food arrived cold and didn't taste good at all

Food hub messed up my order and took money for my meal 2 weeks ago, had no food delivered and still no refund despite emailing 3 times, use cash and cut out these cowboy middlemen

All the food was cold and had to microwave everything. The chicken donner meat was liked dried cardboard, the salad wasn't fresh and overall the food was shocking quality.

Scam phone call from this number claiming to be from Vodafone. I've never been to Hull and never used Vodafone. Fraud

Money has been wasted, don't answer the phone money has been taken , waiting order 2h and is still didint arrived. The worst service in hull i ever seen.

I've had some excellent food from this restaurant in the past but I have been let down on this occasion. I ordered 4 pieces of southern fried chicken and chips but received 4 chicken burgers and chips.

10/10, loved the food, very filling

No kofte kebab in the special kebab order. Chicken shish in both orders tasteless ; no seasoning. Bread soaked with meat juice ; not nice!! Salad nice. Very disappointing

Calzone was a bit bland if I’m honest, delivery was quick though.

I ordered food from here on just eat it took two hours to arrive and it was all I had to eat that day, the next day I had bad guts and running to toilet with runs and it's been going on again today we ordered it 3 days ago and I'm still unwell and unable to eat as I end up feeling really sick.

Can no one in this town delivery food relatively on time, driver could not speak English, did not read special instructions which were rather complicated " please ring the doorbell" and gave the impression that he could not care less when he arrived

Hawaiian burger came with no Pineapple. Chocolate cake slice was smaller than a thumb. Never sent a drink with the kids meal, despite it advertised as such. Have ordered a few times, but the standards are slipping each time.

we ordered the family deal pizza, burger and chips, donner meat, garlic bread, the pizza was just an average one, garlic bread was ok, the chips on the burger wasn't very nice at all, donner meat super dry and I couldn't eat it really disappointed with quality of food, most of the food got wasted as it wasn't nice at all

Quality every time, incredible mozzarella sticks!

Food is always quality and hot on arrival. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. The pizzas are amazing and the cheesy chips are beaten by none!!!! They also listen to notes on the order which makes a change I wouldn’t go anywhere else highly recommend!!!!

Despite all the other reviews being overwhelmingly negative of this place, I haven't had many issues with food hub when I've ordered from them over the last year. Worst issue I've had was mozzarella sticks being overcooked, but overall, good price for the portions, medium cheesy chips and a halloumi wrap with chili sauce from here is great

fries were sad and soggy. pizza looked nice but tomato base had odd flavour not for me.

Delivery Driver was lovely (and kinda cute), Doner meat was actually gross, fatty greasy looks like bone fragments in every piece, never ordering this again, but the free tomato garlic bread, was better than everything i ordered together and worth ordering on its own.

Great food shame about the staff. Ring us n ask address when it's clearly provided, not an issue but the call telling us the delivery driver is here when he's nowhere near is disgusting. We have to go searching for him n he cudnt even be bothered to speak. Just a grunt n we have to search for the food and go outside. Wats point in delivery when have to go n find an ignorant n lazy driver who can't be bothered to look at the info provided. Wud of gone back but not after that. £3.50 for delivery yet we have to do their job 4 them

Ordered chicken donner kebab and got mixed kebab. Says all kebabs are served with salad, well mine didnt have any. Soggy chips with mixed meat i didnt want, packed into one tray. It was edible but that is all. I didnt even bother calling because i cannot be bothered wasting fuel or waiting another hour for delivery with correct order.

Cheese chip wrap missing from order rang the takeaway and they said they’d send one out and havnt.

I ordered pizza from this restaurant before it was better, but this time the dough wasn't baked, the cheese fell on the box, the whole pizza went into the trash.

Absolutely stupid. Came and my sauce was all over the place and my drink didn’t come. I rang them an hour and half later after I had rang them saying they forgot it and they said it would be brought too me. Currently 2 and half hours now and they are shut and my drink of sauce still isn’t here. I’m sat here at 4:33 in the morning now and I have no idea if I should expect it too come

i left a note telling the driver not to ring my doorbell and instead ring my phone (i know couriers can do this as they have in the past) or knock quietly, i made this clear, the driver knocked incredibly loudly and woke the other person in my house up, and my dog who began barking as a result of his noise and in turn created more of a scene so late at night. he was also incredibly early, but this isn't a huge issue, but i am very annoyed about the noise he created and ignoring my note

Got a chicken burger w chips and a chocolate concrete for one my burger was pink and hard my chips tasted like cardboard and the concrete isn’t even concrete it’s cake so I ran them and got the phone put down on me

The size of the meal was more than expected which is good the margarita pizza was very nice but the wraps were the same even though i ordered 2 different ones but got 2 of the same ones which is no good. Nice try to make it not noticeable but i seen it 🫢🫣
