korma was very sweet, couldn't eat it. Naan tasted as though it was made yesterday. Only the 2nd time I've ordered from here, the 1st order was delicious, disappointed with this one

This is not the first time my order has been late from this takeaway. It’s becoming a regular thing. The takeaway gives no apology when you call them and don’t seem bothered at all, I actually had to ask for an apology. Dry bad customer services from them. Food was cold too. Order was actually over an hour late,who sets the delivery time is it the takeaway or the app? When I called they told me the driver had just left 10 minutes before which was over an hour late before they left the takeaway.

I have not ordered from Heera in a while but still is an excellent restaurant. Great tasting food.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Heera for over 18 months. Food tonight was 45mins late and stone cold. I get the weather isn’t great but that was a joke, especially when I pre-ordered. Over £43.35 of food in the bin. Never again!!

We often order from here and usual it is excellent. Not so tonight. Food was very late and cold. We microwaved what we could but some items (chips, pakora etc) were just soggy and beyond saving .

1st order and will definitely order again. Delicious and hot food

Lovely meal and great service. Really enjoyed our meal here. Had the bhoona which I really enjoyed. Good knowledge of dishes. Staff were attentive and we really enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely be back

Consistently amazing food , always fresh always tastes amazing. Has to be one of the best takeaways and sit in Indian restaurants around . Food delivered on time piping hot and drivers are fantastic very polite and courteous wouldn’t go anywhere else

Best Indian food in and around Renfrew - our favourite!

Tried the taster night on Tuesday. Poppadoms, sauces, spiced onions, two starters, two curries, rice or Nan. 2 for £30. Excellent value. The nans were delicious. Got to try things I’d never tried before. Excellent

We asked for the chicken dish to be extra spicy and hot in comments. Not adhered to. Small portion of mince curry and rice nice, but way too much rice. Keema nan very dry. Pakora sauce watery

some of the food was cold well most of the food was cold. I even phoned the restaurant asking how long is my food going to be and they said 5 minutes but was 45 minutes late when said it was only 5 minutes. not happy with this service.

Ordered around 6 arrived at 8.45 delayed 3 times, food ok apart from popadoms was like eating rubber ! Phoned shop for update customer service absolutely terrible guy had an attitude and sarcastic. This was my go to indian but I’ll find a new one shame as we ordered from here regularly

This family run restaurant is the only option for Indian food in Charters Towers. The service is friendly and the food is good, if not really authentic. The prices and portions are reasonable and BYO for $2 per person is a plus.

Was disgusting tasted of grit and chicken was dried up well disappointed won’t use again

Ordered 7 popadom in total only received 4. Apart from that the food was excellent as always.

Called the restaurant, no apology at all for being over 40 minutes late and blamed just eat drivers for always delivering late. He then said “ok, bye” I asked if that was it and he said yes and hung up on me. What an attitude to take with a customer! I asked the driver why he was late and he told me he had come straight from the restaurant to my house which only takes about 10 minutes. The food was substandard, poppadoms were over cooked and tasted like they had been sitting for a week.

Food always fantastic this is my new go to indian but tonight chicken extremely tough in both dishes couldn’t eat them

Ordered a take away on line. It was ready for pick up on time. All food was pipping hot. Lots of it and tasted so good. Would have no hesitation on recommending to anyone.

Not much to look at externally and a bit 80s inside.....but the food ! Food was outstanding, really superb, fresh and well portioned. Staff were really friendly and the vibe was good. A well used local curry house, often mobbed, so book ahead. Very competitively priced too

in the chicken tika chasni meals there was hardly any chicken in it for the price you expect a decent meal not about 6 bits of chicken

Food was nice and fresh and still warm when arrived. only annoying thing was is that there was only 1 bit of chicken pakora in our munchie box and the rest was mushroom pakora.

Been enjoying the food in the Heera for years. So many special family birthdays have been shared there. Sunny and his family cannot do enough for you and his father is the most amazing chef. This is a restaurant definitely worth a visit

normally this place is really good, but the food was really really poor tonight. chips and cheese look as if someone put the cheese into the box and then dumped the chips straight on top. this caused the cheese to melt and congeal into one big block. The onion bhajis were swimming in grease, I realise they are deep-fried, but they should be drained off before packaging. the grease coated all of the other boxes I grease too. the mixed kebab (chicken and lamb) was overly chewy

Great local restaurant. went here for my birthday meal a few months ago in september and could not fault the food or service at all! ever since then i have been getting food from her regularly, sit in and takeaway and the food is unreal no matter if it’s sit in or takeaway! the staff are so friendly and always happy to help. would recommend the heera to anyone. thanks to all the staff always making it a pleasant experience:)

We are regulars to Heera for over 35 years, Our experience tonight was excellent thanks to the first class service we recieved from Jasmine who I know was only standing in to help as Sunny on Holidsy. Hope to see her back again in Restaurant.

AWFUL, DISGUSTING. Order was late, tasted awful, cheese & chips were solidified to the shape of the box. VULGAR

Food was delivered on time and was piping hot. It was full of flavour and had a nice little kick to it, which we both like. Great start to the evening. Would definitely go here again when back in the area.

Order was delayed first off then a further 45 minute delay after estimated time said 1810-1830 order arrived at 1915 food was cool and naan bread soggy after sitting in polythene bag for that amount of time. 2 phone calls to restaurant to chase up order. Not the usual standard. Very disappointed tonight as no apology given

First time we have ordered a takeaway from here. It definitely won’t be our last. The food was amazing! Excellent portion sizes. All three curries were really tasty. This is our new go to for an Indian. Would definitely recommend.

Food was all very bland and couldnt tell the difference between the three curries we had due to the lack of flavour. Pakora batter was soft and no crisp at all to it. Naans were very thin and luke warm when arrived.

Asked for delivery at 6pm and the driver was at the door for exactly 6pm. Quality and quantity of food excellent as always.

Best restaurant in renfrewshire. Food is always to the highest standard, fresh and quick. Staff always helpful and nothing is too much for them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a chicken tikka masala

Favourite place to order. Lovely food again and very fast delivery.

Says food delivered at 7.20 pm but it hasn’t arrived yet at 7:50pm (35mins late). When it did arrive it was cold and had to be reheated.

Unfortunately the complimentary poppadoms were burnt and the onions bhajis were a soggy mess. Both inedible. Both curries were great

Can actually say that was the best takeaway I’ve had in a long time! Chicken pakora was amazing, I had the mixed Shiah kebab, unbelievable, tried all the Indians around Renfrew this is by far the best! Magic!
