Quirky wee pub with the ceiling covered in steins and jugs. Very friendly atmosphere! Lively dog on the premises as well 😊

Cosy hostelry in the centre of the village that serves up an excellent pint of Rebellion (has to be good on that basis alone!) Only downside is that they don’t serve lunchtime tucker so they lose out, esp. to the grey vote! Their loss is to the gain of the Greyhound (opp.) ..no Rebellion there but the pub and the grub are both fab.

We have popped in here for a quick drink a few times, but after a late finish at work we were looking for a quick bite to eat so thought we'd see what they had. First time of trying their new pizza menu and it makes a great addition to the wares available in Wargrave. The prices are very reasonable and the pizzas on the menu all sound like a nice selection of toppings (and you can build your own). The two we tried were nice enough, nothing amazing, and were £11 each. But glad to have it near by when wanting something less fancy than the restaurants.

Great pub if you're a local, they are served before you even if you're standing waiting at the bar, £3.40 for 2 small Cokes, grubby and smelly, most unwelcoming, the old Police car in the car park is the only thing worth seeing.

We enjoyed a glass of wine and noted that shiraz was not available, however the merlot was fine. The bar person and locals were friendly and down to earth.

Proper local pub in Wargrave Village centre. Two fantastic Real Ales (Rebellion-Marlow Brewery & Doom Bar) Choice of two bars. Would def recommend the cosy Snug bar! Blazing coal stove, impressive tankard collection & other curios on display. Larger bar inc Juke Box, Dart Board, Fruit Machine, TV for Sport and Cards/Cribbage board. Really enjoyed one of the Stone Baked Pizzas! (available Tues-Sat evenings and Sat afternoon) Dog Friendly!

The food and drink were incredible but the best part of our experience was our waitress Liv - she was chatty, attentive and welcoming. We will return just for her service

Always enjoyable to pay a visit. An unpretentious ’locals’ pub and our most favourite one in Twyford. Can sometimes get overly busy and hard to find a seat, particularly when locals use seats as coat and bag racks, but overall being busy is a good sign! Always look forward to visiting.

An excellent and friendly pub. Don't judge a book by its cover. Friendly staff and locals. This pub is superb, so are the pickled eggs.

We visit regularly to have lunch or coffee in their excellent restaurant, prices are not cheap but the food is plentiful and served quite quickly even when busy. We use our Loyalty card to get freebies and money off vouchers, overall their prices are a little on the expensive side but worth a visit. The car park now has EV chargers... if you can afford the ott kwh price. Pop down to the Aquatics shop and feed the fish, our grandkids love it.
