The green room cafe bistro in Enfield

Delicious food and great staff. The fresh juice is so tasty and the food is superbly presented. They cater for all dietary requirements and are lovely.

Visited today with cousin and our 2 little boys. Lovely atmosphere, the staff were so friendly the food came out so quickly and was delicious. I would 100% recommend and will be returning. As we were leaving I mentioned it was my cousins birthday and a lovely lady generously gave us a piece of cake in a takeaway box. So lovely! Thank you

Dependable friendly local cafe. The food is yummy, staff attentive and caring. I’ve seen them welcoming plenty of local regulars. They were kind to those with special needs which is much appreciated. Well done, staff! 👍

Great food with nice friendly service. Good value. I was staying across the road at the Holtwhites Hotel which has no catering so this charming little cafe is ideal for a quick snack or a hearty breakfast.

Really good. We stopped here for breakfast, the food was really good and tasty, the coffees/orange juice came at the same time as the food, the food did come quiet quick, but a little wait for drinks. But don't let that put you off. It is worth a visit. The orange juice was really good. The decor was nice and the place was very clean. The staff were very friendly.

Sadly after numerous visits to this cafe (all very pleasant) today I visited with a group of parents with young babies and was told buggies are not welcome and that a minimum order would be imposed ‘next time’ because we only ordered coffee. I felt extremely unwelcome despite having visited dozens of times for lunch in the past. So there won’t be a ‘next time’. A massive shame.

Amazing brunch for the whole family. Staff so friendly, great menu with so much to choose from, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We will absolutely be going again!

Delicious homemade cakes, once you try you will be regular, my favourite one is orange cake, not too sweet not to dry just perfect On top of that Tasty coffee and lovely costumer services

Visited here for the first time with a friend. I was very impressed with the choice and decided to have something new. I has Manaman, tomatoes, pepper, onions and egg served with toast. It was very nicely seasoned and had a real Mediterranean taste. The coffee was good, glasses of water available and service good and pleasant. Will go again.

How can you muck up a sausage sandwich? - Reheated sausages thinly sliced and fried between 2 slices of unbuttered mother’s pride bread - inedible!

First time visit since it was the old Painters. Decor very nice,clean and good service .I had the Eggs Benedict and a large cup of tea. Presented nicely and tasted good. Reasonably priced will call again.

Enjoyed our late brunch on a bank holiday. A good selection of breakfast and lunch/supper. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food and coffee were good. The large windows and the deco made this cafe bright, airly and relaxed. WiFi was available. The customers were a mixture of young and senior, couples and families, all relax and enjoying the time there (there were no noisy kids!) There are a quite few great restaurants and a wonderful bakery at this corner of Chase Side. This cafe is an addition to it as the daytime option. We would try the smoothy and milkshake next time.

Visited on a Friday morning for breakfast. Menu has a mix of your traditional English but also some interesting Mediterranean options. We tried the scrambled eggs & salmon on toast, eggs royale and Menemen (a mix of onions, tomatoes, eggs, peppers). Fresh orange too. Coffee was very good. Portions were generous, everything was nicely presented and the food was tasty. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked. Service was good and the place is tastefully decorated. It wasn’t too busy when we visited but the place is certainly busy at lunch times with families. Room for prams. Prices were reasonable. Would return.

Terrible service and food. Quiet weekday, left 10 minutes on uncleared table, boast home made rolls but had none, cheap sliced bread not bloomer, meals arrived separately, drinks came after, rubbish cappuccino and bit cheap. Much much better to be had at papadellis and olive...

Relaxing ambience, and timely, efficient service. Lots of space and a wide menu from which to choose. A welcome addition to Enfield’s cafés.
