The Globe in City of London, Westminster

Popped into the pub last night to check out their new noodle kitchen and had the dandan noodles—proper tasty！! The flavours were spot on, just the right amount of spice, and the noodles had a nice chew to them. Also got the spicy beef on the side, loads of flavour and a good little kick.Solid spot for a casual bite or a brew. will 100% be back!

I come to here quite often—it’s a solid spot to wind down after work. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is just right, not too loud or crowded. Noticed they’ve added a few new things to the menu recently, including some noodles and fried snacks. Gave them a try and they actually go really well with a pint. Nice little surprise!

Excellent beer selection. It deserves your custom. One of those rare pubs that has a sign saying it serves craft beer and actually serves craft beer rather than corporate lager with fashionable branding.

Very nice and busy on Fridays local pub located 5minutes walk from Marylebone underground station. It's just around the corner in the local neighbourhood. Very nice architecture of the outside of building. Good selection of drinks and chill calm atmosphere during the week.

Great small old style quiet pub. No food but the landlord was very friendly allowing us to bring in fish and chips from across the road.

No food, but a chippy just across the street. You can bring food in. Bright, with a selection of non-alcohol beers etc. Great atmosphere.

Turned up and it was closed despite being advertised as a place that does Sunday Roast. Update your opening times.

Great little street corner pub convenient for Marylebone railway station

Nipped in for a half at lunchtime typical London pub.

Excellent little bar with a great selection of beers. They don't offer food, but they do allow you to order food in from nearby locations. Can get a little crowded sometimes, but highly recommend this place

Definition of an old school pub. Was like walking back into the 90s I loved it.

I really like this place. It's not an old style boozer like the old days, it's a more trendy place, which I don't usually like but this one is fun and cosy. One one cask ale but a large range on tap, which is their thing. Very friendly chap running the place, had time for a chat about things. Also opposite Seashell which is a brilliant seafood restaurant.

Great pub for a half an hour train beer. Aussie barman from Melbourne is absolutely sound.

Rudest barmaids in the world. Never a smile, never a thank you. Just there to take your money. Worst service I ever experienced

Great little pub just round the back of Marylebone station. Big selection of beers mainly keg but cask also. Old school decor, relaxed vibe.

Darrell has run this 'boozer' for a number of years. He is in tune with what the punters want and what is the current fad. I'm pleased to say for 2022 there are lots of gin and IPA options. The breweries tend to be small relatively unknowns so please dont expect a Fosters or Stella. Currently on the food side there is an in-house authentic Indian. Not full meals but plates to enjoy with your drink.

I had lunch with my partner in the The Globe, Heathrow, while waiting our flight to Warsaw. We ordered two fish & chips and were not fallen short of its quality. We’re pleased about our food choice in the Heathrow.

One of our favourite pubs in London. Always a chilled, laid back vibe, and a good selection of rotating craft beers. Especially handy if you're catching a train from Marylebone station.

Don't know where to start ! Didn't felt welcome,everything dirty/messy ! Like you turned up at someone's home uninvited!wouldn't go there again!

Just dined in for the first time. Possibly the last. Distant, unfriendly service, ESPECIALLY from the middle aged man. He managed to serve me with ZERO eye contact, whilst mumbling and looking out the window! Add to that a few cold side glances from him and a regular, all but convinced me I was in hostile territory. Lunchtime (1pm) and only 4 other patrons - SHOCKER 😲. I can't fault the sublime Chicken Biriyani. It was exceptionally good 👍 but the Raita was far too runny; didn't touch it. Add an ice cold Cola (much appreciated on a warm day) and the price wasn't bad (£8.99). Won't return. Poor service and a tired, dated interior too off-putting.

Popular spot in an otherwise unremarkable area... You can sit inside or out. Lots of nice craft beers on tap. Proprietor is happy to talk about them 🙂

Friendly staff and a very good variety of beer. I spent a week being a tourist in London area and ended each day at the Globe for a pint (or 3).

Went in a few weeks ago quite late and the manager served us really well and the kitchen stayed open late. Food good and service really good.

A nice cozy pub with a decent selection of drinks. The pub manager was really friendly and they also serve tasty Indian food in-house. Judging by the people who were coming in groups, they seemed to be regulars.

