Absolutely appalling service, 1 hour delay since pizza order and after ringing to question where the pizza is I am being told they cannot commit to a time and it will leave the store soon. All the staff do is apologise but not helpful and no remorse at all! This has happened twice in a row now and every time the delivery time has been close to 1hr plus in delivering. The worst, will not be ordering again

shocking damaged, cold, no cheese no toppings. just card board. horrendous. rude staff called and was very dismissive and told me to contact just eat and return the pizza myself!

The worst pizza service I have ever received in my entire life. The delivery guy didn't even know how to use GPS, the order took more than 50 minutes to arrive and it didn't arrive complete, it arrived without garlic bread and without dessert. The delivery guy said he would bring them and he never showed up...plus they arrived cold, I called the store and they don't even answer the phone. Don't order from Pizza Hut...terrible experience, I'll stick with Dominos and Papa John's, they never fail.

I’m absolutely raging! I ordered pizzas and what I got was the most pitiful, insulting excuse for food I’ve ever seen. No cheese, no tomato, no toppings—literally nothing! Just dry, sad, empty crusts sitting there like they’d been abandoned halfway through being made. I’d have been better off eating the box they came in; at least that had some texture to it! But wait—it gets worse. I called the restaurant to complain, fully expecting an apology and some sort of resolution. Instead, the guy on the phone actually had the audacity to tell me to return the pizzas myself! Are you kidding me?! You already robbed me blind, and now I’m supposed to waste more time and fuel just to prove how badly you’ve scammed me? What’s next? Do I need to cook the pizza myself too? This wasn’t just bad service; it was an outrage. These people should be banned from handling food ever again. Thieves, liars, and a complete disgrace to the word “restaurant.” Never again. If you’re considering ordering from here, don’t—just set your money on fire instead. At least you’ll get some warmth out of it!

Truly a disgraceful place. I ordered through Uber and they took more than an hour to deliver and on top of everything packaging and food was damaged and the portion of frose was so small. Also frise was spicy even though it was meant for kids and I never requested spice in my frise. Called them and they dropped the phone on me. Such a disgrace. No respect for allergies . P.S Uber eats did not resolve the issue and I am turning to food standards agency.

If I could give this place zero I would. I had an issue with an order where I paid for something I didn't receive and they said they would give me a free pizza next time I called. I tried to call to get my free pizza and they have said someone has already claimed my free pizza in person at the time I had covid, they even checked with the manager who has also said the same. So no free pizza and no money back. Won't be using this store again.

Order a pizza in store today, and it was really bad experience first time and last time,not going again to the pizza hut. Pizza base was too thick, and not even proper cooked, even u can feel from the taste it's feel uncooked, and called the pizza hut same time when we took pizza home and he said bring the pizza back and get the money, but went to the shop and closed the shop, really disappointed and disgusting.

Usually order from this pizza hut with no problems however tonight, I've ordered a pizza and received a completely different order to what's been advertised on their website and when I've called to complain, the staff have been absolutely useless. I ordered the Veggie sizzler, which shows a picture of a standard round pizza. What arrived is a small square flatbread! They've also sent a gluten free base! It's completely inedible! It's also burnt and they've not even bothered to cut it up! I will be writing to trading standards to complain as you are advertising something than is completely different when it arrives!

Have used this place a few times and every time they get the order wrong. Today was no exception. Asked for no garlic topping. Guess what - had garlic topping. I do worry about anyone with any allergies as they clearly pay no attention and add in everything anyway. Can't be bothered to complain to them as all they will do is give me some sort of loyalty pizza slice. Given the complete lack of flavour on either of the pizzas I will definitely not be returning here anyway. I have no idea how anyone loves the food from here, it tastes like freezer and has absolutely no flavour. A few years ago the food used to be nice, but recently the ingredient quality seems to be substandard. Surprisingly, customers want flavour not expensive, bland, tasteless pizzas. There is also the strange obsession with covering the pizza crust in thirst inducing powder (which also tastes of nothing). I'd recommend you save your money and avoid.

Hi if you ever wondering why your food is not delivered on time this is why I am a Uber eats delivery driver. I went to collect the Pizza for a customer at 11:50 am today and the manager said to me we don’t open till 12 noon and on the door it quite clearly states opening times is from 11:30 am, so I pointed that out to the manager and she did not like it and started shouting at me and telling me that you have to wait 15 minutes I said do not shout at me. You don’t pay me UberEats pays me and I also noticed how she had long nails on her hands which bearing in mind is a hygiene problem , I would never order a delivery from Pizza Hut delivery in Nuneaton.

**Avoid at All Costs!** I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this circus and I must say, it was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. This place is run by a con artist who doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. Firstly, they have a bizarre policy of giving away your order to anyone who comes in before you, without even checking. I watched in disbelief as my order was handed to a random customer who walked in just right before me. When I pointed out the mistake, I was met with indifference. The man in charge, a fancy-bearded individual, is nothing short of a clueless clown. He is completely self-absorbed and couldn't care less about the disorganization and poor service. His lack of professionalism is astounding. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other establishments that actually respect their customers. This one is not worth your time or frustration.

The staff here are so sweet! I ordered a pizza with jalapeños on but they were out of stock. The delivery driver explained to me that this was the case and they had sent out a free big bottle of pepsi max! They also left a note on the pizza explaining why. So nice.

Twice I have been given an upgrade and the second was last night.. No reason for it but extremely grateful nonetheless. Food was delivered quickly and was piping hot on arrival, delivered by an extremely friendly driver called Saad. I called the hut to thank them for upgrading us and he said I'd made his day! Regardless of other reviews I have never had a bad experience here and wholly rate it from order to delivery.
