Can’t beat these waffles especially when your on the munch 😋

food wasn't great ordered a milkshake witch was abit expensive but for tge price I thought it woukd be quite a large milkshake it was average size for the price thought it would be alot bigger also tasted nothing like what it was and left a horrible after tast in my mouth like sour wasn't very nice at all was expecting alot better ... also ordered a crep and it was OK bit again there was a strange after tast like old oil that it had been cooked in or something so all in all not a great :(

Very late delivery, ordered at 850 ish predicted delivery was 930 didn't turn up till 1030 crepe and waffle was cold. Sent wrong flavour ice cream.

Food was good, only issue is we ordered a ferrero rocher ice cream float and they sent a good stuff float, although it was nice, it wasn’t what we ordered. This has happened before, we’ve just not left a review until now!

Was an exceptionally tiny portion for the price but what really let it down was the fact it was cold due to driver having it for some time (not the stores fault).

Got delivered to the wrong house I rang up and said about it got told there getting hold of the driver then they will get hold of me and didn’t then started to ignore me when I was messaging and ringing I would have had no problem in eating cold food if they picked it back up and dropped it off just think it’s unprofessional that I got told they will get back hold of me and didn’t

Ordered the kinder waffle described as a kinder explosion. Expected a little bit more for money. Had one piece of bueno on each piece of waffle and the smallest amount of chocolate sauce. Maybe it was just me but expected a bit more especially with the description. Waffle was also cold on arrival.

I’ve ordered here before and always got nice food however this time I’m really unhappy unfortunately, my delivery was nearly 45 minutes late and when I called up the man on the phone was nice and apologetic as was the delivery driver however my waffle turned up and it’s a mess, as if the box had been shook! Waited nearly 2 hours for it to be a mess. Really disappointed

The nut one we thought was going to be Nutella with nuts on top and was peanut butter all over (a lot) and the milky way creep had so much chocolate was little to much. The fruit kebab however was stunning . X

Placed an ordered. Turned up 30 minutes late. Waffle was meh, I could of made better. I was also given another person's order, tried to call the restaurant, got no answer. Then the drive calls me nearly 30 minutes later to say he needs to come back and collect from my House whilst people are sleeping. Overall I won't be using again. I'll be telling people as well not to use because of the bad service I've received.

Very happy with order and service food was amazing as always.

I really want to leave a positive review as the food itself was amazing and delivery driver was lovely. However, we had many issues with the order. We ordered a sprite and received a rio. I ordered a Ferrero Rocher waffle with coffee ice cream, and received coconut ice cream instead. And we were also missing a drink of tango ice blast completely with nothing in place of it at all. Now I wouldn’t mind at all if the restaurant had run out of items and called my number which I left, and explained they had run out, and would offer an option to choose another flavour drink, and ice cream etc. But this did not happen, and then to have a missing item too, it shows that it’s not currently run very well and there needs to be better customer service and care taken when preparing their orders. It’s a shame, the desserts themselves were really lovely and we would order again, but we don’t trust that we would receive the correct items.

Doggo approved of delivery guy. Food was lovely. Waffles were pretty big, enough for 2 people. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys :)

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible service and they don’t bother returning calls or answering when trying to sort out problems. Judging by the previous bad reviews they don’t really seem to care about quality of food or service

Poor service, won't answer the phone one minute they are open the next they closed. Messed my order up last time.

We ordered the crepes, milk shake and two scoops of vanilla ice creams with delivery. Our pancakes were cold, put on a plain cardboard from which the syrup poured out, the ice cream was cocoa and I think raspberry flavor, the worst ice cream I have ever tasted. The shake, unsecured for delivery, in a standard cup with hole on top, the pancakes were cardboard flavored and ended up together with the rest in the bin after tasting. Worst spent 20 quid in my life.

I placed order before 11 tonight witch was accepted for over a hour waiting to never to turn up tried to call ect to ring deliveroo for them not to be able to get hold them and I couldn't cancel my order due to it states it non refundable if I cancel think there accepting orders just before they close so people cancel be out pocket down here on holiday will never use this place again now have to wait up to 72 hours for my money back thats if they accept request quick enough witch means cant order anything else so thank you so much would not recommend at all

Really can't fault this experience in the slightest hence I'm leaving a review for once. My waffle was steaming hot, icecream and milkshake still cold. It arrived on time and the guy even offered if I wanted whipped cream on the milkshake at my door. Not to mention I'm fussy as hell and they managed to adhere to all my special requests. Brill service, have a gold star 🏅
