The service was bad and the price so High compared to other falafel restaurants in London, don’t recommend it at all

Amazing service and fantastic food. I had to order for a large group to feed a film crew and they couldn’t of been more accommodating. Also fair pricing.

This place definitely disserves it's 4.8 star rating. Falafel and hulumi salad wrap was absolutely delicious and the hot chocolate wasn't bad either all at a very reasonable price. Had a lovely lunch with my son , many thanks.

Meat quality was good but kofte wrap overall not well balanced, meat ratio should have been higher and added salad needed more quality.

Was in the area on a day visit, gave Master Grill a try and very glad I did. Quality, portion and price is superb. Staff are polite. Wish I had somewhere like this near me ! Highly recommend Lamb kebab with spicy potato.

I have been going to Grill Master for 10 years now. If you are looking for fresh grilled chicken or lamb wrap that is the place. Reasonably priced and honest portions. Please ask for falafels as they are made when you wait.

I literally order from them just 1hour or so. The food came 30min ago. I had to say from everything we ordered was a disaster. 1st the chips, it was reheated dried chips and the added chillie powder which i never even selected for. The 2nd was the 2 pieces of chicken ordered, that was also dry as if it just been cooked and regrilled. The 3rd was the beef burger dry and hard from the outside and coverer it all up with sauce and salad. The worst delivery expirence ever. I just cant believe the way they had the audacity to gave those chips and dry chicken. Better just eating card board. 0 respect for customers. I would say to everyone not to order from them in ur life.

I ordered through a delivery app. The delivery was missing my falafel wrap. The foul medames was literally spoiled, I had to throw it away. This place needs to be shut down for hygiene reasons.

Possibly the best falafel I’ve ever eaten. The gentleman who runs this restaurant is incredibly generous and cooks the best wraps! Since discovering grill master 2-3 months ago we have been back roughly once a week and my housemates and I agree that this is the best falafel in Shepherd’s Bush... if not the best falafel we’ve ever had.

Been coming here for years!! Best grill restaurant in the W12 area great tasting food and very very clean must try the chicken shish and falafel, the owner is very Pleasant and polite.

I come here at least once a forthnight for lunch. Get the large Chicken Kebab Master or Lamb Kebab Master. Grilled over charcoal, fresh humus, amazing falafel and fresh salad - amazing! Get extra chilli sauce for that kick. You can go wild and add Halloumi and spicy potatoes.

Ordered off Uber Eats. Can't believe I've never known about this place. MONSTER sized falafel wraps AND SO delicious!!! Super cheap for the amount you get, too. Ordered the falafel + halloumi wrap and the falafel + olive wrap, both were delicious. Def will order again.

Quite simply the best Shish Kebab I've ever tasted anywhere and I've tried them all over the world. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They do amazing falafel and grilled Haloumi wrap! Also do chicken and lamb wraps too. Very nice people managing the shop and have they have outside seating as well
