It was the first time and I'm really happy .Me and my family enjoyed the food , the service and the atmosphere especially my daughter who celebrated her birthday there. We will definitely come again

Shawerma and flafel are really good I love this place

The food is amazing and deserves the price! One dish from the menu is enough for two people, its heavy cooking. The service was a little slow for a 5 star restaurant and the waiters sometimes forgot to bring over items we ordered so we had to remind them, but the staff was great treated people with respect and always had a smile.

Been my favourite place for chicken shawrmas in London for years. However, the female waiter that we had should learn to smile, we felt like we might get slapped by her when she was taking our order!

The food here was top tier, and very authentic. Tried Frika for the first time and it was delicious! And the Moutabal was perfect. Get the lemon and mint juice, so refreshing. Service very friendly. Will deffo eat here again

Genuine Syrian food, great quality and friendly staff. It’s so hard to find genuine Syrian food in London so this is a gem, good to support local Syrian business aswell. The adjoining bakery and supermarket are part of the same business.

Really nice food and staff are l always welcoming. We were there quite late but didn’t feel rushed when they were closing up. I tried one of the specials and I’m glad I did. It was a lamb kofta in a rich tomato sauce with yogurt.

I just had a lovely breakfast in this amazing place. Hummos with shawarma to die for! Falafel was great. Sfeha was amazingly seasoned and done. Prices are reasonable for the service.

Went here after QPR home game. Enjoyed Hummus, salad and a warm bread; followed by a Halloumi wrap with fries. Thoroughly enjoyed. Great service. Recommend.

It feels like I was in Dubai. The food is very traditional and delicious. If you like Middle Eastern food, you shouldn’t miss it.

I ordered lamb chunk with rice . Disappointed as the rice seem to be not fresh and bit dry the meat also was not tender as it should be considering it’s lamb chunk. Also veg side was dry. Sauce not sure what it was brown in color. Did not reply pull a fuss as I say to myself never coming back. May be they used to be good years ago but not sure now. I am not a regular customer.

Maybe this is one of the best restaurants in London that I have ever been in 7 years living here. The food, the tea, the dessert, the atmosphere and the service are all 10 stars! I just loved everything in this restaurant.

We needed some food while waiting for an event at Bush Hall so plumped for this place. Not disappointed at all. The food was great and the atmosphere lovely with many Arabic speakers indicating the quality of the food to come. We had a mezzo but there we people nearby have done nice looking maybe courses. And others popped in for a sandwich. The babba ganoush was a bit too smokey but the rest of the meal was perfect. I can't remember what the dishes were called as they are the morrocan version of what we usually know. Delicious though and filling. The pot of mint tea was a great accompaniment and the baklava a nice treat to finish with. The bill was surprisingly low so I'll be going back when I'm next in the area and would even if the prices were higher.

Ayam Zaman provides an excellent dining experience. The ambience is superb, the food is served promptly and tastes fantastic. I enjoyed the Shawarma, Biryani, and Kebab Hindi the most. The portions are plentiful and the pricing is fair. A must-visit!

Had a lovely meal with friends here last night. Staff were really friendly and attentive, providing a professional but pleasant service. We were provided a starter salad which was perfectly fresh. Food arrived in good time after. It was perfectly presented and tasted great. I had the baby chicken and chips and it was spot on. Finished the meal off with some bakhlava and green tea. Will definitely be returning!

Pretty mediocre to poor food - fairly disappointed. My lamb tajin was lukewarm, lidless and .. meatless. Won’t come back.

Will definitely return, great food

Food was very good but was slightly smaller than expected, but that depended on what was ordered. Service from some staff was great, others seemed to have stern faces and at first were confused with customers. Otherwise, it was a nice place to hold a dinner party as prices were competitive.

The potato in tajin and makmour was smelly, unfriendly staff at first when we came in but then later they got a little better, overall relatively bad experience wouldn’t recommend.

We had dinner here and to be frank, we were very disappointed. As an Arab, I was craving some good food to remind me of home and this restaurant missed the mark. The appetizers were fantastic but both mains we tried were dry and lackluster. We also experienced some stomach pain afterwards which is a good indication that the quality of the food was subpar. The dessert was also very average nothing spectacular. The quality of service was okay nothing worth noting. The atmosphere of the place however and the decor was lovely.

Uhm so l ordered from here on Uber eats and the food was £24 couldn’t believe it but bought it anyways Cause l used to eat here for Eid,it came tye rice was so small they put sauce on it and l said Nothing on the rice my daughter couldn’t eat it cause they put the sauce in it and l tried the call them to make a complain and they hanged up and was so rude Don’t buy from here

One of the best spots in Acton, near Shepherd’s Bush, for authentic Syrian cuisine. The lamb shank is a standout—perfectly marinated, tender, and melts in your mouth, served with delicious rice and steamed vegetables. The restaurant offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to dine in. I was first invited for dinner by two friends from my gym and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. The staff are friendly and attentive. I was so impressed that I later brought my family along. A must-try place. Highly recommended!

Loved this place. The food tastes very authentic and the staff are incredibly nice. I will definitely going back and suggest you should visit too. There are a range of items, none of which we tried were bad. An excellent restaurant. Grateful to have an establishment like this nearby to me.

