The grill in Wealden

Ordered a delivery last night on Just Eat. After two calls where I was told my food was being delivered asap and cold kebab turned up 90 minutes late. No explanation, no apology. There are far more reliable establishments in the town whom deliver hot food. Try them instead.

Decent food with reasonable portions. Delivered promptly and in a friendly manner. Nice way to mop up a few pints.

Terrible service and food. Lied about the delivery time and we ended up having to cancel 2.5hrs after ordering. Hopeless and would avoid.

What more can I say, I'm an essential worker and had to travel to a property in this area tonight and remembered that even in normal times, there is zero takeaway delivery at the place I was going to, so spotted this place open and took a chance. Very glad I dad, as was very friendly service and the food Im eating right now, is lovely, and the boss will not complain about the receipt, as their prices are very reasonable. I was happy to see clear signage in place about ordering online or on the phone first, no congregating outside, 2-metre rule and even sanitiser on the counter for customers, what more could you want ? ;)
