Pizza Hut Delivery in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Really lovely service from store manager Manpreet. We are students who went in for a pizza but unfortunately dropped our order, Manpreet was very kind and understanding of this and offered a replacement for the pizza as well as cleaning up. Great service, thanks. Once again, sorry for dropping the food!

Had quite a large delivery from this pizza hut today, all was delivered very quickly within 30 of placing the order and the food was excellent. Honestly one of the best takeaway pizzas we've had! We spent £45 and it fed 3 adults, 3 children so pretty good value too.

Have used this place a few times and every time they get the order wrong. Today was no exception. Asked for no garlic topping. Guess what - had garlic topping. I do worry about anyone with any allergies as they clearly pay no attention and add in everything anyway. Can't be bothered to complain to them as all they will do is give me some sort of loyalty pizza slice. Given the complete lack of flavour on either of the pizzas I will definitely not be returning here anyway. I have no idea how anyone loves the food from here, it tastes like freezer and has absolutely no flavour. A few years ago the food used to be nice, but recently the ingredient quality seems to be substandard. Surprisingly, customers want flavour not expensive, bland, tasteless pizzas. There is also the strange obsession with covering the pizza crust in thirst inducing powder (which also tastes of nothing). I'd recommend you save your money and avoid.

Have ordered from here several times and always good food and on time. Whether I collect or get delivery staff (Sindy) are always so nice and polite. A couple of occasions I’ve received an extra pizza on delivery for no reason at all which is an absolute bonus. Definitely recommend.

Hi if you ever wondering why your food is not delivered on time this is why I am a Uber eats delivery driver. I went to collect the Pizza for a customer at 11:50 am today and the manager said to me we don’t open till 12 noon and on the door it quite clearly states opening times is from 11:30 am, so I pointed that out to the manager and she did not like it and started shouting at me and telling me that you have to wait 15 minutes I said do not shout at me. You don’t pay me UberEats pays me and I also noticed how she had long nails on her hands which bearing in mind is a hygiene problem , I would never order a delivery from Pizza Hut delivery in Nuneaton.

The delivery was super fast this time, as it had been poor previously, so a massive thank you.

First time ordering, Got 3 pizzas, nachos and 1,5L for £30 Nachos were a little small to split between 3 people Pizza however was delicious. Fresh doughy crust and great options available, customer service was excellent and were extremely patient.

Pizza hut was my favourite, I've just received my order and they have change their pizza bases, they now resemble domino's pizza's, and taste just as bad, I will no longer be a pizza hut customer.

**Avoid at All Costs!** I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this circus and I must say, it was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. This place is run by a con artist who doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. Firstly, they have a bizarre policy of giving away your order to anyone who comes in before you, without even checking. I watched in disbelief as my order was handed to a random customer who walked in just right before me. When I pointed out the mistake, I was met with indifference. The man in charge, a fancy-bearded individual, is nothing short of a clueless clown. He is completely self-absorbed and couldn't care less about the disorganization and poor service. His lack of professionalism is astounding. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other establishments that actually respect their customers. This one is not worth your time or frustration.

Ordered food which never arrived,because my order was completed by them or driver because I complaint about the long waiting time for delivery ,called For refund and told to make a complaint to customer service. Staff very unprofessional and unpolite on the phone. Repeated delays on food delivery Finalising with a NO DELIVERY. I consider that they stole my money this way.

The staff here are so sweet! I ordered a pizza with jalapeños on but they were out of stock. The delivery driver explained to me that this was the case and they had sent out a free big bottle of pepsi max! They also left a note on the pizza explaining why. So nice.

Twice I have been given an upgrade and the second was last night.. No reason for it but extremely grateful nonetheless. Food was delivered quickly and was piping hot on arrival, delivered by an extremely friendly driver called Saad. I called the hut to thank them for upgrading us and he said I'd made his day! Regardless of other reviews I have never had a bad experience here and wholly rate it from order to delivery.

Everytime I order here, I've never once received a bad pizza or side. Staff are very friendly and always seem to have decent deals.

We ordered the 2 for 20 and were thrilled we could have a half and half choice with add-ons. We chose one medium and one large and when it arrived they had upgraded us to 2 large at no cost. Both Pizzas were exactly as ordered and delicious. We just moved into the area and are thrilled to have found such a good location ♥

We ordered a large half and half cheesy bites pizza, hot 'n' spicy chicken strips and cheesy garlic tear and share. All the food arrived hot and was cooked to perfection! By far the best Pizza Hut food I've ever had. Delivery driver was super friendly and the food arrived within 20 minutes on a Friday evening! This place has seriously improved over the last couple of months so I'd recommend people to give them another chance. Around 6 months ago I also experienced late food deliveries, with inadequate customer service when trying to find out when it would arrive and when it did arrive it was not up to standard usually being cold. So, well done Pizza Hut for turning it around, keep up the good work! We'll be ordering from you again very soon!

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE, poor quality food and even worse customer service. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza to find it burnt and near inedible, when calling to request a refund i was accused of being a lier and the manager wanted me to send pictures to their personal phone, never received a refund. Just use another pizza place

Ordered at 5pm, arrived at 6.40 stone cold. It’s not like these orders are cheap but this certainly wasn’t worth the money. When I called to ask where it was, I was put on hold. I wish I’d read these reviews first to save some time & money. Big thumbs down from me ☹️

Got in the shop which was empty, the staff looked both at me and my partner, and we still ended up waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the till and no one came. Ended up leaving the shop and not buying anything.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Got a call from the manager half an hour after pizza was supposed to be delivered saying that there are no drivers, and the order might be a bit late so they’ll give some food for free. Pizza arrived 1.5 hours after it was supposed to and got nothing free like it was promised. Terrible service, don’t order from here!

Not sure why there are 3 star reviews on here. Ordered from here fairly often and much prefer their pizza's to another brand beginning with D, just love the deep pan pizzas and toppings are delicious. Always delivered hot and fresh.

Ordered 2 vegan pizzas from here, one large one medium. Went to collect & was given 2 medium pizzas. I told the staff I'd ordered a large and after I showed proof of my order they was quick to rectify it and we was given a free medium pizza. The food was brilliant and excellent customer service.
