KFC Huddersfield - Westbourne Road in Kirklees

Used it once 4 weeks ago...staff think they are untouchable selling greasy chicken ..this is not worthy of the kfc name . ..

Absolutely won’t go again!! The staff are rude the service is terrible and the hygiene looks suspect! I stood for 5 mins at the kiosk with a big sign saying “order here we are happy to help” I’m sorry but none of them were happy and none of them helped. When I did speak with someone he told me I couldn’t order there and I had to use the screen! Lazy and rude and what’s worse I think it was the manager………. My 6 year old needed the toilet so went with him 🤢🤢 they were disgusting! May as well have weed on the floor like everyone else had! Finally ordered some food and had to wait again, for chips!!!!!! Stay away it’s a disgrace. Can’t put zero stars, shame cos they deserve it!

The man behind the till was super helpful and directed us to the special offer which was more food for a cheaper price than we were going to pay!!

Items missing one bag was squished and the drinks bag was ripped open and food was cold

awfull experience. order arrived late and half of the items were missing. this was a large order, all items were rammed into 1 bag, all crushed and rice spilt everywhere. took food back to the restaurant, no apology, they did say they would replace everything but didn't offer anything as compensation.

Bit disappointed by the lack of orange juice but otherwise: order was fast, got and fresh. Everything was correct. Almost exactly what you want from a KFC.

I ordered my son’s birthday party food to be delivered at 6 pm tonight but specifically ordered it at 4 pm so that it would not be late as he had 8 of his friends round. So for 25 mins after we had to wait and contact the kfc and then the driver

It's a rubbish KFC poor service most staff don't speak English well, they point towards the machines rather than take order verbally, They don't understand if they make a mistake and need to correct it, chips are always hard,

Don't bother ordering from here the staff can't count up to six . Four corn on the cobs plus two corn on the cobs equals four . We have given them chance after chance and there has never been an order right , so never again .

Asked the driver to come to the other door but refused, was given the wrong drink and got absolutely nothing out of the driver. Really not happy for the price we paid

They always forget items. This time they forgot mash. If it was no mash available, atleast sent replacement. Extra annoyed because I paid £3 for gravy to go with the mash

I use this KFC fairly regularly and the Service has become Very poor

Really disappointing experience. Staff seemed disinterested, and the premises were noticeably unclean. We waited around 20 minutes for our drinks and had to remind staff multiple times as they seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to orders. Wouldn't go back even if you paid me - strongly recommend others stay away too.

We ordered (Date: 05-03-2025) for a take away, and Chicken Popcorn went missing. I experienced this food missing in a couple of previous occasions, but thought that might be a small mistake. But experiencing again and again the same issue, is not a small mistake on the part of the packaging personnel, and might be due to either ignorance or lack of dedication on their work. Very much disappointed this time, and had to order some more stuff through 'Just Eat' from the same KFC again hoping nothing goes wrong this time. This KFC DEFINITELY needs to work on packing things correctly. I suggest everyone to crosscheck every time when they put in the contents correctly.

Missing fries and bottled drink. At £30 you'd hope they get the items from their menu right.

Despite an incredibly fast delivery time, the food was cold (burger warm at best, fries actually cold).

A lot better service from last time we ordered. The food was piping hot and cooked to perfection. I will try again to see if the quality of service remains satisfactory .

Really yummy and still nice and warm too! They also asked for a code which is reassuring in case they ever delivered to the wrong address, this has happened before and it was as you'd expect... devastating and a real struggle to recover from! ;)

KFC is not as good as it used to be. Chicken can be watery and sometimes under cooked! Need to step your game up KFC. Standards are slipping

Been going here for some time, never had problems but ordered lunch for the office - £40 order and most of the food is missing. 3x gravy boxes with only gravy chips and a piece of chicken in all 3. It's too far to go back for the rest, so the office is fuming. I'm pissed off because this is basic stuff and the one time i needed them to get it right they dropped the ball.

My order arrived 20 mins late, freezing cold, large popcorn chicken missing, extra fries missing, 5 dips missing. Unable to call the restaurant because they don’t take calls. Probably because they get so many orders wrong.

Driver left the restaurant at 10 past and expected delivery time was 22 past, turns up at home at 45 past at ice cold food as well as that. Half the order wrong as well.

Staff are all so miserable and rude here it's seriously gone down hill. Noone can be bothered to serve you at the counter and they think it's OK to serve you freezing cold food at 9.30pm when it doesn't close for another 2 hours. I took my food back and the girl said to me it's fine when it was freezing cold!!! I asked them to make me a fresh portion and then was given dirty looks whilst I waited for my fresh food.

staff are horrible lazy and rude, no care was put into preparing the food and they were rude when i tried to order with cash at the counter and they just pointed to the screen. when my food was ready they just carelessly slid it over the counter while laughing and speaking in their own language and when i made eye contact he just scowled at me for some reason? also the toilets were vile and reeked

Cold and unclean store - I was the first customer to order today and my table wasn’t clean. Chicken was dry, everything else tasted ok… but nothing special about it. Customer service was poor, staff member looked uninterested. A man came in to the store and asked to order at the till, the staff member offered very patronisingly to “help him” use the kiosk… while standing in front of the till. After asking twice, the man then walked out of the store. Overall, service was poor, the food was mediocre and the toilets were locked - the staff then asked if we had a coin to unlock the toilet - that’s not a customers job!
