The pizzas took near 30 to be deliveried from the time it left the shop leaving then cold by the time they arrived

I always order from Domino’s Pizza whenever I get the chance even when I’m travelling. Recently on Huddersfield, I ordered wraps and pizza from the Huddersfield branch and I met a very nice lady who was all smiles and was patient to find me a perfect meal based on my dietary preferences. She did that with a smile on her face. Even though I had a hectic day at work, buying that wrap and drink made a difference in my day. You rock, Bianca.

says it closes at 03:00, went at 1:30 on a night shift, told me they're closed?

Terrible customer service, put phone down on me whilst on hold trying to place order as the app was faulty. Website and app clearly states open till 3am. So why am I being told by staff at 2:05am that they’re closed and I’m unable to place an order. Fix your times if you’re going to just decide to finish early.

Harjinder went above and beyond yesterday lunch time. Thank you for catering to my needs mate you couldn’t have been more helpful. That was an absolutely smashing pizza! I enjoyed every single bite, see you soon! Definitely recommend

It's a coin flip with this restaurant, sometimes the food is incredibly good, sometimes it's shockingly bad. One of the worse domino's I've ordered from personally.

At this point I've ordered and ate here so many times the guys on the phone just know who I am now. Absolute homies. Hope they're doing well wherever they are. 🙏

They hire international students and say we will pay you cash in hand if you work for us. Make them work a month or so and say ohh we don't pay cash (store manager harris, Regional manager Azeem, IT guy Akash all involved) . Log workers out whilst they're working, not let anyone check how many hours they've worked and deduct hours from payslip without any record and reason. Utterly disgusting management mostly from abroad trying to take benefit from young international students new in country. Few other managers from different branches are same , always making it uncomfortable for female staff and awkward to work as they know they need money. Azeem, Harris, Ghullam Shame on you , Headquarters must resolve this as its not professional and if anyone decides to send proof to relative authority these branches owned by R&D yorkshire (central, honley and wakefield road) will be in big trouble. (This account has got nothing to do with University of Huddersfield, )

Absolutely disgusting place to work and order food . I used to work inside cross contamination was on peak , managers speak with workers as they are slaves, Regional manager Azeem is absolute joke , he walks in on busy times and starts shouting at staff and always be disrespectful towards staff members.Harris used to be Store manager , he was nothing better than Azeem, he always used to talk below the belt with females workers. Used to show them naked pictures of other girl saying I slept with this girl that girl.

says any size pizza for £11.99 when you order any side, then to be told that’s not the case and it’s only a small pizza with only one of the sides? foods good tho

Disgusting service, ordered and paid for 2 pizzas, received 1 and when we tackled the issue over the phone… we were told we were lying

Ordered a pizza, wedges and drink. The box came squashed and didn’t bring drink. The delivery driver said they didn’t get given one but they will go back and get one and bring it. 45 mins later and no drink (I’m 7 mins drive away) so I ring up and the guy on the phone said I should of been given one, when I explained that I hadn’t he said he could give me a free drink next time. I told him I don’t get domino’s that often and he asked if I wanted it now. Well it would of been nice to have it 45 mins ago with my food. What’s the point of ordering a drink to not have it with my food? So it’s now been an hour and 15 mins since my food came and half an hour since I called and still no drink. Just called again and they said it’s on its way now.

Loved the pizzas but I think oregano and chilli flakes should be added to pizza as extras...but I find pizzas bit blunt taste

Well we bought a take out and what a disappointment. Must have been a bad day but everything was uncooked including the dough/bread. I had very high expectations for this place as I've heard good things, but not so. This could potentially kill someone with the uncooked food I had. A complete waste of £16.99

Can't go wrong with a dominos after a hard day's work. Prices are better now for a large.

Absolutely despicable cross contamination procedures are being followed here! Workers are not wearing gloves when preparing pizzas and when I’ve ordered a vegetarian pizza, the employee using her bare hands is touching meat and salami pork etc and then right away picks up the cheese to add to my vegetarian pizza. When I brought this to the attention of the worker behind the counter, the worker was asked to wash her hands and then proceeded to mix the new bag of cheese with the cheese that was contaminated with meat. The gentleman that was on kneading dough duty was also moving along and helping himself to the meat toppings before making vegetarian pizzas again without washing hands or gloves. You’re going to get a lot of Muslim, Jewish, vegetarian, etc customers that can ONLY ORDER VEGETARIAN PIZZAS, the LEAST YOU CAN DO IS ENSURE ITS NOT CONTAMINATED WITH MEAT!!! The staff need training on cross contamination as a MATTER OF URGENCY RATHER THAN LOOKING DUMBFOUNDED WHEN I PULLED THEM UP ON IT. This should not be happening! I have been going to dominoes for years and never had this issue. TRAIN YOUR STAFF APPROPRIATELY! I am disgusted and appalled at what I saw Dominoes HD1. Start wearing bloody gloves when preparing food. To the gentleman behind the counter that said they need to be told if the pizza needs to be made halal/kosher etc. A vegetarian pizza that’s already bloody listed on the menu should not be made having been contaminated with meat. SORT IT OUT!

