shwarma and salad is always a go to from here!! they do it so well! May Allah bless their business. Really great fries too. We ordered from here and they gave us free chilli cheese bites because we spent over £15 on justeat. Lovely

Food is always good! Staff are always super friendly when delivering also. For me this is one of the best places to order from and I fully believe you’re wasting money ordering elsewhere

Ordered through just eat, they accepted the order at midnight, store closed at 1am it’s now 2am and no food arrived, no one answered the phone, took my money and didn’t bring anything… don’t waste your time with these

Fantastic tasting food and food came quick and hot ! Driver ( in a brand new car) was extremely friendly and asked very politely to leave a review. Excellent service and food !!!

It was a brilliant pizza staff was very happy and helpful kebab was also nice as well for my son too just needed a bit more of a bigger portion.

Food is mediocre, staff could be a bit friendlier, it's your average kebab shop to go to after a night out.

Absolutely rubbish don't bother

My initial experience was very nice before 6 months but now with that experience I have ordered food from there but for last few times the food was so cheap and today I asked to add some sauce in that but this chef just finished the shawarma without adding that which I have suggested and he was just arguing with me that you asked me for another shawarma and the ingredient was for that one. Terrible experience. Never ever going to have anything from this restaurant again. The food was too terrible. The taste is too bad I won't recommend this shop to anyone

Service with a smile, and I feel welcomed here, in some of these takeaways I feel like I don't belong there, but these guys made me feel welcome, very nice guys, and nice food, which they are proud of :) *edit* Changed to 1 star unfortunately. I'm on a special diet where I don't eat carbohydrates, so I dont eat bread or fries. For the last 3 or so years I have been ordering the chicken shawarma meal, without the fries or bread, and am happy to pay the normal Price. Last time I went in on a Sunday when they were busy with drunk people from the pub across the road, the man refused to do me the meal without the fries/bread, was laughing at me like I was stupid. The drunk people even explained to them, they are saving money by me not having the chips or bread. I went in a few days later to see if my Normal guy who serves me was there and they said he has moved away. So I will be going to C and d down the road from now on, they do me the meal without chips and are very pleasant. Jaffa shawarma was my favourite place, I went there weekly for 3 years and wont be back. C and d down the road is a better kebab anyway, it's worth the extra quid.

I don't recommend it, I paid 18f for a kebab and a pizza and I waited a long time longer than I was promised. I make better kebab at home, I don't have anything for pizza but no sauces. my opinion -1/10. I don't buy anymore

Shocking! Ordered a "extra large" and paid over £20 just for 2 kebabs. Didn't even come with chips and the portion is tiny!!! Shocking and I have rang up and the person who answered was shouting violently down the phone at me! This is not the first this has happened here and I have gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again! Disgusting

Food was okay but area is a little run down.

Walked into places and guy behind counter saw me and walked away with food to sit down in restaurant. Another guy behind counter wasn't even acknowledging me. Both guys still talking to their friend at the entrance doorway behind me. Totally ignored and I walked out so didn't get to try the food

We've ordered shawarma meals twice and once ordered fatayer (Turkish dish) in chicken and every time the meals have been spot on....

My story of how I ended up here today is as follows: The initial plan was to go to subway nearby and redeem my free subway after accumulating the necessary subway points, however as I opened my subway app and doing the update it asked me to do, all my points had disappeared annoyingly so I did a small protest, not ordering from subway and instead going to here I got a shawarma meal and it was actually delicious, fresh and tasty, really really enjoyed it Will defo order again soon!

Don't go here. They are greedy with their portions. You get small kebab strips for a large doner kebab that costs £10.

A takeout with the Arabic twist. The food is good; the plus points are the pizza, falafel, and cheesy chips. Their trademark shawarma is nice but a little on the greasy side. Still worth a visit from time to time

The food was amazing, Their jaffa platter portion was filling for 2 people, even if it’s supposed to be for 1 person. The hospitality and customer service was superb, I would highly recommend going to this place, the salads, kebabs and rice were fresh.

Firstly the Food WAS good like for a new Customers, until everything changed.. The Food was late, you have to wait ages for it, not even Delivery Drivers say sorry before they give you Food!! Looks like a lot to do with Drivers, so Food was Cold and you have to warm it up in Microwave. Pointless to order from there when not even Shop doesn't care about the Customers. I ordered few Times until they were late last few Orders, so in your Case I wouldn't try, at least just once a Moth, and if you don't have where to order from.. Think before you do, at least you don't care. You know what - something changed!!! The Food got much better then it was! The Delivery is quicker, hope the Price will stay the same or lower, otherwise to Order the Pizza else where is better.

