30 and calories. I think the business has grown too fast at the expense of quality. Such a shame.

Spent £40 for an average serving of food that won't be happening again. I had the AJ burger, the steak was ok but the chicken breast was rubbery and too chewy. Chips were average no taste. Strawberry milkshake was ok-ish but the taste isn't for me, can't beat maccie's milkshakes can you! My girlfriend threw up after eating some chicken poppers so not a great first experience for me. My advice go KFC, Red rooster or maccie's these are overpriced and not worth it.

Watched no time to die at the cinema, and boy it was no time to die as ordered from here after. Struggling to think of any word other than phenomenal. Went for the classic burger this time and I can categorically tell you now that this beats all other burgers. Honestly have nothing bad to say about it, the burgers from here make Five Guys look like blind cowboys who don’t know left from right. 10/10 recommend and will be returning whenever I’m back in Coventry. It’s unbelievable Jeff.

My 'rooster' (chicken) burger was missing the chicken, my sides were missing dips and we didn't get our desserts. Chips were also cold by the time they arrived.

Just had an order delivered - albeit much much earlier than we were expecting it ! However I wish they hadn’t bothered - Cold ‘old’ chips / burnt burger and as for the chicken breast ‘ peri peri ‘ well they cremated it!! This used to be our fav takeaway and we have enjoyed these dishes historically !! But what we were served today was honestly the worst food I’d ever seen !! Fit only for the bin- I can’t even complain via the app as according to that my foods not even cooked yet!! Seriously awful - don’t waste your money !

Food is always great but ordered tonight with a wait time of nearly 70 minutes which was fine the food is definatley worth the wait for it only to tell me after 60 minutes there no longer taking orders by this time its to late to get anytbing decent elsewhere a courtesy call wouldnof been nice .

If you want that Juicy burger, those loaded fries served with a nice ice cold shake, this has got to be the best I've tried in a very long time. The portions sizes are perfect and the food tastes on point, cannot fault the service. One thing good to come put of the pandemic is I've not been able to visit some of my usual places and stumbled across this hidden gem. Definitely recommend both takeaway and delivered 👌

Very very happy with our two recent orders. Chips were hot, crisp and soft inside. Burgers were huge and tasted amazing. The staff were able to advise on my partners options due to a milk allergy and we got a fantastic meal. Ordered a second time we we recievdd the same fantastic meal, delivery time and service. Well what can I say, my first order placed & definitely not my last!! It was out of this world! Advised delivery would be 1hr & 15 mins, but delivered under an hour. Polite friendly lady who delivered. I ordered loaded fries with cheese & bacon with the pulled pig & a side of onion rings. Ordered nuggets & chips for my daughter. Very filling, but worth every penny! Love the eco packaging! 🥰 Well Done guys you deserve to win every award!

What an amazing local burger takeaway, we are always hesitant to order burgers for delivery, they usually come soggy. These were amazing! Ordered direct through their website, which was super easy, even added 15% off for a first order. Was stated 60 min delivery time, no issue for us, but actually arrived within 30 mins and the food was piping hot! Great considering they are about 15 mins away. I had the mighty boosh which was incredibly tasty, burger was really nice and the brisket was such a lovely flavour! Added pulled pork to my fries (definitely recommend), my OH had the delicious grill burger which he said was very nice, well cooked egg and he had chilli and cheese fries too. Topped this all off with a couple of desserts which were lush! Definitely be ordering again from these guys they did a wicked job :)

We visited here after reading some reviews and were not disappointed. The food was cooked on order and they even dropped it to the car as we waited patiently. The burger was well cooked, though I would of preferred it slightly pinker personally. I had a monster burger which came with fries and had a side too. It was extremely filling and would definitely go back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a burger fix in the Nuneaton/Coventry area.

Tragedy ... I waited almost 2 hours for food and despite the waiting time 1.45 hours, the food arrived late anyway. The quality of what came is embarrassing. One of the burgers didn't have all the ingredients, the burgers looked like someone was throwing them. I've never seen such a small piece of cake for 4.99! I recommend sending a chef to study at Bed Boys Burger! I definitely do not recommend it.

Ordered from here on a Friday night, and we were given a fairly long wait time up front, but that was fine because we’d heard great things and wanted to try them out. Food arrived earlier than expected, hot and delicious - even though we’re a half an hour drive from them! The milkshake was amazing as well. Really impressed and will definitely be ordering again.

Will never order from here again took my order and my money gave me a time of delivery that never came so they have my money and I have no food or way of getting in contact through the number or seeing my previous order.

This was the first time we tried The Delicious Burger & Shake Company. They were absolutely fabulous. The staff were extremely polite and courteous. The food was presented as in the pictures on the website, it was still hot when we got home and was extremely delicious. We will be back. Thank you everyone.

Chips tasted like they were made in the microwave, food was late and we were starving so still ate it, waste of money though and won't order again, only decent thing was the malteasers dessert even though the malteasers tasted old. Not happy.

Best breakfast wrap I've ever had. Scratch that this is probably the nicest thing I've eaten all month definitely ordering from here again. Just a shame I can't rate higher than 5
