Quirky cosey cabin, with interesting pictures. Lovely woodland setting with chairs outside also. Little chairs for children. We had teas and got chocolates which were lovely, we got chocolate oatmilk for my dairy intolerant daughter. The menu and cakes also looked lovely, and ethical. The service was friendly. There's a little art/woodwork shop nextdoor. Great for after a walk in the area, I would definitely recommend and would return

I went a drove especially as the menu looked great. When I arrived however they were not serving lunch on the Sunday. The cake and hot chocolate was very good though and the area has some lovely walking tracks.

Stopped in for a snack while walking the dogs - this place sums up the phrase “the simple pleasures”. Had a lovely panini, cake and tea - sat outside in the wooded area with the dogs and just soaked in the atmosphere. No frills but lovely, simple, delicious food plus friendly staff and welcoming to dogs. What more could you ask for?

Ideally placed for refreshments after walking in the forest. Plenty of outside seating and children can run free.

Excellent cafe in Wentwood. Been there many times, but the home-made lemon drizzle cake today was the best I've tasted. Staff always friendly.

Fortunate to have the tea room en route of an Audax recently and we were made welcome despite being dripping wet. Good service dealing with a dozen hungry and wet cyclists at once and a really lovely building and gallery.

A great find. Hidden in the forest, we whiled away a couple of hours with delicious sandwiches, cake and coffee, during which time the kids played happily building ‘houses’ from mud and stones. The perfect base to then explore the beautiful Wentwood Forest. Can highly recommend, especially for active toddlers who normally bring chaos and destruction to most eateries! Looking forward to forest school in autumn...

Nearby parking areas this new little cafe is a hidden gem. Friendly and interesting with a limited but healthy menu . Outside heating in the woodland. Check opening times before going.

Love this cafe in Monmouth. Been before when on holiday in the area a couple of years ago and back again this year. Selection of sandwiches, pastries 🥐 good coffee. It was very busy when we went in

Unfortunately this meal was awful. The mixed grill was bland and the pork was bleeding. My partner had the ribs and it was flavourless and extremely fatty- very poor quality. The children shared a bur

The food is always good. When it was first set up it was shocking but now it is class. The only downside is the staff. They are rude and impatient. I had a delivery and a dominos worker rang me and wa
