Food overcooked and tepid. No hospitality more hostile indifference. Wrong cutlery. In short overpriced, pretentious. This was 70th birthday family celebration for 11 people. Lot of money for a near wasted evening!

Expensive for what you get. Service was great but you can feel the place is just designed to get as much money as they can for what little they give

What a lovely, lovely guy on the counter. He was so helpful! Thank you for recommending the Costa card. And what an AMAZING Mac and Cheese!! I absolutely love Mac and Cheese and have only had a Costa mac and cheese once before and it was the best I’ve ever had. This one didn’t disappoint either, absolutely delicious. If you are a fan I totally recommend popping into Costa, not a place you would expect to find this. The other coffee shops in Westfield are rather cold but Costa isn’t so bad. I will be back. They do a very good (and hot) cappuccino too.

This used to be a good bar but is now just a high priced dog compound. 9 dogs in this very small bar. Wouldn't order food given the smell of dogs and lack of washing of hands by bar staff after feeding treats to the dog. Don't bother, there are better alternatives in Formby.

Cappuccino is always tasty. The staff are friendly,informative and helpful.
