Bought food today via Good to Go app and regrettably the food was from last night ,very disappointing and bad taste No Star

Wonderful staff, the food was beyond me expectations. Just went for a take away and ended up enjoying every chew. Can't wait to go back!

We went here on a Monday for a date night, and the place was not too busy so that was good. We used a voucher from buy a gift and it’s best to book the restaurant over the phone if you have one. Service: great service at arrival, they were not really sure how to use the voucher so while we were seated they asked us about it again 😅 during our meal we kept being started at that made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but I guess it was to see if we were finished. However I would say don’t stare too much please 😅 6/10 Drinks : we had a mango juice that was a bit sweet but I liked it 8/10 11 course: we had a mix of starters as seen in the picture and videos. The food was a bit spicy, but if you can handle it you’re good. Overal the food we would give it a 7/10 Atmosphere is very cute not sure if they rent the space out but would be a great party venue.

Great lebanese restaurant, recommended dish of day, which was delicious, lovely fresh hot bread, and dips. Great service from owner or the guy at the front. Delicious tiramsu dessert too, halal place!

Great place to eat. Entertainment was also great. No downside apart from not having much choice for gluten free food. Other then that really good.

Fantastic food & the staff were very professional. I arranged it as a New Year meal for myself, husband & my 3 sons. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely visit again. 😁

Very Dissapointing service, we went on New Year's Eve, we called late for a booking and they accepted, arriving they told us we have only one hour to eat because of a party. They wanted us to order just Principal plates (maybe because of their price?), but we wanted to share many dishes, as is usual in Lebanon. The food was ok, nothing special, limited and pricy. The service incredibly unacceptable. If you have a New Years party, it is easy to not accept bookings. We will never go back again

I went here for a wedding reception and had a really lovely time. The food was tasty and it kept on coming, never been a restaurant where they brought out hot bread. The atmosphere was 10/10 and the decor in the restaurant is exquisite the wedding decor just took it up a notch. I would go back here again.

Absolute kip of a place, 25 pound for a kids size meal, 2 pieces of lettuce 4 oven made chips and half a slice of Arabic bread and 11 pound for service charge for bringing the food 3 meters to our table. Full on scam

Excellent hot mezze on a freezing winter’s evening, with delicious Lebanese red, by the glass. Impeccable service, comfortable and quiet seating

Nice and good service. Food was a big disappointment. We went for grilled kebab , chops . Also ordered Labnah , hummus amd kibbah. Grilled meat rather tasteless, Labnah tastes low quality. Humms and kibbah were good but average .

I am a disable person, and I live on the 8th floor, the delivery man called me today saying “I am sorry darling the lift is not working I am leaving your food downstairs in reception”. How I am suppose to go 8 floors down and then up without lift while I use manual wheel chair?!!

Prompted by a Groupon voucher, went for a choice of six mezze plus glass of wine. Not busy - plenty of space; quite lavish interesting interior. Food was excellent including bread. All well served with pleasant hospitality. Will certainly go again. I was surprised to read the adverse reviews. Those reviewers must have been very unlucky.

Dined here as group of four including a young, enthusiastic child! I really enjoy Lebanese food, so will always gravitate to this cuisine and Yamal Alsham is one of the best I can remember. We were able to sit outside, taking advantage of a warm evening in London. However, inside was quite special and with live entertainment in the form of traditional music. Food was excellent with all the usual favourites, cooked to a high standard and with an impressive wine menu including some great Burgundies. But what stood out was the level of service. The attentiveness was off the scale and genuine, sincere levels of service. I live in the home of World leading hospitality management colleges (Montreux) and this is where they should send their students to learn about how to take care of clients and make them feel special.

Great decor, and food is good. Staff are helpful, but I won't go as far to say they were friendly.

We had an absolutely fabulous meal, steps from our hotel in Imperial Wharf. The service was impeccable, the food was incredible and quite reasonably priced. We started with silky smooth hummus and a bottomless basket of fresh-baked pita. My grandson had a dish that was described as baby chicken and as he said, it must have been the whole nest of baby chickens from the size of the dish. It was served with a garlic sauce that everyone at the table dipped into, it was so delicious. My son ordered the chicken biryani, and he left nothing on the plate. I had the lamb Kabsi, which was also both plentiful and absolutely delicious. It was a memorable meal, and it was disappointing only in that London is so far from where we live. If we could give it ten stars, we would!

Poorly prepared food with low quality ingredients which comes with bad service and unnecessarily expensive. The five star reviews are fake. Please avoid and go elsewhere.

Even with the discount it is unreasonably expensive. Near £30 for a "mixed grill" meal just enough for one person. Food quality was okay, pita on the side actually very good. "Drivers busier than usual" added 20 mins to the delivery time.

