Incredible. Food was amazing, service was incredible. Our waiter Hasan, was very polite and attentive to whatever we needed. The food was made quickly but perfectly. If i could give it 10 stars i would. Me and the wife are very happy. (also thank you to the two sweet ladies at the till who didnt penalise us for being 4 minutes late)

This was honestly a disappointing experience. I’d paid £100 on Wowcher for what I thought was meant to be £137 per person which I thought was a steal, as soon as i realised this was £39 without alcohol so not much more with, so i was misled with getting such a bargain. the food was very poor quality and either bland or just very cheap poor quality fish. it says “sushi menu” and asian tapas but there’s about 4 sushi options which isn’t a menu’s worth of sushi, and you only get 4 VERY tiny pieces of sushi. we looked at the main menu and the prices for the poor quality food was extortionate, what you’d pay for a top quality sushi restaurant. the only saving grace were the games on the table, which makes a nice unique experience. i also feel you should be able to order a soft drink and alcoholic drink at the same time on the bottomless brunch! overall this was a 2/5 experience and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The service in this place is top notch, Chetna notices whenever you’re needing or wanting something and is straight over to help. We also arrived early and were accommodated without any trouble. Great experience, made for a lovely afternoon playing games on the interactive tables. The only improvement that could be made is a couple of cranks up on the heating :’D

I have never been in a worst sushi restaurant in the world . Quality worst than a sushi from supermarket . Atmosphere: you wanna leave as soon as possible the place . And on final food poisoning . If you want to have a nice dinner and happy time avoid that place ! Even if you ask me to visit it on Free meal I will never do it . Take care from this place !

Incredible food, incredible service, incredible atmosphere. The food was honestly some of the best sushi I’ve had, especially their dragon rolls. The interactive tables were so fun and gave us a blast while eating that other places just don’t give. Will definitely go back !

Fantastic experience at Inamo. We had the bottomless brunch and everything was just as you would want. Food came quickly and all was delicious. Drink selection was basic (beer, wine or soft drinks, no cocktails or prosecco included) but good quality. The service however was exquisite. Our servers Simon & Sumana explained the ordering system in detail, gave us s thorough demonstration of the interactive table and was attentive throughout the service. The table is the menu and ordering system and also features some cool games! Would happily recommend :)

Had a fabulous lunch! I enjoyed the all u can eat sushi and Asahi beer. Great food, nice vibe and good music. Christina took excellent care of me. Will be back!

I was extremely disappointed about this place, I thought was going to be a tasty and fun night, I had a voucher to use which I’m very thankful for now but also annoyed I wasted it here! On some extremely bland poor quality sushi, the sashimi was a very small portion and tasted like the salmon had been frozen and defrosted as it tasted of literally nothing and it over priced for the amount you get, we also had the tuna that felt slightly warm too, which is shouldn’t have done at all, so really hoping I don’t get sick. We spent £160 on 3 of us and it was just not worth that at all, I do not recommend this place go to japen centre or itsu if you want sushi. The waiter constantly just seemed confused at what was going off, after being there for 1 hr got told we only had 15mins left. Not a great experience at all.

I was really excited as I hadn’t been here before and I like a good sushi deal, the reviews looked pretty good. I booked the unlimited sushi for two for 90 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes early for my booking, at 6pm, and asked if it was okay to sit and have a tea while waiting for my friend, the staff kindly seated me and said they’d start our 90 minutes when my friend arrived at 6:30pm. My tea arrived and it was 4£ for a small mug which arrived with no sugar, no teapot, teabag already removed, which felt like a real ripoff. The ambience of the restaurant is nonexistent, the lights are cold and unwelcoming, and the digital tables add to the blue lighting making it feel like you’re in a basement. My friend arrived at 6:30pm and we were shown how to order on the tables, all the staff were friendly. We order food and it came quickly, the quality was kind of to be expected from a chain doing a bottomless deal but yeah it wasn’t anything to write home about. The menu selection was also very small and dishes were quite different to what they were being advertised as, with much smaller portions (for example, the tuna sashimi “rose” was actually just three slices of tuna). While we were eating, a waiter came and told us we had 15 minutes left to order. A second waiter came by a few minutes later reminding us that we needed to finish ordering. A third waiter came by a few more minutes later. And then we were brought the bill, we had already paid for the food as we had bought the voucher, so the bill included my 4£ tea and service charge on the whole bill, which was a further 8£. I felt very rushed and unwelcome. After paying the bill I realised it was 7:25pm. My booking had been for 90 minutes. When I told them this, they said we could stay at the table. But I had already paid, been rushed away and we weren’t going to order any more food we just wanted to relax. All in all my 90 minute dining slot was 50 minutes. It was a really unpleasant experience and I wish I had been refunded at least the service charge, as although everyone was superficially friendly, let’s face it, we ordered via a digital table and the most attention we got from the waiters was when they were kicking us out 40 minutes before we were due to leave. No manager apologised. Would recommend people avoid. The table next to us also had many issues, they kept flagging the waiter as dishes were either missing or wrong. It got very crowded by 7pm, making the atmosphere even worse as you can’t hear each other speaking.

