We had our extended family Christmas meal here and it was really fabulous. The food was delicious and the staff warm and friendly. Great experience.

As usual the Globe performed well. Christmas menu was used and the food was great. A very pleasant lunch with friends.

We had a great experience at lunch time recently - the food was so delicious and beautifully presented . The waitress could not have been more attentive or fun. The atmosphere is so welcoming really helped by a super log burning stove. This is our goto place to eat and has never disappointed. We go as often as possible. Very many thanks for a great time.

We came in fora family lunch after visiting Clearwell Caves. My 7 year old son was struggling and had a meltdown and led on the floor. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. They offered us a table sooner than we booked, were so accommodating and helped to allieviate my stress so much. I can't thank them enough. Wonderful service, 100% recommend and will be going back for regular visits. Thank you to the ladies on shift that day, you were amazing! Food was fab too!

Visited for a works christmas dinner early evening. Easy to book table online,very friendly helpful staff,nothing was a problem for them, very attentive, landlord also present and helping, festive menu and tastefully decorated, food was delicious and good size portions. Puddings were nice,my fudge cake was lovely, abit dry but i still scoffed the lot! Good vegetarian options. Good variety of drinks. I visit regularly and always have a great experience and great food.

We booked for Sunday lunch but were running quite late due to traffic and called to say so. They were very understanding and allowed us to keep our booking. Service with a smile and efficiency meant we were able to have an enjoyable lunch and still vacate the table on time. Thank you for your understanding and we will be back (hopefully on time :))

Visited The Globe for the first time after it was recommended to us. From the time we walked in and were acknowledged, taken to our table, orders taken, drinks and then food served, everything was EXCELLENT! Have already booked our next visit! The Globe really does deserve it's great reputation. Well done everyone, keep doing what you're doing!