This place ticks all the boxes. Apart from the usual 5 stars you give on Google when prompted: Food, Service and Atmosphere the Shisha which we call Ghalyoon (Persian) is definitely the added bonus. So try this place at least once!

A great place to get a sit down meal. The appies are well priced and the hummus was the best I’ve ever had. The meal was great too but not inexpensive. They are open late and have heaters which is a bonus.

We were looking for good English breakfast but it was on Sunday and pub near by did not want to serve us and we have to wait 45 min before eating something different and I though I have honk there is an Italian place near by and the Italian guy working there send me next door. It was an amazing experience as Assam was so professional and caring about our wish… he did not try convince to order something different. Breakfast was amazing and when I had a look about all menù I thought all food it is no over price but amazing value. I definitely will Go back there for lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend the his restaurant.

Food was good, even though when you go for a set menu they bring you the same quantity of some starters either if you're 2 or 4 people which is a bit disappointing since you pay a full price per person.

Lovely restaurant and lovely food. Just gets a bit cold if you’re sitting outside!

My main was basically a big bowl of tahini mixed with fat yogurt and covered with oil. To that they added a handful of lamb strings and a few chickpeas. Seriously? Who is going to eat a whole bowl of thick, heavy fat? I picked up what was edible and left the rest. I don't want to die yet. After the meal I had to go for 40 minutes walk to burn the calories as I felt so guilty of having that meal. Never again. The only good point was the decor but still plastic plants and flowers are not that good for the planet so only 1 star here. If you want to stay healthy and live long then probably best to avoid the food.

I was having a great afternoon there till one of the waiter's (Samel) blatant bad attitude ruined it for me. Gossiping about a customer to other staff and murmuring things under your breath when walking away is definitely not great customer service. If he's your waiter, do yourself a favour and ask for someone else!

Go to place for Levant cuisine, great quality and the portions are good. Highly recommended

Apart from the service, I didn't enjoy anything here. The food was awful, I didn't think I would ever eat bad food at a Lebanese restaurant. It was very salty and unevenly cooked. To top it up its pretty expensive. Certainly not recommended and truly disappointed LE: they are ripping people off. They suggested that for the pizza we need to stay in another part of the seating area and they charged us 50% more. Avoid at all costs

Saturday night dinner was great and the live music made it even better! Portion size was big and delicious.

Expensive, and super-noisy. The waiter pushed us to order the most expensive menu option. Annoying. We didn't - but still ended up with far more food that we needed (hello, food waste!) The singer was SO LOUD! We couldn't even talk to the person next to us. And then it was expensive. So, basically, we paid a load of money & were unable to chat and wasted loads of food. There are loads of better Lebanese restaurants in London. Avoid this one.

Excellent We ordered the 11 plates tasting menu, the staff were very polite and treat us very well. The plates were served super quick and the quality of the food was excellent, so yummy! Thank you Yamal Alsham!

The best thing (sadly) about this place is the looks. With the mirrors and the floral decoration it’s a lovely place to look at while eating. Sadly the food was less than average. With the prices being on the higher end, if you expect the flavour or the portion sizes to match that you will be highly disappointed. Even going for a set menu ended up being highly unsatisfactory with too many mezes, a hilariously small “mixed grill”, and the price tag you would get table full platters at a similar level middle eastern restaurant. Having said that the staff were lovely and there was live entertainment. If you want to go with a large group you will end up spending a lot and leaving hungry.

Stumbled on this gem unintentionally March 17. Food was amazing! Best Briyani I have ever had. Staff were so friendly and restaurant was warm and comfortable! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best Lebanese restaurant in London

Superb and authentic leabanese food and excellent service . There is an outside dining area and also an indoor dining room that is very tastefully decorated and has the most elegant chandeliers . The staff are very accommodating . I highly recommend it !

We had a very enjoyable meal in their outside covered area. Due to the time of year, the area was quiet, but that isn't a negative.

We went to this restaurant today for lunch with my Daughter in law. We were greeted and service was friendly and we ordered our food. Unfortunately, both main dishes arrived pretty cold. Generally the quality of food wasn’t that great specially for the price. It was served cold as well. when it came to desert they recommended something and we told them that we don’t want to eat too much as none of us are great eaters,especially with dessert. He recommended a half portion, as well as the fact that we already have ordered baklava to share too. When the half portion arrived, we could not believe the size of it. It was enough for six people. We wondered what would be the full portion. We were charged £15 for this. When I complained about this at the end, and the fact that the food was cold,the reaction was non-existent. I have been there a few years ago and I got the same impression then. They just want you to spend more money as they don’t expect to see you again. More like pushy restaurants in touristy areas like Istanbul or similar, with the difference that this is a very residential area and they should be looking for repeat clients. No wonder that they are always quite. Definitely my last time going there for sure.

Had the worst experience at this place I was basically ripped off. I would strongly advice to avoid this place at all costs. The service was really slow and poor the food is extremely over priced.
