Great little pub, the fact that you can buy your chips down the road and eat them in the pub is brilliant.

Yeah!!! our Local has reopened. Family friendly run pub. Sports bar. Pool, darts teams. Meat raffle every week. Walled garden for sunny days.

Wow for anybody visiting Northam this is a fantastic boozer...Great music vibe with pool table and dart board proper 2000s pub....only disappointment we will not be around to see a local band Have to say the locals have been so friendly to a crew of 10 tourists...Well worth a visit we'll done Golden Lion

Lovely pub which has just reopened after a number of years and is being beautifully renovated. A warm and welcoming interior with lovely bar staff who are really helpful. There are two levels, the first is the bar and lounge area with a real fire and comfy seating either side of the bar and then down to the lower level down a few steps is the games area with dartboard, pool table. Toilets are accessed from this area and are down another step so not ideal for someone with mobility issues but nonetheless a really great pub.

Closed pub at 10.30 pm obviously didn't want out money still serving locals wouldn't recommend pubs to anyone in ares, accommodation was first class but pubs only interested in locals .

The last time I was here was over 15 years ago! Great now it's open again! Very friendly atmosphere and barmaid, will now be my local once more🤗😁

First time visit for over 10 years good to see open again a few people commented that there isn't any real ale but I drink larger so not bothered Nice friendly pub I'll be back ☺️

We visited last night for it's grand reopening. We used to come here quite a bit before it shut as it's nice and close to home. I think it's great that we are back to having two pubs in Northam, both with a slightly different feel. I can tell that a lot of work has gone into the reopening and I think there is a lot of potential here. The beer garden is great and everyone was friendly. For me, the biggest let down was the lack of real ale. Bottled beer is not the same. We'll be back!

Had a great curry on a Thursday and the service was fantastic!!
