The Harbour Lights South Shields in South Tyneside

This friendly pub is the second oldest pub in South Shields and has a wonderful view across the river and out to sea. Their Sunday dinners are delicious easily the best roasts in the area, with all the trimmings and generous helpings. Highly recommended to all.

Would give 5 if the option of black pudding and hash browns were on breakfast and happily pay more for it. Service is excellent and ingredients there were tasty. Just notch it that last star please.

Excellent traditional food really good staff and beer. Been 4 - 5 times last month or so food is always Excellent and always something different on the specials board. Highly recommend 👌

Visited for dinner with partner we sat out the back in beer garden as weather was nice. Me and my partner ordered fish and chips and it was beautifully cooked with good chips and good size piece of fish. Definitely be back for more food and beer. Great stuff and pub.

Came up from derby to see my brother Geoff lovely meal and nice friendly staff... bin up several they are very friendly staff and owner can't do enough for you ... the food is out of this world the view over they harbour is not to be missed.. Micheal is a fantastic owner
