Breakfast always a joy with Nicola she makes you feel welcome and I always look forward to going back whilst working in thr Caernarfon area. Well done Nicola

Nicola and Beth are the friendliest hosts and they provided excellent and generous service with gluten free options which suited me as a Coeliac. The place is nice and cosy and the breakfast and coffee was just what I needed. I will be returning next time I'm in Caernarfon. Diolch yn fawr!

Called on Monday 7/10/24 for lunch,went inside and got a menu,decided what we wanted and went in to order only to be told they DON,Tserve food outside even though on their website it says you can dine outside .Will not be going back

Our Mynydd Mawr & Dinefwr Under 16s rugby squad stayed at the "excellent" Premiere Inn, Caernarfon during our match against Rugby Gogledd Cymru. We had a great evening meal and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast was also of the highest standard and huge thanks to Nicola, Beth and all the catering staff for their work, highly recommended! Diolch Nicola am y croeso cynnes, roeddet ti'n wych! (Thank you Nicola for your warm welcome, you were excellent!)

Based on Breakfast experience only - Exactly want you want to start the day. Nicola and Beth were friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and will definitely visit again when I'm next in Caernarfon.

We visited the Harbour Table Table on five days for breakfast (and one evening meal) whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door. The Premier Inn breakfast is a known entity, and quality is generally acceptable at all locations. The big difference here was the standard of service, notably by Nicola and her staff. Every morning, we were greeted with a cheery smile and a chat about what we had planned to do, or actually did, the day before, with recommendations for places to visit. Nicola made a point of getting to know all guests and ensuring they felt welcome at the restaurant, being almost part of the wider family. Everything was kept stocked up, almost as soon as it had run out, or often before, so there were very few queues waiting for food, drinks or crockery. If something was missing, Nicola made sure that she or one of her staff were dealing with it right away. In an age when some people can have little time for pleasantries or good manners, it's lovely to be welcomed, made to feel special and treated like your experience really matters. This sums up Nicola, who worked very hard with her team every morning to ensure guests had such a positive experience. She is a real asset to the company, and I hope her enthusiasm is recognised and rewarded!

Paid £10.99 each for buffet hot breakfast and everything was cold. No member of staff come over to ask if everything was ok or would have told them.

There was a considerable shortage of staff serving. Used plates and glasses on many tables and the bar TableTable need to employ many more staff urgently as the staff that were there were frantic. Food ok but no table service due to staff issue. This needs addressing urgently otherwise customers won't return. We won't and we are local.

Amazing place to have breakfast with a great selection of food to suite anyone’s needs. Extremely friendly and helpful staff too. Great view of the harbour when enjoying your breakfast is a great way to start the day.

First experience at a table table and won’t be going there again. On holiday in wales and went with family, walked into a very empty restaurant, dirty tables all over the place. Food took forever to come out without any acknowledgment of the wait time, considering the place was empty we did not expect to be here for 3 hours. When asked how long desserts would take we were told they can’t give a time. When we finally got the bill we had been overcharged, we’d been charged an upgrade on a side we never asked for and charged separately for the sauce that was supposed to be on the dish originally. I then took the bill to the bar to have this sorted out, I stood there for ten minutes being ignored by three members off staff, when I asked if anyone as serving I was told by our waitress ‘they was busy.’ I work in a restaurant myself and I can appreciate people being busy but the lack of manners or communication is just downright rude. It’s not had to acknowledge the customer is waiting and just say ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ when my husband finally managed to speak to her, she said she’d ask the manager. We were then giving the bill back with no apology and when asked what they have removed from the bill (to make sure it was correct) she said oh I don’t know. We then stood at the table waiting to pay and ended up going to hunt someone down again just to pay the bill and leave. Terrible customer service, terribly run and there just seemed to be a complete lack of care for anything. Food had clearly been sat in the window as well, and most was cold. Never asked if everything was alright, never asked if we wanted more drinks. Actually the only time we was asked was when we were paying to leave, by this point everyone had just had enough and wanted to leave.

We were staying at the Premier Inn for 2 nights and breakfast was taken at the Harbour Table Table. Breakfast was breads/pastries, cereal & fruit and a varietyof cooked options - sausage, bacon etc. However scrambled egg was the only egg option. This was explained when we came in by a lovely lady, Nicola. Nicola and the other staff were incredibly cheerful which set us up for a lovely day, even in the rain! Thank you Nicola and the morning staff.