Shwarma is nice i cant deny that. Main guy serving needs to take his time a little and talk to customers with respect regardless if you're busy or not. Paying by card? Make sure you check how much you've paid vs price of item as the guy decided to add an extra £4 on top. Although he returned £3 there was no apology. Nice shwarma. Poor service

V v v disappointed with the food today! Lamb donner looked stale, one side of the strips were so cooked they looked & tasted burnt whilst the other side was cold & dry! My chicken shawarma didnt look to fresh either & they forgot the salad & sauce.. 7 inch Margarita was the only decent order they got right..I've ordered from here before & it's been top but today was just abysmal..wouldve been happier with a bowl of cereal:(( Standards have dropped unfortunately...Must say third time round, service was much better and the quality of food has improved thoroughly enjoyed my burger, would've preferred a different style of fries but overall not bad!

I ordered take away using orderyoyo. It says I will roughly received my order after 45 mins but it was very delayed for almost 2 hours. As it arrive I am quite frustated as my order was not what i expected. It was very bad and theres a mistake with my jaffa salad. I called them for that mistake and the person I spoke was not very helpful and rude. I was craving for kebab as Im pregnant but never again . It will be my first and last order.

Requested order with garlic sauce. Guess what arrived with no sauce. I should have 4 drinks only got 2. nan bread fresh but not cooked properly. First and last time I order from here.

The chips was kind of stale but I really enjoyed their shawarma and donner kebab. The food was served hot and the service was really quick.

Ordered a doner pizza...but unfortunately it was not the doner off the rotisserie grill... It was Chopped up cubes of frozen meat chunks passed off as doner. Very bland. Place to avoid I'm afraid.

Ordered 2 Ben and Jerry’s ice creams, one cookie dough one chocolate brownie received 2 haagen dazs strawberry cheesecake ice creams instead. Will not be ordering from here again.

The worst customer service ever. They don't look interested and lack basic manners. After waiting for a while, I decided to approach one of them to order. I was in the middle of ordering something when the same fella decided to pick up the phone instead and when he finished, he completely forgot my order only for me to remind him. The food was terrible and overpriced. The only thing they seem to be interested in is flirting with the female customers. I do not recommend and I advice you find somewhere else immediately.

Ordered tonight a kebab from them asked for garlic sauce but nothing arrived cold that I couldn't eaten. On top of this they arrived late aswell with the delivery.I do not recommend it.

Tried this for the first time today, ordered lamb shwarma to be told they didn’t have any, ordered the chicken one instead which is basically chicken donner in a naan, ordered doner kebab on naan and was given a lamb doner kebab wrap, doner was in thick chunks and just awful! bland and tasteless food unfortunately, won’t be visiting again😞

I ordered 2 donnor kebabs and a mixed sharing platter the food was cooked perfectly and arrived piping hot there was loads of food in the platter and lots of meat in the kebabs the salad was perfectly fresh! It’s definitely the best takeaway we’ve had in a long long time! My compliments to the chef and we will definitely order from here again in fact it will now be our family’s go to place!

Hands down the best Shawarma place that I have had. The meat flavour was on point, chips nice and crispy, and the salad/sauce was fresh and very tasty

Bought a Chicken Shawarma wrap ??? 1st this is not how a chicken Shawarma Consist and 2nd it had so less meat on, for a £ 5.00 its a Rip Off I thought by mistake I've ordered a salad wrap

They charge me £18 for this and wat they send me 20% chicken and 80% salad and staff behavior is very bad unprofessional

Tried to order on website. It doesnt give the option to have a meal with plain chips (no cheese added). Called Jaffa and was told to just put it in comments of order that no cheese was wanted .. but it would charge the money for cheese when I didnt have it. Why couldnt they just apply the discount over the phone as this was an issue with their website?! Good thing the food is good because the service and website are dire.

Halal pizza place. We ordered a pizza deal but wasn’t impressed. It was lacking taste and was very greasy. Their service is good hence the 3 stars. This is the 1st time iv tried this place ,and their shawarma was absolutely awesome! Good service as az the guy at the counter was very friendly and talkative. The food was cooked right,they had alot of options for salad.and they had diffrent sauces u could choose from,but i advised him to keep a algeriean sauce.and he said he will also look into that.the atmosphere was great aswell.

Ordered chicken kebab left a not saying NOT to put chilli sauce on, to pop in a tub. Came with it covered. So couldn't be eaten buy one of the children, sharing with his brother. Rang & spoke to manager rude, kept speaking over Me. We didn't have time to wait for another order. The nan couldn't be eaten burnt to a crisp. First time ordering & will be the last . There was as much bone found as there was chicken. Awful.

Really disappointing to see that you’re charged almost £10 for something I could comfortably make at home. FYI Subway is less than 20 steps away, fresh, healthy and no grease. Went in the bin

Portion was small. Donner wrap for 5.00. They take card payments so it’s an advantage. But could do with a bit more meat on there. Overall very fresh food. Hot. Great salad. And great staff. Please make the portion a little bigger if your going to charge premium

on Sunday afternoon I received the food 1h55 later,35-50 min is a big lie. I had to call after 1h30 to ask them. When it is going to be too later they should to call to the customers and tell them, unnaceptable,plus bad quality the ingredients,the cheapest,disaster. Last time I order here
