I have never been disappointed with a meal, service is very good, I would recommend them to my family and friends anytime.

Been my go to Chinese for the past 10 years while I've lived I'm Birkby.....friendly staff, never anything missing off of my order, always on time and always hot!

i wouldnt order from here. The curry sauce looks as though some 1 has thrown up. vile! value wise? 0 out of 10. special fried rice? Al call it special flied bland! stay clear!

Amazing experience, the receptionist was exceptional. He greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. The food was lovely. I am now addicted to this place and will be returning everyday to get get my dinner from here.

First time calling but great food

Please stay away from this awful place. The food i have just received i wouldn't give a dog!! The ribs are dry rock hard and crumbling. Appaling customer service when calling up to complain. I spent £30 and I expected quality food but its absolutely the worst food I've ever seen.

We order chicken secuan and duck secuan . Both was with noodle and meal was just with plenty onion few carrot 1pcs pepper but plenty onion. We loved this restaurant but it is going down :(

Awful. This place has gone downhill seriously. Obviously new owners or whatever. Pineapple in satay skewers which I never heard of or had before. Special Chow mein, nothing special at all. Ribs, more bone and fat than anything else. Nothing tasted remotely authentic, just bland and tasteless. Sorry but true

The only Chinese takeaway we use. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious.

I adore this Chinese takeout. The food is always delicious. Its the most local to us too. Call them rather than use other websites as it's cheaper to do so.

Ridiculously bad, burnt starter, fatty ribs and the soup was, well, not soup. Will never order again. Oh and we got the wrong order delivered to start with.

Great tasting food...good service, the meals were so tasty and cooked real quick too...great prices and a really good variety of meals..

Disgusting service or should I say not service! Ordered food waited over 2 hours for delivery.when I rang to complain, heard very angry "cook" in background who said order would be cancelled... No customer service skills at all. Do not order from them!

I ordered for the 1st time in ages, the ribs were so dry and hard my son couldn't eat it. My sister got chicken curry and it was just watery and tasteless she had to throw it away and the order was 1.5 hrs for delivery. I would definitely not be ordering from this place again. We ended up sharing my fried rice.

Waited just over 2hrs for food which was bland, pork was dry and chewy. Spring rolls and chips were cold. Couldn't even get a discount. Won't be going there again

Missus ordered a chicken curry and rice, curry was slimy and undercooked, rice was ok ish. I ordered sweet and sour mixed balls, chicken was hit and miss, pork and beef were tough as boots, the sauce was decent. Rang up to complain, said they didn't have the curry sauce as they had ran out as they made it this morning and were not cooking any more, so they said they would do us sweet and sour chicken balls. They came, uncooked. Missus had 4 mouthfuls of rice for her tea. Not good at all

Ordered through just eat it gave me an hour delivery slot, the hour came and went. I rang and they said it's just leaving now 45 mins later I rang again, she said we have a new driver and hes slow. I'm still sat waiting so from me ordering my food to now it has been 2 hours 20 minutes and still no food.

Ordered twice now came 2 hours late also asked for no veg came full. On the 1st time they sent it to the wrong address lession learnt.... Tbh the girl on the phone is dumb

After a two hour wait we cancelled our order. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Avoid at all cost! low quality food with rude and even lower quality service.

Absolutely dreadful experience after ordering through Just Eat. Placed our order at 6.50pm with an expected delivery time of 7.50. This was pushed back to 8.10 but by 8.30 we still had no food so I rang to be told I should have ordered through their own website, the food would have been cheaper and our order prioritised - so basically Just Eat orders are shunted to the bottom of the list! Assured our food was being prepared and would be with us very soon, but by 9.20 - another 50 minutes later & 2.5 hours after ordering - we still had no food. I rang again to be given the exact same speech, directing orders through their own website & was then told our food would be another half an hour! With 3 kids waiting for 2.5 hours already, I told them to forget it & cancel the order. Terrible way to treat customers. It shouldn’t matter how the order is placed - if they can’t fulfil the orders from Just Eat, they shouldn’t accept them. I won’t be ordering from here again - directly or indirectly.

The food is easily the best in Huddersfield and the delivery can be a little late but I don't care as long as the food is good which it usually is, order on their website, the portions are a little bigger when you do! ;)

Food is nice but delivery time is terrible. The last time I ordered, I waited 2 hours before i rang and asked where my food was. She admitted they hadn't started making it yet. I just cancelled on the spot. If you do order from here, do it for collection.

Poor effort this time. We usually enjoy a Chinese from here but today was 20 minutes later than they said (pick up too!) no meat on ribs, slimy sweet and sour chicken and 3 pieces of beef raw onion and raw green pepper in black bean sauce. Disappointing.

Delivery was excellent but it went downhill from there. Ordered a chicken and beef curry, both inedible. They curry was like a glutenous mess that tasted strangely sweet. We could not eat it. Fortunately I had also ordered prawn toast and chips which were OK. Very disappointing, I will not be ordering from there again.

If you have nut allergies then expect to find nuts in your meal. Everytime a request is made for No Nuts you'll be Guaranteed to find them in your food. Overall the food is nice, but l don't think they understand how serious allergies are. To Great Wall, nut allergy sufferers can die. Please take note. Thanks

Under new management they got a 10 year old taking orders. When I got home the order was completly wrong rang them up they apologised and sent another one out Sat down to eat guess what it was wrong again pathetic won't be using this place again EVER..... Old owners pleeeeese come back

I ordered food on just eat and it says it has been delivered but iv not got my food its been well over an hour and the phone number is always engaged dont know what the food is like but not happy at all will not be ordering ever again thanks
