You never get a second chance to make a first impression I am afraid. Hardly anything available on the limited menu, staff could not really care less and to top it all, several leaks coming in through the roof, due to the rain! Enough said!

Really attentive staff, willing to make every customer experience nice. Quickly resolved an issue/misunderstanding and we’re nice in the process

Evnice & guy were absolutely amazing and are the reason why me and my friends will be back. Customer service and vibes were so amazing! It's what you want when having a good time with friends. I had such a stressful day and leaving happy what more can you ask for. Definitely recommend.. especially when they're working !

Booked a table for dinner. We were allocated a table in the midde of the downstair pub area on a saturday night. I was aware it was a pub but i dont think they should have had dinners in the area. there was a much quieter dining area upstairs where i presummed we would eat. We left without eating very disappinted.

The Goat is the Goat haha!! No but honestly its a great place and the roast was amazing I'd deffo recommended. Also Eunice was an amazing server very helpful and welcoming!!

Went here when we couldn't get into the very busy Northcote. After two hours I can see why it was lamost empty! All cask ales were off, and service was very poor - woman that served us was charmless and in the wrong business. Avoid.

Came here for a pint. The pint was tasty and the service was great, Eunice in particular, what a superstar. I had a Camden Hells, so did Cat. Yummy!

It's not often I use the word phenomenal, but my word was Zara exactly that this evening. She managed to deliver burgers, nachos, fries and wings with a backflip that some would argue that was excessive, but our table found exciting and in theme with the flavours of the meal ahead. I have been to the Goat twice in the past two weeks to watch some Euro football games. On both occasions staff were friendly, attentive and quick with the service. I especially want to mention Eunice who gave really good service on Saturday night (19th of June). She couldn't do enough for us and her service would make me want to come back. Keep up the good work guys.

We were very lucky to find a pub on Saturday evening, which wasn’t showing football. We received a very warm welcome from the door manager, Konsta who found a nice table for us and was very helpful with explaining the new rules. Great food, nice music and helpful staff. We’ll be back.

I originally booked a table for 2 hours here and was meant to move on to another bar. We had a waitress Sophia who was definitely one of the best hosts I've encountered. When we asked if we could stay at the same table for a further two hours, she got it arranged immediately. She was always nearby for drinks orders. Very attentive and chatty! Had the best time here on Friday night! The manager, Coral, was so so lovely and got us the best table in the window. My friend is gluten free and she checked like everything on the menu for her! Service was so so good, will deffo be back and hopefully Coral can get us the same table!

This is a lively bar on two levels. There is a great range of drinks from real and craft ales to a good selection of wines, cocktails and spirits.The food menu is wide and very good value and whislt we did not eat the standard of the food looked excellent.

We went to The Goat on Sunday and were well looked after by the Manager, Coral who served us our lunch, which was roast beef and a bottle of Shiraz as recommended by Coral. We had a great time with delicious food and wine and will definitely return to The Goat again.

I don't usually write reviews but this one was needed.. I was having such a bad day and this gorgeous lady, Rachel made me feel so much better. She was hilarious, thank her for looking out for me and making sure I would get home alright.. definitely need to give her a pay rise.

We booked an area at The Goat for a 30th birthday and to be honest they could not have been more accommodating with our party and all of our requests.Chris the manager literally lent us his own personal TV to watch the six nations rugby match on (because our reserved area did not have best line of sight to the pub screens). He and his team also came by regularly to see if we needed anything even though the pub was absolutely rammed (six nations matches were on).All of the food were great and came quickly.I cannot recommend this pub enough, especially Chris the manager

One of my favourite places to go to for a drink. I never feel lonely knowing the staff are friendly. I enjoy that the mini craft section changes every now and then.

Un amigo y yo visitamos The Goat para una cena dominical como nos lo recomendaron. Llegamos y nos sentamos, pero esperamos 10 minutos antes de que TENEMOS que pedir un menú. La camarera que luego nos sirvió fue encantadora durante toda la comida! Pedimos dos cenas de pollo asado antes de esperar una hora para que lleguen. En este punto estábamos hambrientos y comimos lo que pudimos, pero el pollo estaba horrible, me recordó más a KFC que un asado de domingo. Además de esto, no incluyeron ninguna papa asada en el plato. . . que tuvimos que pedir de nuevo! La única buena parte de la comida fue el hecho de que la camarera reconoció el mal servicio de la cocina y nos dio un postre y bebidas gratis. Lástima que la comida era apenas comestible!

Totalmente mi mal.Estaba sentado inmediatamente por un servidor amigable, pero no estaba demasiado interesado en la disposición de la mesa. Había cinco de nosotros cenando, por lo que una mesa pequeña estaba apoyada contra una más alta, hubiera preferido estar sentado a la misma altura.La comida fue genial! Absolutamente encantador. Tenía bacalao y patatas fritas, que estaba perfectamente preparado, y pudín de caramelo pegajoso para el postre.Todos mis amigos comentaron cuánto disfrutaron sus comidas también.Definitivamente recomendaría, ¡regrese y califique The Goat!

We came here on 27th Dec lunchtime and it was really dead. Had a quick lunch which was pretty good and service was friendly. Have been here before and it’s normally pretty lively so will definitely be back.

Las damas de Barnes RFC tuvieron su cena de Navidad aquí. Estábamos en el último momento y el personal hizo todo lo posible para acomodarnos y encontrar un lugar para 30 personas a pesar de ser una época muy ocupada del año. El supervisor y el gerente de turno fueron increíblemente serviciales y atentos, lo que hizo que la noche fluyera bien. La comida era excelente y el ambiente (especialmente una vez que el DJ había llegado) era divertido y animado. Definitivamente recomiendo venir aquí para eventos grupales.

Detenido por The Goat en mi camino para encontrarme con un amigo en el sur de Londres. Muy cerca de Clapham Junction, por lo que la distancia recorrida fue fácil: tenía una envoltura abierta de cordero que era, según todas las cuentas, 'nueva', muy agradable, y se encuentra en un edificio interesante.

Claimed they were showing the Champions League Final, were happy to book tables and take money for drinks on that basis, but when we turned up there was no sound of the match (music being played instead) and they were showing it via YouTube which kept on buffering and distorting. Had travelled a long way for a very poor experience and left.
