Great that they open at 8:00 on Sundays - other places miss out. Standard range of good Costa food and drink.

Very clean girls nice and polite quick service.

Very noisy. Too difficult to chat with my friends. Music too loud. Coffee and food are relatively expensive. Better value elsewhere. Good points: clean toilets, female staff friendly and helpful, the male manager has no people skills. Doesn't enjoy being with customers. Is he in the wrong job? The Manageress at Infinity Costa is much better, joyful in her work, friendly and very competent.

There was no flavour to my coffee was mostly water and ice

Didn't have any food or drink so can't comment on that, but the atmosphere was pleasant and the place was well set out.

I have to say the staff took pride in their place of work. The food was displayed very well and the whole cafe was very clean and tidy. A lovely place to sit and enjoy a tasty Costa coffee.

Staff always very helpful as I'm disabled. Coffee delicious and food always nice!

The manager opened the locked toilet door whilst my wife was using the toilet. He used the master key to open the toilet door. Both him and a customer saw my wife in a state of undress. Atrocious behaviour and quite unacceptable. We'll be making a formal complaint to head office. We won't be going back. His apology was half hearted.

Staff friendly and service quite fast even when busy. Can be noisy with kids sometimes and the music is often debatable! However, most times we can chat easily.

The staff in here are really friendly and efficient, the sort of service that is lacking in a lot of places these days. It was a very pleasant visit for a coffee first thing in the morning and we will be going back again.

Got my order wrong , complained , was told I was wrong, then when I asked for them to check on till I was asked to leave and not come back, shame most of the staff there are great 1 ruins it for the rest. I know drive few minutes extra and go to the one in affinity outlet so much better there.

The man serving had zero customer service, I asked for some ketchup sachets and he threw them across the counter as he walked away.

Roundswell shut the door at 3pm and put a note on the door so no luck there, nipped a few miles into Bideford and got my fix there instead, still no ruby hot chocolate avaliable there must be a mad person running the delivery schedules in head office🤣🤣🤣

Very clean and friendly service

Just the place to meet up with friends, in the middle of town, near the quayside. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate. Tasty affordable cakes and hot cross buns with lots of butter. You can sit there for hours chatting, even if you are only having coffee and cake. And the loos are clean.

The best Costa I have ever been to. Normally they are like a WW2 bunker.

My local Costa in a old bank. Disposable mugs, plates etc having to be used at moment due to a problem but standards as good as ever

Not what I usually experience at Costa. As it was the afternoon I ordered a decaff coffee as caffeine later in the day affects my sleep. That night I had great trouble sleeping so can only assume my coffee wasn't decaffeinated. 😞

Busy but not stressful. Staff professional and friendly as ever. Cheerful and friendly, keen to help and offer advice and guidance.

What you expect from Costa, however table sticky, crumbs on chair and floor, looking a bit shabby with tape on the floor. Coffee was OK and staff helpful although a little slow, and it wasn't busy.

I went with a few friends payed 10 quid for 3-4 drinks it was worth it. You can have drinks with or without coffee. I recommend it

I've recently moved to the area so I thought I'd check this Costa out. My coffee (flat white with coconut milk) was as expected - warm, wet and wonderfully made. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I've been visiting on and off for a few weeks now, and they already know what I want before I order. The premises is always clean, tidy and has a great atmosphere. And before you ask.... no, I don't work here! 😉🤣 Always my 'go-to' for a lovely coffee ☕️

Better than Deleware Service Station/Garage warm diluted milk and no coffee.

Same old same old. Coffee was as usual (I am tiring of it), not brilliant but not bad, and as we all know, it's all about profit. The sandwiches at £4, no thank you. Short breads were very short and sweet and costly. The seating was comfortable and the staff clean the tables and seats nicely.

Never had any issues with this Costa. The service is always quick and friendly. Food is always well stocked. Perfectly placed right by the bus stop

A very good Costa, plenty of space, usual range of drinks and snacks, right across the road from the Quay. Building used to be a bank, refurbished as a Costa about 18 months or so ago. Very nice. Will come back next time I visit Bideford.

Coffee is a bit hit and miss depending on who is making it. But generally good. Nice and clean and plenty on offer.

Coffee, soya milk was over heated hard to drink tasted burned. Vegan cakes none! When asked about the fabulous vegan rocky road cake costa do.. Told they don't sell it Anymore!.. Only costa this week that doesn't sell it any more.. Hard to believe! Though i am a regular at costa i wont be coming back to this one!

Bideford Costa Coffee visit 6/7/21. Probably the worst cappuccino I've ever had. Too weak and hardly any froth. Most unenjoyable. The young girl doing the coffee needs more training!

Costa is our favourite coffee house but not this one... every time we go in they change the covid rules to suit themselves which is very confusing... drinks were OK but not very friendly service... shame as there are not many in this North Devon area
