The food was tasty and very well presented. I am staying here for work and was disappointed with the portion size. £23 for one course and I had eaten it in under 2 minutes. Will have to drive out now for something to see me through the night.

Had a really nice Sunday lunch here over the weekend. Not a massive choice - I would normally go for belly pork but that wasn't an option, so I had the beef, which was very good. Lovely 'Eton tidy' dessert. Definitely felt a bit special, and £28 for 3 courses felt like good value. Recommended.

Had the loveliest little dinner here! Before visiting a holiday event at the cathedral, we stopped in for a tea, cider, and dinner. Staff were SOOOO nice and the food was solid. Prices were also reasonable for this sort of thing. Would love to come back next time I'm in town!

Staff, face to face are polite and helpful. On the phone no. If you ring in to enquire about a late delivery, they are very quick to offer refund. Don't tell me the food is on its way, when it is an hour late, when it arrives it is cold. The food now is bland, it also does not seam to be assembled with care. Best to avoid, there are other places to get better food localy.
