KFC Huddersfield - Westbourne Road in Kirklees

Items missing one bag was squished and the drinks bag was ripped open and food was cold

awfull experience. order arrived late and half of the items were missing. this was a large order, all items were rammed into 1 bag, all crushed and rice spilt everywhere. took food back to the restaurant, no apology, they did say they would replace everything but didn't offer anything as compensation.

Wrong order delivered. No refund yet….

Got the wrong drink and missing a fillet

I will never order from these again took like over a hour n half to get my food missed items off and got charged for them and it was stone cold like propper cold like from the night before scruffy!!

Forgot item again. Marsh KFC terrible sent me wrong food last order aswell .

I ordered my son’s birthday party food to be delivered at 6 pm tonight but specifically ordered it at 4 pm so that it would not be late as he had 8 of his friends round. So for 25 mins after we had to wait and contact the kfc and then the driver

Missing food items, for the price of things as well for it to be missing and I get compensated half of what I paid is a complete joke, items cold and tasted like it had been sat out for hours

Missing items (again) and when I rang the restaurant they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Shocking shocking service. The delivery driver was really good though, the KFC restaurant in Marsh Huddersfield were abysmal

Asked the driver to come to the other door but refused, was given the wrong drink and got absolutely nothing out of the driver. Really not happy for the price we paid

They always forget items. This time they forgot mash. If it was no mash available, atleast sent replacement. Extra annoyed because I paid £3 for gravy to go with the mash

Despite an incredibly fast delivery time, the food was cold (burger warm at best, fries actually cold).

A lot better service from last time we ordered. The food was piping hot and cooked to perfection. I will try again to see if the quality of service remains satisfactory .

Really yummy and still nice and warm too! They also asked for a code which is reassuring in case they ever delivered to the wrong address, this has happened before and it was as you'd expect... devastating and a real struggle to recover from! ;)

Been going here for some time, never had problems but ordered lunch for the office - £40 order and most of the food is missing. 3x gravy boxes with only gravy chips and a piece of chicken in all 3. It's too far to go back for the rest, so the office is fuming. I'm pissed off because this is basic stuff and the one time i needed them to get it right they dropped the ball.

My order arrived 20 mins late, freezing cold, large popcorn chicken missing, extra fries missing, 5 dips missing. Unable to call the restaurant because they don’t take calls. Probably because they get so many orders wrong.

Driver left the restaurant at 10 past and expected delivery time was 22 past, turns up at home at 45 past at ice cold food as well as that. Half the order wrong as well.

Staff are all so miserable and rude here it's seriously gone down hill. Noone can be bothered to serve you at the counter and they think it's OK to serve you freezing cold food at 9.30pm when it doesn't close for another 2 hours. I took my food back and the girl said to me it's fine when it was freezing cold!!! I asked them to make me a fresh portion and then was given dirty looks whilst I waited for my fresh food.

staff are horrible lazy and rude, no care was put into preparing the food and they were rude when i tried to order with cash at the counter and they just pointed to the screen. when my food was ready they just carelessly slid it over the counter while laughing and speaking in their own language and when i made eye contact he just scowled at me for some reason? also the toilets were vile and reeked

Cold and unclean store - I was the first customer to order today and my table wasn’t clean. Chicken was dry, everything else tasted ok… but nothing special about it. Customer service was poor, staff member looked uninterested. A man came in to the store and asked to order at the till, the staff member offered very patronisingly to “help him” use the kiosk… while standing in front of the till. After asking twice, the man then walked out of the store. Overall, service was poor, the food was mediocre and the toilets were locked - the staff then asked if we had a coin to unlock the toilet - that’s not a customers job!

As per usual the customer service is none exsitant, better customer service in a mortuary, if you want to wait for ages for fast food this is the place to go. Ridiculous!

Called in at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon the chips were cold (not fresh) and they didn’t even give me the burger meal I asked for, couldn’t be bothered to go back in to complain but will definitely check my meal before leaving the restaurant next time

The staff have all the 'joi de vivre' of a mortuary attendant and, like many KFC's in the area, the self-serve touch screen wasn't operational. I went next door to Subway instead

This is the worst KFC in Huddersfield, always a lottery whether your order will have everything you ordered, it isn't just one time either, this shit has been happening for 20yrs, the food is suspect at times & the hygiene of the place is disgusting - the toilets are vile, it's just not good enough. I will never go here again & advise you not to go either.

Always something missing. When ever you order something extra they don’t put it on. Wouldn’t mind, but £3 plus for a bag of small chips is bad enough but when they don’t put them in…
