Fun place to have some food or drinks, it’s outside and you can choose to sit in one of the beach huts or on the shaded picnic tables which is fun. We went when it was quiet, but I imagine it's quite a fun atmosphere when it’s busy. Food was nice, you order on an app, rather than been served on plates our burgers came in plastic trays, with sachets of ketchup/mayonnaise and we were given plastic glasses which seems a bit wasteful, but can understand why they might do this in terms of environment and covid. The food was good.

Asked at one entrance if they only accept uni students and was told they do and we’d have to go somewhere else because we weren’t. Walked past another entrance and saw people who clearly weren’t students so we asked again just to check, waited a few minutes while they discussed if were actually allowed in or not, eventually we were. Planned on watching the Liverpool game, they’d switched the channel by the time we sat down so we asked if they were showing it and they said yes, they never put the game on which was the reason why we came. When we ordered drinks they came very watered down. Poor experience really

We went here for drinks on a busy Saturday evening. We booked a beach hut which we got after a few minutes wait. The beach huts are a great place to sit, with their own TVs and heaters. The only complaint we had was it took 15-20 minutes for drinks to come each time we ordered on the app, which I think is a bit excessive. We would return, but just hope the service is quicker next time.

It's only 10 mins from Princes Street which is great, felt more relaxed than some other beer gardens in the city and the food/drinks were really good and not too expensive at all! Super warm as well, have booked again for a few weeks time!

Our table was very well covered and next to a heater. Drinks came really quickly and were so easy to order using the app. The beach huts look great! Would happily return.

A great city-centre beer garden with an amazing atmosphere. We sat in one of their beach huts which had a TV and a heater, great for the rainy days! Would highly recommend one of the cocktail trees, they're such good value!

Attended with friends and app was super easy to use. Drinks arrived quickly and even though weather was bad, the tent and heaters kept us warm and dry!

We had a table for 6 booked for our 2 hour slot. Within 15 minutes of sitting down we were told we had 15 mins to last orders ! So we quickly tried to order our drinks. We were told we had to order within 15 mins but we had 90 minutes before we had to leave??? So we ordered two rounds using their app. Shandy’s were ordered in error thru the app and this was brought to the attention of the staff immediately. Unfortunately they seemed unwilling to override the technology. Then we had to spend a huge proportion of our evening having discussions with several bar staff and eventually a reluctant manager. Would have been so easy to rectify the problem instead they preferred to argue the app was right and we were wrong - completely ignoring fact that mistakes can be made and this was flagged well before Any drink was poured. Left a bad note on what should have been a great nite out Venue is nice but not recommend if looking for good customer service

Went for lunch before a match at Murrayfield. The restaurant was busy but the service was still quick. Very well priced and varied lunch menu. The staff were helpful about gluten free options too, confirming that the chips are cooked in a separate fryer.

We ordered soup and cheese toasties. Homemade, comforting and authentic! Big plus for their fresh sourdough bread. All the pastries were tempting, that will be for next time :)

Stopped off here many times on the way home in recent years but tonight was probably the last time. 10.30 pm and we walked in to chairs being being stacked on tables and a very brusque, ' we're closing soon, this area is closed '. We found an'open' table and got drinks but the whole atmosphere was very off with the female manager(?) walking round the bar loudly saying 'we're closed now' and continuing to stack chairs on tables as soon as they became vacant. Very unusual for a bar that used to be open until 1 am and was busy and buzzing with locals. Sadly no more. We will not likely be back.

Ukrainian cuisine in the center of Edinburgh. Delicious, huge portions and most importantly - Ukrainians are around. It was as if she had visited home. I recommend and will definitely visit with children! I wish you happy visitors.
