Clean, well presented room with good tea and coffee supplies, which are filled up on request. Possibly the best full English breakfast we have ever had. Owners couldn’t be more friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. Really lovely stay, will be returning.

Had dinner at the Fleece for the second time in a couple weeks f weeks. The service and attention to detail cannot be faulted. Good, home-made food and a delightfully warm open fire make this a small, friendly place to eat. Shout out for the chef; she has dealt with my need for gluten free food superbly. Very highly recommended, and becoming a regular for us.

Good meal as always here. Lovely staff, good service. Menu doesn't seem to change as often as it used to and desserts maybe not as varied as they were, but still good. We'll be back.

We popped in here one evening on our holiday and were very happy that we'd done so. Very nice welcome and a very nice pub with a good choice of ales. We had a meal and it was excellent and well priced. I had freshly battered cod which was so good and beautifully cooked and my husband ordered the home made steak and ale pie which he thoroughly enjoyed. A good evening all round. Pat

Great value and excellent food. Very friendly, polite staff. It still feels like a village pub and quiet enough for socialising as well We go back often and have yet to be disappointed.

Have been regular visitors to the area for a while now and always have our Sunday lunch at this pub. Its fresh and tasty. The welcome is warm and friendly even though we only visit once a year. Just returned from a meal this evening and the lemon cheesecake n clotted cream was heaven. The puddings are home made. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.

As we were staying in one of the rooms behind the pub it was the obvious place to eat, and very nice it was too because we had the evening meal and then the breakfast in the morning.Carol cooks a very nice meal whilst Paul looks after the front of house with a waitress that's worth her weight in GOLD!

We went for my wife's 40th! There were 13 of us. There was enough choice in the menu and although slightly pricey ( we don't go out much) very well presented. We took our children aged 12 and 9, and there portions were good value for money. On the negative side there was only one real on, which was ok but I gather it's the same type on all the time.(free house)

On arrival, myself and partner were greeted by the pub owner in a friendly mannor. The rest of the night followed by extremly good service, however not intruding your privacy. There was a wide variety of food options, i was supprised by the amount of choice given, considering it was a local pub. Both my partner and i enjoyed our 3 course meal and especially the price considering the quality of the food we were served! Alcohol was reasonably priced and to those that enjoy their alcohol dont let the location of the pub put you off because you could always stay in their bed and breakfast rooms, which are complete luxary! A local pub with a calm relaxing atmosphere, perfect for dining out. This hidden pub is not to be missed i will definetly be going back to this pub again..... SOON!

Booked for dinner but on arrival, they thought we had booked for buffet, fortunately they had a table for us within a short time so we had a pre-dinner drink in the bar, which is fabulous and then went for a lovely meal in the Bistro, it is a small and intimate restaurant and quite modern and food is served on hot rocks, which you cook yourself to your own taste. Nice concept and food was really lovely BUT find that it gets pretty smoky when it is very busy. This is not a unique concept to us and it was a very nice change. Service was attentive and good and wine selection is great. Little pub at the Langport Arms is friendly and wonderful for pre or post drinks too.

Simply the best Fish and Chip shop around. You can get most of the menu as a gluten free option too. The staff are fantastic too. Thank you everyone for your wonderful service 😍

What a delightful place to stay at. We stayed for a couple of nights to visit the surrounding area and had the friendliest welcome and comfortable stay. James, the waiter in the evening, was a credit to them. He helped you choose what to eat and was attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding, especially the fish dishes. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and was cooked to order with local produce. Cannot wait to return.

The chip shop has been closed for a while due to staff going on holiday. Last night we very much enjoyed our chips, chicken and curry sauce.
