Very poor service and bad attitude by the young team leader

Totally put off by the screen ordering system. I used to use subway regularly as a truck driver. I like to stand and ask for what salad I fancy on my sub. I like to see the food and who is preparing it. Screens are rubbish, never get what you actually wanted. Takes forever to get your food. I will not be using subway again until they remove the order screens.

Please immediately review the manager, she clearly has no customer service skills and goes against policy with portion sizes, also the hygiene is questionable. Confirm you have taken action and I'll remove this review