The manager was awesome He gives the best service And customer support I got my pizza and it was nice Come on time warm and tasty

Say it's out for delivery then an hour later still not here. Store closed and also no online support. Avoid.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Ordered pizzas from here on the 19th of March. The food came after more than an hour and there was a pice of sausage in our tandoori hot pizza. It was very shocking as we don’t eat beef and pork due to religious reasons. Rand the shop to complain and staff said that they will give me a full refund. Never heard from them again till date and I am still waiting for my refund. Will never use Domino’s again.

Pizza was under cooked if that can ever happen, hardly any toppings, really doughy, complained by email and text, never heard anything back from them really poor all round service from dominos I would’ve expected at least a reply to my emails certainly won’t use again if this is the service we receive

Placed order at 6.04pm. Received text saying it was out for delivery at 6.28pm. 45 mins later, still no sign and the tracker says delivered. I call up and the person I spoke to says the tracker doesn't work, so it's been broken for months then? Pizza finally arrived at 7.20pm and it's lukewarm. Dominos is expensive enough comparison to other places. 2 small pizzas, 1 strippers and 1 strippers combo cost almost £40 even with discounts. Which would be okay if the pizza and chicken actually showed up hot and at a reliable time. Not the first time this has happened. Cold wedges are gross.

The staff really don’t have the right mindset to work around food the inconsistency in mistakes has to be intentional. Need to get proper workers again in this branch.

After a works night out went for pizza men outside playing loud music very intimidating didn't get a pizza would not recommend for safety

Ordered pizza at 12.07 only to be woken up at 2am with a missed call from the delivery driver. Two hour long wait and when got up in the morning the pizza was left at the front door. Binned. Have phoned in to ask to speak to manager for my money back and still waiting for him to ring back!!

Don't bother ordering from this place Huddersfield central Domino's unless you want to ruin your evening. Pizzas undercooked and cold with wrong toppings.

I am absolutely appalled at the service I received I am a regular customer and never have I been spoken to the way I was spoke to by the so called manager he accused me of swearing to the driver when I didn’t it took them 1 hour to prepare and deliver my food when I called them to ask where my food was I was told 1 minute away so I waited outside my front door 5mins of waiting still no food rang them again told me they will call driver and cut me off called them back and was told he’s outside but I was outside and he was nowhere to be seen then the driver calls and says he’s outside at this point I was so frustrated being stood outside for 15mins I told him to just bring my food to the door as he had taken forever I was angry he stated that it wasn’t his fault and that he only left the store 2mins ago but I was told many times by the store that he was 1 minute away when he was 15mins away then they accused me of swearing and called me a liar as I rang to make a complaint the manager was sooo rude I was left shocked and in tears I couldn’t even enjoy my food I was left with no appetite

Food late/ cold, rang to chase and was clearly lied to by person in store, avoid at all costs - use papa johns instead like we should have.

I ordered a pizza delivery via the app! The pizza arrived over 30 minutes after it had left the store and unfortunately it was cold! Upon complaining to the store the staff were less than helpful in resolving the issue! I am very disappointed!!!

Took an hour and a half for delivery of a single (cold) pizza. Pizza tracker doesn't work either, said it arrived long before it actually did. Used to order a lot from here a few years ago and it was very reliable. Past few times ordering, it has been terrible and with no street tracker for the delivery man and late.

They cook the pizza very efficiently. Pizza is delicious, I just wish they offed a deep pan option.

Ordered a Meateor Pizza Presentation was great, but there seemed to be a severe lack of taste. Unsure if recipe has changed or not but compared to the south of England this place had tasteless sauce and dry dough

Second time delivery has taken over 45mins and cold on arrival

Was a regular customer, Ordered a £30 order both my large pizzas came so sloppy the toppings was just sliding off, the base of the pizza was soft & wet, rang up to complain was told on my next order there was 2 large pizzas in replace, when ringing up to make this order 2 day later I was told by the store management named HARRIS that this call had never happened, he couldn’t help me further and told me I was lying about the phone call, when asked for the recording or the call he put the phone down on me. Very rude & Very bad customer service and let down to the dominos name.

An absolute joke!! Ordered 2 pizza's at 8 and only 1 pizza was delivered, rang up complaining and the manager said he will give the full order again, ok so kids were disappointed and were waiting and waiting it's now 9.30 waiting and waiting rang up again basically they have messed us about and kids gone with out.

