Food very good, but took an age to come. Quoted 15-20 mins on ordering. Took over 50mins. Not good with 2 young teenagers chomping on the bit. Went there instead of pub as we thought it would be quicker. Big mistake. Arrived feeling comfortable with time before dental appointment. Left having bolted the food and dashing to keep appointment.

Food took a long time plus cheese on toast came out very well done black around the sides Did send it back and waited another 20 minutes before it was replaced We have been here before but things have very much changed

First visit today. Coffee, tea and scones delicious as was the vegetable soup. Staff really friendly and welcoming.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Parkers Garden Centre Cafe. After checking their opening times online and calling ahead to confirm, my family and I embarked on an hour-long drive, eager to enjoy a meal at the cafe. To our dismay, upon arrival within the advertised hours, we were informed that the kitchen was shut. This left us hungry and frustrated, particularly given that we had specifically called to ensure we would be able to dine. The lack of communication and disregard for accurate information is unacceptable for a business that prides itself on customer service. Our visit to Parkers Garden Centre Cafe was meant to be a pleasant outing, but it turned into a source of inconvenience and disappointment. I hope they address this issue promptly to avoid such unpleasant experiences for future visitors.

We only got drinks. I had a cappuccino it had a lot foam n chocolate powder it was great. My friend had flat white, they didn’t have sugar free vanilla tho.

Sat outside as inside was to busy but was to hot as well. Soup was lovely so was the wrap

Visited the coffee shop at lunch time today, lovely atmosphere about the place, it was busy, the staff were attentive and cheerful, our drinks were served lovely and hot, followed by our food which was lovely and fresh, accompanied by a healthy side salad. There are good menu choices available, along with daily specials, all in all very good indeed, 100% recommended.

Delightful venue with a great menu and great service.

It's okay, our order is often wrong but we've not mentioned it because the staff are only young 😆 reasonable prices and the garden centre is nice too.

Bland food, weak tea, and to make matters worse, confronted by a female member of staff when we were walking out of the door who asked out loud " Have you paid for the extra chips and coffee" embarrassing my wife in front of other diners, at which point we showed the receipt to prove. The girl should have paid attention to her job, not make us look like common thieves. Never again. Really annoyed.

Can only give, the 1 * here. Unfortunately this place is stuck in time by decades. It reminds me of English coffe places back in the 70's. The Sunday Menu offering the very traditional cream of tomato, fish and chips, lion of pork and the very extravagant chicken chasseur....with these options on the menu, this place will only attract the most senior. Their coffe machine is really good yet they only offer the latte, cappuccino and very few other options. No machiatto, espresso or flat white for those ardent coffe drinkers. In their defence staff are really good, and they do have Soya milk. Nothing Vegan here of course.

Sat at a table and was ignored by the staff. Went up to the front and was ignored again...turned round and found my seat had been taken. Walked out and went to a decent cafe.

A friendly and welcoming little cafe. My family and friends have been dining here for years.