Avoid their unlimited sushi and tapas offer, went a few months back and used a groupon voucher. Nowhere on the website does it say we also have to add service charge on top of what we already paid on groupon, luckily the manager was kind enough to take it off. Granted their selection for this menu had quite a bit, some you had to pay extra for but for the most part there was some decent options. However, everything was either too salty or just not fresh and actually not many sushi options eventhough it’s sushi and tapas. Ordering was quite easy which you just do on the interactive table. The only thing I can say that was good was the service.

We came for the drag show. The food was alright. Small portions, but all right. I'm happy with the vegetarian options. The interactive table with the menu was nice - but later it was just annoying. Is there an option to just turn it off? It was obvious that they hoped to earn way more on drinks outside of the voucher - but the prices are insane - £9 for a pint? £17 for a cocktail? It's not a Michelin restaurant, lol? The drag show was alright. Oh, on their website it says we can have a bottle of Prosecco if we book a table for 4. So we did - the waitress was surprised what prosecco 😅 We had to show her their website to prove it haha

Food was edible but nothing special. The waiters, Faiza and Christina, were kind however there was a little bit too much pressure to order. I doubt I will come back though.

Just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had yesterday at this restaurant we visited. I was there with some friends and we had a great time. Unfortunately, we left a bag with some items we bought and an umbrella at our table. When I called the restaurant, they claimed they didn't find anything. I find this extremely unprofessional - keeping clients' belongings is unacceptable.

Wow this place was fun, once you got used to the interactive tables. Enjoyed a couple games of air hockey between dishes as well as the bottomless brunch option!

TJA. Not recommended. All you can eat with a choice of very little sushi, and the wine by the glass costs 14 pounds haha. The table, sorry, but no one wants to eat from that. Not cozy/inviting at all. Ambience zero. Ordering per tablet looks better/tip! Dirty restaurant, seems to have been set up quickly. We paid for the drinks and left quickly.

In the photos it looked better It is a "battle" site, too noisy It's not worth it at all And the price is expensive for what it is.

Got as a gift which had 3 dishes and comedy club. Then we paid £15 each extra to make unlimited dishes, but the choice was very limited. Drinks are very expensive!!! Our servers were great though both Faiza and Chetra were lovely! Our interactive table was ok but crashed and wasn’t the best, probably very used. Would come again as a gift but wouldn’t come otherwise.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I have no problem paying a certain price for a meal, but the quality of the food must be there. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The dishes offered were of very average quality and above all, the choice was extremely limited, which is unacceptable for the price charged. The only positive point of the evening: the young women at reception, very friendly and professional, were able to bring a little warmth to an otherwise unpleasant experience. In conclusion, if you are looking for good value for money and a real culinary experience, go your way.

Unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the food in Inamo. It’s overpriced mediocre Asian food. But I guess was to be expected in an all you can eat. The quality is your average take away Asian restaurant. The sushi is supermarket quality. Although the interactive tables are alot of fun you really don’t get much of an opportunity to use them as the table needs to be empty to do so which isn’t the case in a restaurant where food is coming out to tables. At the end of our meal when plates where gone my daughter and I tried to play few games when without asking the bill was presented to me in a “trying to rush us out” manor. We were well within our time slot so there was no need for this. The higiene of the place was bad. Tables didn’t seem clean. I saw how the waiter prepped a table for next guest and was basically very quick spray of product little wipe over and done. The toilettes are horrendous!! Filthy & smelly. The service was not great either. When you have to chase waiters because your dishes are not coming out and they are ignoring you then that’s a NO from me. I would say spend your money elsewhere because for that price you can get a much better deal in London that is full of great restaurants.

Good food, especially enjoyed the California roll and Spicy tuna roll. Service was reasonable, slightly rushed towards the end. The concept is a bit of a gimmick and you can get bored of the limited games after 30 mins or so. Would potentially come back if the service was less rushed.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly (thank you Sumana!). I loved the way we ordered with interactive tables. Got plenty of sushi for our money with the unlimited voucher experience. Only issue was the unlimited was changed to a weekday only when it was previously on weekends. But other than that I can’t fault them at all. My favourite had to be the crispy salmon skin, but all of it was very good.

It was a good night overall. We were disappointed by the smaller menu option than usual and at the start by the slow service but Mahmuda took over and she was great, very attentive and turned the night around. Thanks

Wow! Wow amazing portions, very filling , well seasoned food! Christine, the waitress with the most amazing smile and so accommodating. My group had an absolute fantastic time. There was no waiting, we got our food hot and fast. Will def come back with family! Today was a work event and all my mates were super impressed. Cheers to relaxed , fast paced, good food service.

We had the five dishes + a drink deal when we ate here and everything was delicious - especially the bang bang cauliflower! The atmosphere was good, there were enough vegetarian options and free WiFi. The service was friendly but a little confusing when they were explaining how to use the interactive tables. I also think that, if we hadn’t used a Black Friday deal, the food would have been quite expensive. That being said, the portion size was ideal.

The menu on the table and the games. Interesting. However. It was stuck. Many things we ordered were priced at 0 and they made us order again. My sushi order was chicken with avocado. I didn't have avocado. The chicken was like cold. My aperol didn't taste like aperol. It is expensive for the quality and size of the dishes. I wouldn't go back

Sushi was of low quality wouldn’t recommend or go back. It was a fun concept overall. The front of house staff were amazing and lovely. The table staff weren’t good and didn’t speak great English though.
