Visited the tea rooms and gallery this afternoon. Food well presented and tasty. Friendly, welcoming and fantastic service. Definitely will be visiting again. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Some lovely pictures and quirky items in the gallery.

Very nice atmosphere. Pleasant friendly staff. Food delicious and excellent value for money. It was nice looking at Richard Burton's local paintings whilst we had our lunch.

As always, spot on. Food delicious and cakes (as a take out this time) heavenly. Special order of 12 fruit scones, didn't last long.

Stopped here for lunch before walking the Bempton Circular walk. We had their homemade pumpkin soup - delicious. As we wouldn’t be back before closing, we purchased 2 delicious homemade cakes to eat on our walk! Lots of art available to purchase. A lovely little friendly independent cafe.

Probably one of the best cream teas and I've sampled a few.😀. I visited on consecutive days and tried the roast ham salad sandwich and the coronation chicken, both were delicious with a lovely fresh side salad. The art gallery had paintings beautiful paintings by local artists. I would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely perfect. Spotless clean and the owner/manageress could not have been more helpful to accommodate my adult son’s extra needs. Food was perfect, cake and cheesecake delicious. We will definitely be back. Dog friendly too. Art work available too so one of our party came away with a gorgeous painting too.

Nice food, good service, excellent desserts. Will look forward to going back again soon. There is also an art gallery with some good local works on display. Seating inside and out.

Had a really superb lunch of classic ploughman's followed by delicious cheesecake. All was of the highest standard and very pleasant service. Definitely worth a visit or several.

Fancied a little light lunch to celebrate the engagement of my younger son. The Gallery Tearoom came recommended and only a short drive from home. We received a warm welcome; our reserved table ready for us. Drinks order taken promptly and we were given ample time to choose from the menu. The four of us shared a ploughmans (home made pickles & coleslaw, pork pie and three different cheeses (delicious). Toasted sandwiches to follow (excellent) and served with a small fresh salad. Lemon cheesecake (wow)! Lovely old (but comfortable) building. Friendly and efficient service. All reasonable priced. Recommended.

This tea room is just fantastic the food and cakes are so tasty and everything is fresh and home made. We had to keep going back to try different cakes totally recommend a visit here

This place was recommended by one of the car park attendants at Bempton Cliffs (if you read this, thank you very much for suggesting such a great place) - it's only about 5-10 mins drive from there so not far at all to grab a bite to eat. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, the young waitress that served us was very busy but provided exceptional service. Food is delicious - home made savouries, cakes and scones..what more could you ask for!

Absolutely lovely! Superb cakes and friendly atmosphere in the most beautiful setting. Can't wait until we can sit inside and admire the pictures again! Nice to see reasonably priced pictures too.

I visit with friends and we usually have coffee and home cakes. You never feel rushed, so much so we usually have another drink. The tea room is very well set up regarding Covid restrictions and tables well spaced out between two rooms. Lots to look at, an area for crafts, unusual old fashioned signs, birthday cards, Richard Burtons paintings. Plenty of parking to the rear. Susan & Gillian

I’ve been meaning to visit this for a couple of years...it’s just off the Main Street & at first looks as though parking will be difficult BUT it is not! They have a nice big private car park. Went in and discovered a very spacious, exceptionally clean tearoom, much larger than expected...there’s also seating outside. The walls are lined with beautiful paintings by the artist Richard Burton...local scenes (delightful...). It is a small but well thought out menu. We ordered hot chocolate (with all the trimmings), Americano, home made scone & millionaires shortbread...all delicious. We’ve already made plans to go back next week for lunch and for one of those fabulous paintings. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to grab a bite to eat (made with delicious local produce) and have a cuppa after visiting Flamborough or better still, Bempton Cliffs. The almond and yoghurt cake is amazing and the friendly staff gave us some great tips on places to visit.Well worth a visit.

Popped in for a light lunch on our way to RSPB Bempton Cliffs. We weren't disappointed. A friendly local cafe serving a selection of light lunches and afternoon tea. Hanging on the walls are a range of paintings of local places that you can purchase. The tables are socially distanced in line with Covid-19 measures and hand sanitizer is available. The food and drinks we ordered were lovely. The sandwiches came with tasty salad and a nice red cabbage coleslaw. If near Bempton make sure you support this local cafe and gallery, highly recommended.

I’ve visited the tea room lots of times and I’m never disappointed. Fran the owner is friendly and welcoming and her homemade cakes are fabulous. I am even comfortable paying the tea rooms a visit when I’m on my own. Great value for money and definitely worth a visit. You must try the jam and cream scones.

Just called in for a cup of tea on my own. Very interesting place. Worth a look round upstairs at the antiques There is a want as groto in the garden too in December. Lovely

Great atmosphere, excellent service very friendly. Yummy homemade cakes, scones etc. A group of us meet every week and as words getting around more are trying this venue.

Visited today for a birthday treat for my sister. Very welcoming and lovely surroundings. Had afternoon tea for two...what a treat !! Far too much ..had to take loads home and endless tea and coffee. Absolutely delicious.

Great to have this on the doorstep. We never cease to be amazed at the great choices and the quality of all the cakes and coffee. Love the new addition of the blankets for a cosy feel if you need it (sitting outside fo those who wish to )

Great little find, my friend n I like to treat ourselves to afternoon tea every now n again and we have visited quite a few tearooms in the area but this has to be one of the best so far. Lovely service, great choice on the menu and the ploughman's platter is something else. The gallery n eating area is just so lovely. Will deffo return.

Live in Flamborough, and we were aware of the Gallery,but as pub in Benton was closed,we went to the T Rooms at the gallery, wow it was ace,. Super cakes , brilliant millionaires short bread, quiet and calm surrounding, plus Richard's pictures to view, we will be back

What a real little gem this place is excellent food and service and spotlessly clean great for families a true delight to visit this lovely gallery and partake of superb tea and cake or whatever other food you would like my family from Canada loved it . I would absolutely recommend visiting this lovely cafe . Thank you Fran for your beautiful home made scones we will definitely be visiting again next time we are up that way .

We popped in after visiting Flamborough Head. Lovely staff,good quality tea,and excellent cakes certainly finished the day off in style!!

After living in the village for many years decided to call in on our way back from Filey Food festival. We both had a cappuccino and a piece of cake. Sadly both our seperate selection of Chocolate/cherry cake and my choice of Apple/pistachio cake, we both said how disappointed we were, as it was too dry. We did tell the staff who apologised and thanked us for the feed back and told us she had baked them the day before. May be they had been baked too long, they did look lovely though.

Drove from Scarborough to Flamborough Head and found this tearoom after many miles! Efficient staff serving divine home made food, we had the Malteser & Mars bar cake, strawberry & cream topped bakewell and the scone with jam & cream - all delicious. Very reasonable prices and welcoming staff. Selection of art on sale.
