As a spoons should be. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Clean well presented. Door staff happy and professional

One of the better weatherspoons I've been to, it is ofcourse a chain pub but great place for cheaper drinks on a night out.

Thursday afternoon, April, very quiet. Fast service. [This norwich spoons is far superior to The Bells 🔔, which is disgusting. Grotty, grotty, grotty. Yugh. ] However, the glasshouse spoons is civilised and clean.

Food was overcooked knife and fork was dirty, had to go get a clean set, nice beer and a good beer garden, ok but I would not return.

Went last night after watching a drag show. Pretty empty but it was 10pm on a Tuesday night. Drinks came quickly and carded everyone on the table when one 1 drink was ordered , everyone was over 18 . Food came quicky and tasted nice . Clean toilets and it looked clean everywhere else. Friendly staff

We only had a quick drink but it seemed a nice pub

When our meal came wasn't red hot. If it had been any colder I would have complained but it was edible.

Nice and airy food very good service was prompt.

Fast efficient service friendly staff, nice outside garden area with tables and seats, has up stairs area and a balcony, when I visited it was very busy and lots of food being served good pub, but prices have gone up never thought that would happen at a witherspoons.as always a great atmosphere in the pub and a good service from the young lady that served me, with a smile and a great attitude

Nice Spoons with free wifi etc. I came in here for 2 beers which were visible on their app but I'd just missed both of them, so I ended up at the Beer Hatch (just down the road)

It's a 'spoons, so 'spoons prices and beer choices. But it was good value for a meal and a drink 😁 Staff were lovely

I like visiting Weatherspoons . The food is good value for money and served promptly. The cask beers are always very good quality, with plenty of choice, and very well priced. I've always found the staff to be well trained, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is always good, and there's normally someone to have a chat with, while you're waiting at the bar to be served. Overall........... you really can't fault it.

Its a wetherspoons. Tricky to rate as its mainly about providing meals and drinks at good value which it does very well.

It was ok, just a typical spoons. Although it's not as nice as iceni.

No football shown, no entertainment. Just cheap beer.

We didnt have food so cant comment on that but enjoyed our visit there, would go again when in Norwich

Yet another pre visit before the footie match I had the Chicken jalfrezi which very nice my favourite.

Typical Weatherspoons - good value, quiet when we were there, decent full English before a shopping trip.

I went here with my boyfriend and some of his friends, and I have to say it was a lovely experience. I am used to going to the other wetherspoons in norwich, but I really enjoyed my time at the glass house. Its noticeably quieter and more relaxed than the others. And the food was great as always!

Probably the best Wetherspoons I've been into. Great building and service. Maybe they could provide the training for staff in other Wetherspoons pubs.

It's a Wetherspoons, you know what to expect. It's big.

Visited early lunch time on a Saturday, we were lucky, so many people came in afterwards and left because they couldn't find an empty table. Food was lovely, hot, and well presented. Pretty balcony with hanging baskets and a open space outside. Only assistance dogs allowed which is a shame.

Stepping into the pub felt like entering a cozy haven. The warm ambiance, friendly staff, and the delightful drinks made it an unforgettable experience. It's truly a gem. I was left feeling eager for another visit.

A wetherspoons what else can one say. Totally as expected, low prices, food was OK service was fast and efficient.

Sometimes the food can be under cooked, if not cold, improvements are needed. Nothings changed!!! If I could give less stars,I would 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Cheap and cheerful like most WS

As a place to meet up at the beginning of the night, it serves a purpose. Wouldn't want to stay drinking there all evening though.

Terrible service! Loads of staff on a Saturday night but only 2 serving! The others just standing around pretending they are busy laughing and joking. It's been like this for ages. Waited 20 mins to get served. Complaining to head office

Dropped in for coffee on a cold and miserable day. Very good value. Decided to have the 3 plates deal for an early lunch. Shared chicken bites, chips and curry sauce and pigs in blankets. I wasn't so keen on the latter, but my partner did. Pub was busy the whole time we were there, which isn't bad for a Monday afternoon

Very quiet but it was a Monday night. Very nervous new server Precious, lovely and polite. Venue was very clean, nice place

I don't use Spoons as often as I should. A rainy night in Norwich, few local places open for food and walked into the Glass House, prepared for ... not much going on what I'd believed. What a pleasant surprise to get a smiling reception, great service, a very decent burger and chips together with a glass of an acceptable Merlot. All for about a half the price of other places. Great. I'll be back!!

A good catch up for remembrance Sunday mr Guinness was in full flow with savion blanc lovely ole job

Friendly speedy service and one of the few places, it seems in the city, that has nice lively beer. Not the Ritz but very pleasant and ordering from your phone is easy. Coctails good value too ;)

Another Wetherspoons, another carpet. A nice Spoons within Norwich. The staff were friendly, although struggled to find our drinks on the till. We didn't eat here, but the drink was spot on.

