Sobresaliente.

You cannot fault the service or food. Extensive menu which is a little expensive but you are in the West End. I can fully recommend you try it

Lovely food, unique courses (10 of them, + 'snacks' and sweets). Great service in an opulent and glamorous (*but intimate) mirrored room. Great for a special occasion, if you can get a booking before is closes (it's a pop-up only open for a few weeks).

The afternoon tea was nice as in food but we were forgotten about. We had to continually ask for tea we weren't asked for more if things were taken away, when we did ask for more we were forgotten about and had to go up to the waitress area to remind them. We had originally complained when they stated there was no availability, as we were staying here and thought the prospect of a hotel being unable to offer guests refreshment on arrival from a long journey quite a poor standard of service. We were telephoned to say they did after all have a table available. When we arrived there were lots of free tables throughout the whole of our time there. So is this a case of keeping tables free for honoured guests or is it a case of not enough staff? It was expensive but nice food however, the service was poor.

Had a wonderful meal in the Domino Room and the tasting menu was expertly designed, exquisitely executed and delivered by attentive and warm if at times slightly disorganized staff. The room itself is a delight and while it could benefit from more customers to add to the ambiance and a slightly more extensive wine list, it still comers very highly recommended.

This is the only three course afternoon tea I have ever experienced! First we were served an amuse bouche of a savoury muffin with an apple sauce injection - interesting without being outstanding. Then a plateful of savoury dishes, including finger sandwiches, a lovely prawn roll and savoury tarts. Then the sweet dishes including magnificent scones with lemon curd, and a fantastic selection of small cakes. There is an option for a slice of dry cake thereafter, but by then you never feel like eating again! An interesting selection of teas which are topped up as required. Service very good without being overbearing. The room itself is a bit OTT, all mirrors, gold leaf and frescoes, which is fine for a couple of hours, but you do have the feeling of dining in the sistine chapel. It is good, but it is not cheap - at £42 per head. It is a great experience, but overall I just felt there was not one outstanding cake or sandwich to remember.

This was such a fun fancy evening. I haven't been to too many restaurants where you get many courses throughout the evening. My mother and I went with her friends from London so they were used to it and showed us the ropes. What a special evening.

Excellent burger cooked properly and very tasty. The side of chips with rosemary are delicious. The service was kind and friendly and also helpful. We waited just long enough for our burger. Try it!! Everything is gluten free Cost in line with London prices

I am writing to express my wholehearted gratitude to all the wonderful restaurant staff we met in the Northall when our party visited for the 3 course set lunchtime menu. This visit was a surprise early birthday present; maintaining the pretence until we entered the Corinthia Hotel to be warmly greeted at reception to confirm the booking. The service and food was exemplary, complimenting the classic décor and relaxing atmosphere perfectly. Having previously worked in the hotel industry, this experience affords me a practical perspective how all your staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you for making this occasion a memorable one, and I look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.

PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES DO NOT GO HERE. This place poisoned my boyfriend on his 25th birthday. I booked this place as he’s always wanted to go here, on booking the place I notified them of his peanut allergy twice, and on entering the restaurant I reminded them AGAIN, and when we sat down and then again when he ordered. The waiter advised which food to order and we set about the meal. A minute into eating his mouth started to tingle, a few minutes later he had to leave to throw up. We had to immediately leave in order to make sure he’s safe and to take him to the hospital if needed. They denied any wrongdoing and any peanuts and offered no refund. They ruined my partners birthday and literally POISONED HIM. We had to cancel our reservations for drinks and activities after. Regardless of this the food just tasted really salty, and there were only two other couples in the restaurant. The ambience was off because it was so empty, I do NOT recommend.

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about British tea service. I was happy to roll along, but felt a bit tense. Then the server spilled a big glob of strawberry jam on my shoe. And all the tension went away. Tea and sarnies and pastries all excellent, of course.
