Absolutely loved this place. Probably the best falafel I've ever eaten, and that's saying a lot! For a takeaway shop, this place is special. The cooks were very kind and understanding. The food came out quick for a large order and they were busy, and the food was incredible. They can easily make adjustments to your wraps if you didn't want certain things etc. Definitely recommend.

I had the medium deluxe kebab with extra hot sauce. I really was quite in awe of the combinations of the flavours in the wrap it really was excellent and had great flavour and texture. I was full and there were two larger sizes available. Highly recomend this and the service was welcoming and fast.

We were looking for a good falafel place around the area and came across this place. After tasting the wraps I would say these are hands down the best wraps I've had in London. We got wraps 9 and 10 on the menu which were a generous size and very filling. The wraps were clean and wrapped nicely and the ingredients were fresh and flavour was authentic. We will definitely be visiting again and trying other items on the menu.

It was so generous that I had trouble finishing it. 'served with hummus, fried aubergine, fresh tomatoes, pickled turnips, pickled cucumber, lettuce, parsley and tahina sauce. Very small restaurant for perfect Falafel in Shepherds Bush Market. Very delicious Falafel. I recommend to take number 4 order of: Falafel & Spicy Potatoes Wrap. The king size is so huge and cost only 8.75 £. The Google map location was not accurate where I got lost a bit. It is opposite to Costa Coffee in side the market. Yes they used to sell good Felafel. But success has gone to his head. Waited 10 mins for my order to e taken. Another 10 mins whilst the 2 staff chit chatted. Plenty of ready felafel but he would not make me a small warp. By now a line of impatient deliveroo riders. He just could not care. Plus not very clean, the rag he uses to wipe the prep counter is the same for his hands. Soiled shirt and no apron. Questionable hygiene.. Trouble is he is successful and thinks he will always be so.

I love this restaurant. Every time I come to London from Scotland, it's worth the extra miles to come here. I have tried others as a last result but it doesn't beat this place. The people are lovely and generous portions. I cannot complain. The choices on the menu are a selection. Everyone I ask have said they have been coming here for years. I would be doing the same if I was local. I highly recommend for clean, reasonable priced, fresh and filling food. This is the place to go. I had to stick around in Shepards Bush for an hour or two and was told this was the place to go - and they weren't wrong - the supreme falafel wrap was unreal and topped off with their special tea which was delightful. Really friendly and just a great vibe.

BEST FALAFEL SO FAR. I had to say that I work in Hospitality, Michelin star restaurants, I worked in different places in the Mediterranean, Middle Eastern cuisine and this gentlemen are proper artists. Also they make you feel like at home, customer service on point. 10/10.

Another visit today with my family for the best falafels you can taste. We've been having a brunch wrap there while shopping at Shepherd's Bush market for many years. The wraps and fillings can be adjusted and tailored to our specific tastes. I'd recommend getting there early as they are only open 11.00 - 18.00, and due to their popularity there can be queues. Well worth a visit.

Honestly the best falafel wraps in london. So much choice too. The sumac chips always go down a treat. They take their sweet time to make the wraps but all done fresh and it's well worth the wait.

I was a regular customer, despite the lukewarm service. But today was the last straw for me. I arrived at the place at 10:30 and the door was open so I assumed they were open, before i took a step in I was dismissed with a hand gesture from the employee as though I was a pest. It was extremely rude. He could have simply said sorry sir we are closed and kept me as a customer. But i will no longer go there. The Sudanese falafel and the Egyptian falafel in the market nearby are amazing and come with great customer service, much more deserving than this place and also cheaper

This was my favorite place for falafel in London, but the falafel guy (with long beard) needs to realize that we are customers, not his subordinates and must show respect, and I do recommend for him to take some anger management classes to stop loosing customers and learn how to politely speak with others! Very bad attitude from him on two different visits. I defiantly won’t visit this establishment again and I will make sure that non of my family and friends do that too!