Great range of beers, lovely little pub and super Indian food. The only problem is the service. An Australian man who was just so sour faced and miserable. Maybe he was just having an off day or had bad news..so would certainly give it a try..

Pro: not busy during weekends, big enough to welcome a small group; it can even be a small family gathering Con: really busy during week days (next to offices). And they don't serve hot drinks

3 Stars is mainly for the selection of beers, customer service was dreadful. Pick your beer, pay for it, don't attempt to chat to the staff.

Excellent small pub with some outside pavement area. Excellent selection of keg beers on tap and and even better selection of cans and bottles for drinking in our taking out. Only downside for me was no cask but if that's not your tipple then 5*

Nice enough bolt hole very close to Marylebone station. Good service. Drinks a bit pricey but it’s London and close to a mainline station so to be expected. Good place to wait for your train home. Nice buzz.

Nice pub small but Cody pavement seating Quality beers

Rude and moody staff. Asked us to leave after paying for pint with no reason! Never seen a behaviour like this in a London Bar (grey-haired obese man with beard, aggressive and threatening! Rest of the staff is actually nice) Can also not recommend as safe distancing is not known to this pub - customers are literally squeezed outside with staff permanently warning customers not to step away from the barriers - making it a super spreading pub - beware of Covid here

Another overdue (now in lockdown) review! Imposing corner building, just north of Marylebone Station, housing a relatively small, traditional pub. Definitely not to be confused with its noisy namesake opposite Madam Tussaud’s! A busy afterwork watering hole serving decent ales and a good selection of craft beers and, to my surprise, very decent Peruvian street-style food. A good find!

Si trabajas o estudias en la zona, sabes que los pubs de los alrededores siempre están increíblemente ocupados y pueden ser un poco prohibidos. Pasé por este pub una vez y decidí probarlo con un amigo. Era bastante tranquilo y había muchas parejas / 1 - 1. La selección de bebidas parecía estar bien, solo tenía un par de hamburguesas como opciones de comida.

Ok they messed up on an order but compensated on the next round. Nice atmosphere and an amazing (and knowledgeable) selection of whiskey/whisky

A good water Ng hole with some unusual beers on offer.

Regret I cannot share the views of others, colleague and I had negative experience here due to sole barman. Of two cask ales, only one was on, GK YardBird. We ordered two. Frothy brown splutter into pot one gave us 'uh-oh' moment; most barmen would have conceded it was off... instead chap furiously drew off a pint of frothy silty murk and placed on tray. Friend wisely changed his order to Neck Oil. My pint never settled and naturally I wasn't prepared to drink it and said so. Barman then insists the pint is totally fine and continued to argue on the merits and went so far as to lay out his 20 years experience! At that point we decided this was not the place for us to spend our money and we excused ourselves. As a parting shot, barman says 'thanks for creating all the waste!' Shame about the barman, place seemed great otherwise but it is certainly off the list now. For anyone interested, a photo is attached of what a pint of YardBird should look like - perhaps our Barman should take note!

Tarde agradable pasó aquí. Tenía un vino caliente con brandy para 4. 50 muy agradable y dos jugo de arándano 2 cada uno. El personal es muy agradable y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Gran bar con asientos alrededor de los bordes. Justo enfrente del restaurante de pescado y papas fritas Seashell y llévatelo a mano antes de cenar.

Nice selection of wines and beers.

Although the menu was a bit small there is an adequate choice. The food was nicely prepared and served by pleasant staff. For a small pub it couldn't be better!

Friendly staff and great little busy bar

Perfect pub for a pint post Lords and only 2 minute walk to Marylebone station. Not to be confused with The Globe opposite Baker St. They have tap water on the bar for those that don't want to get too smashed from the strong lagers they serve.

Great beer selection, like really great, and a place to sit!

Went after our last trip to London and good experience to have a vegan lunch. None of the 3 old menu dishes exist and place smelled like an old wine cellar. Sad but true.

Why do pubs insist on broadcasting loud music when the customers are making enough by chatting anyway. This sort of thing spoils a good establishment - unlikely to visit again!

Excellent food great atmosphere

This has changed: out go the craft beers and food offer. Back to a basic pub, for now, anyway. Mainly lagers and a few odd IPAs.