The place needs a good clean, no excuse not to clean floors, chairs and tables. Service was okay but not very good, though there did seem to be only one person serving. No eggs to go on the smothered dishes ...good grief how difficult is it to purchase eggs.... Starters ok, prawn cocktails and various wings between us, but the price for these was high for the quality. Other dishes were fish and chips/smothered chicken etc/mixed grill. All just ok and not really worth the price tag. The children's garlic flatbread starter was actually a small slice of cheap garlic bread, the spaghetti bolognese was over microwaved, the dessert tiny but ok. All in all nothing terrible but for the price the place needs to be clean and service needs improving. We wont go to this chain again.

I was staying at the Premiere Inn on a business trip. On the first night I ordered haddock and chips. The chips were dry and burnt and had obviously been hanging around for a long time, the haddock appeared the same. I didn’t eat here on the second night, but on the third night I ordered the Vegan Burger. When it arrived the burger was tiny and the chips were black and burned. When I sent the meal back asking for fresh chips to be presented, the waitress informed me that the “Chef” had said to her that if they cooked fresh chips they would look the same. I therefore asked for my money back which they did by refunding my card. My experience of the evening cooking on two nights has been very poor. !!!! I must say however, that the breakfast at this venue was excellent every morning, clearly a different Chef is working in the mornings.!!!!!

Went for breakfast on 20.2.24, as staying at the premier inn next door. Welcomed by Nicola and Beth. We were offered freshly made porridge which we accepted and it was lovely, we added fresh fruit from the buffet area. Staff were so helpful and friendly . Nicola and Beth were professional but also bright and bubbly!! We engaged in a conversation about being kind and smiling, they agreed that it costs nothing to be kind and friendly and that life is hard enough as it is. As a retired nurse, I have met health care professionals with less compassionate (unfortunately!) We felt like family. Very efficient clearing of tables, food was well cooked and plentiful. Hot and cold buffet, plenty of drinks and pastries. The best eatery and premier inn I have stayed at. Well done guys xxxx

Do not waste your money here! It was a disaster from start to finish! They need more staff, it needs a good clean, the tables need fixing.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights and had breakfast and dinner here. I had a starter and side salad on both evenings. The starters were overcooked on both nights and the starter I wanted on the second night was not available. No salad dressing on the second night and was given a peculiar vinegary pink mix when I requested it. My husband's meal was overcooked on the first night and the chips were cold on the second night. Breakfasts were average, but the bacon was very overcooked and there was no choice of eggs other than scrambled. We stay at Premier Inns often and this does not compare favourably to the other restaurant chains that they are linked to. I wouldn't choose to eat there again.

Absolutely terrible! Stopped for lunch at 1:pm, ordered drinks, starters and mains quite quickly, starters arrived not too long after, now this is where it all changed, we sat for a good 40 mins with our plates still on the table, not a peep from the staff. One did go to empty tables to clear them, but failed to clear ours. After being there for a good hour we decided enough was enough, paid for what we’d had (as little as it was) and left! Management need to seriously up their game and get more staff in! We saw max 3 people working the bar, taking orders and serving! This is unacceptable and unfair on the staff!!! I foresee there will be more complaints following todays shambolic event!

After arriving in Caernarfon for weekend away we decided to eat here. After being seated after a short wait, the sevide was ok with food and drinks coming in acceptable times. The food was ok, though I don’t think some of it is freshly cooked. For the cost it was acceptable. We would eat here again.

Beth and Nicola are truly one of a kind. The witty sense of humour, intelligence and quite simply a warm sensation to be around. Truly credits to whomever their boss is. Take note, this is how to treat someone.

Although the food was nice when it arrived, it took a long time from being seated to ordering, (we had to ask the server to take our order) then we had to ask them to take our dessert order after sitting with empty plates for a good 15 minutes, would not return. It was not busy at all so we were surprised to be made to wait.

We stay at the Premier Inn regularly which is accross we get the meal deal. But we won't be eating here again. This is the third time in 2 months where service is not good 1hour 20mins for two courses. Everytime I give them the benefit of the doubt but no more shame the food is ok but for some reason service let's it down. I have to prompt next course the short of it.
