KFC Huddersfield - Westbourne Road in Kirklees

As per usual the customer service is none exsitant, better customer service in a mortuary, if you want to wait for ages for fast food this is the place to go. Ridiculous!

Best Kfc in Huddersfield great staff and service

Called in at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon the chips were cold (not fresh) and they didn’t even give me the burger meal I asked for, couldn’t be bothered to go back in to complain but will definitely check my meal before leaving the restaurant next time

The staff have all the 'joi de vivre' of a mortuary attendant and, like many KFC's in the area, the self-serve touch screen wasn't operational. I went next door to Subway instead

This is the worst KFC in Huddersfield, always a lottery whether your order will have everything you ordered, it isn't just one time either, this shit has been happening for 20yrs, the food is suspect at times & the hygiene of the place is disgusting - the toilets are vile, it's just not good enough. I will never go here again & advise you not to go either.

Chicken wasn't crispy at all, but that might have been due to the gravy having spilled over everything

Worst kfc i ever had in my whole life.. Chicken felt like it was prepared the day before and got heated up and served.. Batter was so hard and cold... 🥴🥴🤮.. It was the first time in my life that i had to dump the kfc chicken tenders..i wont recommend this store to anyone else..

Absolutely won’t go again!! The staff are rude the service is terrible and the hygiene looks suspect! I stood for 5 mins at the kiosk with a big sign saying “order here we are happy to help” I’m sorry but none of them were happy and none of them helped. When I did speak with someone he told me I couldn’t order there and I had to use the screen! Lazy and rude and what’s worse I think it was the manager………. My 6 year old needed the toilet so went with him 🤢🤢 they were disgusting! May as well have weed on the floor like everyone else had! Finally ordered some foot and had to wait again, for chips!!!!!! Stay away it’s a disgrace. Can’t put zero stars, shame cos they deserve it!

WoW ! The KFC was as it should have been ! Not sure if this has changed hands recently but it was really good this time. Previous times it was greasy, the gravy was watered down and all in all was one of the worst KFC in UK. The one I had today was spot on ! Well done ! Good delivery as well !

Wrong order on multiple occasions. Burger looked like it’d been thrown together by a 3 year old! Will not be visiting again and will be driving further out to Leeds Road KFC.

The order we received is not what it perceived to be the two pieces of chicken was a disgrace to pay nearly £11 is disgraceful for the amount of food you get. I would not be recommending you. We have ordered several times from you and we have come back again. But it always the same. Missed orders or wrong orders. Definitely won’t be coming back. Fed up of complaining and getting no where.

Missing Large Popcorn Chicken and a Sweet Chilli Dipped Bites from the Boneless Bundle. That was most of the meal, its just ridiculous that they would do this and expect people to go without food. Now I have to chase JustEat for a refund. Angry.

Very poor the chicken wasn’t even on the bone all fallen of every peace of chicken it was really soggy. And the chicken was off coloured really disappointing also for the price it was expensive

Considering this was an above average place a while ago it’s gone completely downhill. Can’t order at the counter, has to be kiosk only, no Krushems available, miserable looking staff! Looks like it needs a good clean. Disappointing really and considering it was so empty I don’t think using a kiosk only is the way forward. Considering the price plenty of other places to eat around the area! No personal touch, no friendly staff. Would definitely avoid. If could give zero stars I would.

I was sat at home hungover looking at the reviews of this place for some reason. Decided to drive down and gave some scran. Everything was fresh to the point I had to let it cool down. Must have gone at the right time or something but yes I have no complaints it was perfect.

Staff manged to come to our table to tell us our food was ready, when i asked could you not of brought it with you she rolled her eyes at me. Person behind the counter then slid the food towards me and turned her back with out any eye contact or conversation.....the toilet seat had a orange crust on the underside which I can only imagine is weeks of urine build up!

the store is 3 minutes away, yet the driver went really far and only came back just before 1pm when the order was placed before 12! driver did not reply to any messages explaining what was happening either. as a result the food was just warm and soggy

The people who work here haven’t EVER managed to send us a 100% correct order. What’s going on? Do they just throw random products into any old takeaway bag haphazardly? Collected an order for my family. Got home & realised some items were missing. Tried phoning 5 times! But no answer. Not the first time we have had food missing from our order. Last time we ate in, as we sat down, I noticed some food was missing. Went to the counter to complain, spoke to a woman who was arrogant & rude. The woman argued with me even though I'd just literally sat down & told her to go look at the table if she didn't believe me. Very reluctantly gave me the missing food. Noticed the service in KFC has declined a lot in recent years. Not the KFC it used to be. Very disappointing.