Experience was just okay. We had pizza of 19.99 and it wasn't worth the price but since we had redeemed the offer got it for half the price. Despite having to wait 50 minutes in total, we checked the pizza tracker and it said it was delivered, when in fact it wasn't, had to ring them go see what was going on, they said it should be out for delivery now. When the pizzas finally arrived the deliver driver was hanging around with his hands in his back pockets, after he handed us the pizza's and I had to tell him we have paid, he then said, "you've paid?" Erm yes mate it states it on the box!? Trying to get more money out of us! Very very disappointed

PIzza arrived 45 minutes late and app said it had been delivered 25 minutes before it actually arrived. Driver said late delivery was because of Eid/driver shortages but Eid was 2 days ago. Poor service.. avoid.

Lovely pizzas but sometimes have a problem with the staff over the phone they really make you rush in ordering over the phone best to place an order online!

Quick delivery tines but usually something missing like an extra tub of garlic you paid for but didn't receive.

Just been served by Rakesh on the phone and have to say I heard many good things about this branch and it shows through amazing customer service! Kindness goes a long way! Haven’t even received food but will be ordering again for sure

They don't use seal stickers on boxes or use them pizza tables that stop it getting crushed. Not uncommon for them to miss items or get something wrong. But if your hammered or finish work between 1 to 4am, you can't really blame them. Much respect to them on the late shift

Was charged twice online for an order, nearly £90, when food was delivered was told it was cash on delivery, expected me to pay £45 on top of the £90 already taken from online and wouldn't give the food despite proof of purchase, delivery driver was very helpful and understanding but store manager was extremely unaccomodating

An hour and 45 mins waiting for food, arrived 30 mins after getting a text to say it had set off, stone cole and we have to reheat it ourselves. Not impressed. Will stick with our usual Papa Johns

Waited an hour and 47 minutes to receive a barely lukewarm and incorrect order. They get it wrong every single time. If someone pays extra for a topping, then include the topping! Tried to ring multiple times to remedy the issue and all calls are just being ignored.

The customer service was really good a very polite lady over the phone and also knows what deals are good, effort to help customers have a more positive experience. And the gent who delivered was also respectful and fast, when I order pizza again I'll use here no doubt, papa John's is closer also but I'd rather go here hands down ✌️

The manager at this store AZEEM was extremely rude and arrogant to his customers but more especially to his workers, wouldn’t want to eat at a place where they treat their staff like animals🤮

Still think it's a bit pricey for what it is, but can't fault the 'in car collection' service. The female member of staff who brought our order out to the car, was lovely & polite. Very easy & smooth operation.

If you want to work for domino's. I will give your word of advise. You will get zero hours contract and third party insurance so if anything happens to your car you will have pay for it your self. And if in any days domino's is not busy they will send the drivers home but when it's busy they will beg you to come in. Bare in mind people have bills to pay and feed their family. Most of the time you will not get enough hours and you will be sent home. Domino's only cares about making money do not care about their staff. The regional manager, is very rude and arrogant at this branch he thinks owns domino's and so is his girl friend who works here because of these two people no body wants to work in that argumentative environment. The manager shouts and threatened his staff over his so called girl friend. He needs reporting to the head office.

Ordered like I usually do , lady who delivered accidentally dropped large garlic dip all over my new carpets , mistakes can be made and said will send someone with a new one , never came and when I called they said it will take upto 15 mins what's point when my food will be cold , the guy who answered the phone clearly didn't care and was rude , honestly if you don't like the job you are doing just leave , what a miserable person and thanks for ruining my carpet and not even a sorry

Never had domino's pizza delivered before. Rang about 2pm for 6pm delivery under Adam . 6pm on the dot. Hot tasty about £23. All three of us very happy indeed. Thought there might be a offer for first delivery. We will order again.

Wasnt happy with my order spoke to a member of staff who then went above and beyond my expectations to put things right. Cant commend them highly enough, excellent customer service. Certainly have my loyalty in the future.

ordered the cheeseburger pizza without gherkins and onions and with chorizo and mushrooms. no burger sauce. slice cutting was ridiculous. ordered the chocolate orange cookies as well. came with two broken and baked together. for an order that was apparently quality checked twice, absolutely ridiculous.

Been a customer here for a long time but over past few months so inconsistent in quality...seem to have taken to putting on twice as much tomato sauce, and a tenth of the mozzarella. Will try Brighouse next time.

Terrible customer service, I ordered two pizzas at 12 and the system still said being checked an hour later, when I called them it took 10 tries to get an answer and the person on the end said they would not be able to deliver them for another hour and a half. I went to collect them myself and the pizzas were ready and just sat on the counter to go cold ! I am very annoyed at the lack of customers service.

The till girl was not welcoming or friendly far way from quality service. We waited over 20 minutes while we ve told 10 minutes no apology whatsoever. And the the cherry on top the pizza was cold. Not willing to go back even I am a big lover of dominos pizza.

It's ok. Use them for work recognition events, usually turn up late and last time they missed a pizza.

Domino's is always good as usual. You have take away and sit and eat option available here. They have good pizzas at a very reasonable price