A Wetherspoons pub in the heart of Norwich near the river.

Rude bar staff, run by kids who really don't care if they serve you or not. The steak and kidney pudding was served with cool gravy, and the pudding dry and unsubstantial. We spent £37 on two meals and a bottle of wine. I know it's cheap, but the quality was really poor. No one asked if the food was ok. Wine was nice though, and served in a bucket of ice. Otherwise, really poor - go elsewhere if you can.

Wasn't too loud considering it was a Saturday night. Service was really slow. We did table service and they took well over 30mins. But more worryingly the drinks tickets said they had been made 10-15 mins prior to getting to our table... not very safe considering they have been sat on the bar top for that long unattended - recommend going and ordering and picking drinks up from the bar in person.

Usual Whetherspoon's fare, but a nice atmosphere. My favourite out of all the Norwich Spoons, nice outside seating, especially the balcony area. Bit disappointed that they appear to have removed the grill section from their menu though.

Went in for breakfast and could not believe they had ran out of bacon, ended up having a burger, was ok but were looking forward to a Breakfast.

Not impressed at all, brought 2 drinks and was accused of giving one to my sister. The staffs worlds was “my colleague had seen you with the drink do you have Id” also said if she has any they won’t refunded for our food and asked to leave… there is a camera point at us and my sister hasn’t had a sip although is old enough to drink. Have spoke to the manager as he walked over to the table and I told him the camera is pointing at us she hasn’t had a sip look back on ya camera and he walked off and said leave it with me… now keep letting weird looks. My brother just went to the bar to get his second drink and was told he won’t serve him because our table is rude and

Another Weatherspoons, serving consistently good food and Real Ale. Always reasonably priced and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The curry and pint is highly recommended and always tasty. The ale was in good condition and drinking really well. Use the App to order to your table number, or visit the bar to order and pay in person.

Really really good service brilliant place to go and have a sit in the sun and relax. Staying down here for the week and I have been using here for breakfast and evening meals as it is so close to alot of places and to where we are staying. Staff are so friendly would like to mention Jess I believe she said she was called who brought our Meals over to us and then took the time to actually help our daughter and pushed her in closer to the table to save us from getting up and helping her so I would like her to get recognised for that as not many would do that fantastic part of your team. The other lady on the bar was really.freindly aswell and couldn't be more helpful she was friendly and really helpful ☺️ and the waitress which I don't know her name but at the time was wearing a mask was also helpful and kind aswell the children thought she was nice 👍 so you got a great team All of the other staff couldn't do much more for you always asking if everything was ok so brilliant service guys. Really clean and you can sit and relax we will definitely be returning here.

Great food: "all day brunch" think it was called. Could have had more, but maybe cause I had very little to eat that day. Service with a smile. Rather noisy atmosphere but maybe due to it being a Friday evening. Enjoyed it overall.

I wanted a mixed grill. They didn't have any steak,so opted for scampi. When it arrived I asked the waiter if they were rationing the scampi! He counted how many pieces I had and immediately apologised.;I should have had one more piece, I had seven. Turns out Weatherspoons have a quota of eight pieces per serving. I eat in Weatherspoons all over the U.K. I have had more than eight previously;more than once. Maybe Mr Martin could look into that inconsistency: rather than blaming everything from his reduced profit margin to his cold sore on brexit. The chips,ah the chips. They were an enigma. Some:a scant few,crisp. Most were a variation of firm. Basically most,if not all were reheated. Not unpalatable. Some were really nice. But...but,but, the difference between each bite exaserbated the difference,which by turn exaserbated the enjoyment. They're only chips I hear you cry. They made up over half the plate I retort.

Had a nice time at the Glasshouse Norwich, it's very clean, price of food is very good value for money,staff friendly, would go again, friday & Saturdays are very buzzy.

It's your typical Spoons. Despite being busy, service was reasonably quick and the food very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pub was clean and tidy. Really nothing to complain about for the price paid!

A completely dry Quorn curry barely any sauce. I ordered two popudoms and got one. I asked for a pot of mango chutney and was told ‘you don’t get mango chutney when you order a side of popudoms!!!!!! Worst Wetherspoons I’ve ever been to and will never come to this awful place again. Only gave it one star because there wasn’t a minus option

Waited at the bar for ages to be served. Then a gentleman came to the bar and got served straight away. Made a comment about it and got a load of mouth from a bloke behind the bar! If you served your customers in a responsible amount of time you wouldn't get any comments. Very rude and unprofessional.

Stopped by for a lunchtime pint so I can only say that the selection of beers was good (recommend Abbot!) and sat outside in the beer garden which had plenty of seating at the time.

Came in on Sunday evening and although you don’t expect much from a Spoons this was poor even by their standards. Menu choices were limited as most food was sold out, pint was very badly poured with a lot of foam at the top and just generally felt like they didn’t really want us there.