Good quality food let down by inept and disinterested staff. Trying to get to attention of waiting staff is the real challenge at this eatery as they just want talk to each other and generally ignore customers, unless they know them personally or are regularly Arab customers. The young waitress that eventually took my order was shockingly poor, very rude and only interested in conversing with her male colleagues. When she served my food she stuck her hand into the side sauces! Shame , as the food was good and I preferred it to other Syrian eateries in the vicinity.

we took 3 sandwiches, each with barely 3 bites of tawouk. The sandwiches were watery and soaked with sauce to the extent that we couldn’t eat them. They are not very practical for delivery, plus the tawouk portion was very small, with only 3 pieces in each sandwich, which is very poor. Additionally, the order came mixed up. We asked for no vegetables, but it came with them instead.

Bad customer service and the wings are raw this is the worst restaurant I have been I an really don’t recommend coming here.

Out shopping on the Uxbridge road found this beautiful restaurant. First experience and was excellent. Very well presented and classy , clean and staff are well dressed. The meal was delicious and as in the menu. Lovely place with excellent bathroom facilities highly recommend will now be my go to when again in the area

Maybe they just had an off day but honestly one of the worst places I’ve been to in a long time. Ordered the shish taouk and fatoush salad. Lettuce was old and compared to fatoush I’ve had previously, the dressing was well off and incredibly sour (I have a pretty high sour tolerance too). The chicken was very dry and I’m pretty sure it was reheated. The rice was definitely microwaved which can be expected so not too mad but the chicken was definitely not fresh. The waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. I expected to have hot and fresh chicken shish due to the waiting time but as I mentioned it was not fresh. The staff were very aloof and did not seem to care much. Interior is really beautiful but such a shame with everything else weighing it down. Really disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back. Oh and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning because my stomach was doing backflips almost instantly after we left.

There is no taste, no flavour, no aftertaste........the grills on the electric grill...one end is burnt and the other end is not even...and it is all above and clean again....the wings still have feathers on them and are packed ...I mean, you eat with feathers, and if you don't like it and complain, he gives you an excuse worse than sin, that all the wings are like this... Of course, not to mention the prices, which are double the prices of non-restaurants. Food: zero star Service and atmosphere: 1 star Is very dirty, you eat wings with feathers. It is not tasty at all. I do NOT recommend it at all.

Fantastic place for tasting Arabic cuisine in London. We enjoyed very much the Sunday breakfast buffet. The food is fresh and tasty, the stuff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very easily available by public transport!

I came in looking for a middlestern feel, and I really felt it and tasted it. The breakfast is a buffet at the weekend, and it genuinely feels I'm having breakfast in Beirut. Really love the different flavours and about adore there mint tea.

Nice decor that makes you feel you're sitting in an Old Damascene house. The food is equally as good, with a range of Syrian and Arabic dishes. Good selection of drinks and desserts too. Highly recommend it!

My experience is negative for this restaurant. The food, most of what we order is poorly done, specially batata Harrah was awful, I order a thing, they bring another thing, service is not quite sufficient, and all in all, its overrated but does not deserve it. The food is not equal to the price. Will not go again.

Before an event at Bush Hall we popped in here for an early dinner. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the authentic food. Finished off with complimentary Baclava and a cardamom coffee, all at a very reasonable price. From the clientele that were there I would say that we aren’t the only ones who think that this is a great restaurant. We will be back soon.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. Especially the food is out of this world. The service was CRAZY AWESOME. They brought free food, free deserts and were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. I literally came from an hour away and it was worth the ride. 100/10 amazing.

I can say that the food is amazing. All the food we ordered was cooked great and tasted delicious. However, the place definitely has organisational issues. When we call for reservations they told us they don’t accept reservations, but when we turn up at the place they didn’t give us tables for a long time because the unoccupied tables were “reserved”. When we complain about this they told us they don’t take reservations when it’s fully reserved which was a pretty questionable answer as they didn’t say anything about this on the phone. Around 6.30, after waiting for almost 30 minutes standing, there was an available table, but they didn’t take us there because apparently it was reserved for 7.30, which definitely shows the lack of service because they prefer keeping a table free for an hour while there are other customers already waiting there for more than half an hour. After getting our table, the service was nice though. I also order food from here from time to time so I am disappointed of the service in the restaurant. I should also say that I’ll definitely go again, this time making sure I have a reservation because food is fantastic.

We popped in without a booking wanting an early dinner before a gig, they seated us quickly ( a party of 5) although the restaurant filled up very quickly. We ordered a lot of meze's to share and had one vegetarian with us. Every dish was a delight, the service was good despite it getting very busy just after we arrived. Highly recommended.

We have been going to Ayam Zaman. Food is really good but unfortunately service is not. Noone will welcome you. We were there waited for almost an hour and the lady was highly unwelcoming and rude. So we eventually left as she was not accommodating neither was giving any waiting time. I wish waiters like her who don’t have basic manners should at least be trained to deal with people nicely. This is basic courtesy. Quite disappointed with the (non)service.

The mind takes this restaurant seriously. Wow, in all aspects of its nutritional system, the price of one luxury thing over another.

We just had lunch, the food was good. My son's shawarma was a bit warm and by halfway the meal it was cold and i had the mixed grill the taste was good but don't expect the portions to be as the photo on the menu it's much smaller hence giving only 4 stars.

The catering is a hit and miss with the quality, unfortunately. We’ve tried this restaurant time and again but it disappoints sometimes. You cannot guarantee the quality everytime. The real issue is that we’ve ordered catering on two separate occasions, whereby we specifically instructed them NOT to add nuts to the rice, as some people have fatal allergies. They agreed to our specific instructions and assured us that they’d accommodate accordingly. Come said day, and on both occasions, we found nuts in the rice. One of the occasions was for someone’s wedding, and the bride was allergic to nuts. This is extremely dangerous and completely irresponsible, as it could’ve ended badly. Very unhappy with the service provided.
