What a great place. Welcoming to us and our dogs. Gorgeous food, great variety and choice all freshly cooked. Loads of home made touches- apple butter yum!! I had wild mushroom n Swiss monte christo with syrup - wow!! Relaxed vibe. Oh and I didn’t mention - great coffee. So glad we went.

Me and my partner were really looking forward to visiting here but were left disappointed. It took 40 minutes to get our food which was just beans and chips, and a steak and eggs. It wasn’t busy and we noticed others asking where their food was too. What my partner ordered was missing elements that were advertised on their IG, and my beans were mushy. The only good part of both meals were the chips. I was also disappointed with the lack of vegan options, as they appear vegan friendly on their social media. They also don’t offer any sauces, except hot sauce, which is disappointing for a breakfast/brunch spot. My partners steak was chewy to the point he had to spit it out. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and It’s a shame to leave a bad review for a place we were so hopeful about loving. We won’t be returning.

Fantastic atmosphere in this wonderful little cafe. Great coffee and an exciting menu. Only a few tables (12 or so covers inside), so lots of people disappointed people turned away during our visit on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Finally managed to visit this place after following them on instagram for some time, and it didn’t disappoint! A lot of people may get frustrated with a small menu, but to me I’d rather have a few things done excellently, than loads of choices done averagely. My fiancé and I both had the brioche patty melt and not only was it filling, it was extremely tasty! Service was good, and the ambience was quirky and cool. Not much room for sitting inside (maybe 12/13 seats?), so we were lucky to get in when we did. Would definitely return!

Bit of a walk from centre but classic city estate pub. Good choice of beers, classy old gents lining the bar. Exactly what you'd expect from this type of pub.

YMCA confirmed this cafe has closed for good. A great shame as it was great value and very convenient for the city centre. They now have a cafe called Williams Kitchen on the Aylsham Road.

We walked in and asked for a table for two. There were lots of empty tables and customers peraring to leave, but we were barked at and told we could sit outside and there were no other options. We wouldnt have minded sitting outside, but the rude guy we spoke to made us feel like an inconvenience, so we left and went somewhwere else.
