If you’re in a rush I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! After an hour we rang up they said our food would be with us in 10 mins 40mins later we havnt got any food in front of us and in result was met with one of the staff members being very abrupt. Give this a miss unless you have a thing for long wait times ! Ps not even worth the wait !

Food was not cooked good My chicken was full purple

Absolute awful takeaway, I had placed an order at 3am it’s now 4:33am the shop says it’s now closed and my food hasn’t arrived, the biggest scam, dont try these they are absolute jokes, shop should be shut down.!!

OK but it was called 1/2 doner burger and there was no burger!

I ordered donner and chicken with chips, the chips was hard well under cooked they didn't put donner meat with the chicken, onion rings was soggy, the best thing about it was the salad

Normally have no issues with this takeaway however tonight the chips were cold and uncooked. At least we got the right amount of drinks with the order this time though.

I had ordered two chocolate concretes with custards. Took them well over an hour after ordering for them to ring to let me know it is out of stock. I explained to them I’ll get a refund through the uber eats app and then I finished the call Ten minutes later I received a call back. they explain they could now deliver the order as they have gotten win touch with another takeaway. They would do this along as I do not request refund. Despite me being sceptical I agreed Another hour and bit when by and it arrived. The driver strangely decided to wait out side of my gated back garden instead of coming around to the front that had no gate and press the doorbell Once I opened the delivery I discovered they had been sly and had given me some sort of cake instead of chocolate concrete. The custard was even leaking through the packaging, I was really concerned about this due to my missus having a nut allergy. so I rang back asking why the order was different and I queried if the cake had nuts , the lad on the phone was disrespectful, he tried gaslighting me by saying cake and concrete are the same thing. i know for a fact there not lol. Even when i called this out, the lad didn’t make it clear if it had nuts i or not. In the end i binned the ordered and wasted hard earned money . Lesson learnt, do not order online from here. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a takeaway in hull.

Last 2 weeks ordered a kebabs and both times sent a wrap even after i rang the restaurant to ask if it came in a pittabread also no sauce or salad

no donner in the special mix kebab. polite when called but daid it would be another hour for delivery ti deliver donner..or add extra next time.. twice thst food has been missing now..donner this time and shawarma last time

The delivery driver rang me twice and waited in his car for me to go and collect the delivery. My chicken tikka kebab was watery and came with a folded tortilla wrap instead of a pitta bread

Delivery driver didn’t actually deliver it to my door made me walk half way down the street in a dressing gown looking for him not what I expect when I pay for delivery

Pizza was dripping with grease, soggy chips, and burnt hash browns and on top of it all it was just left on the doorstep on delivery.

Garlic bread was pathetic, it's bland and has next to no garlic on it at all, was that dry could of used it as a Frisby for my dog

All the food was cold and had to microwave everything. The chicken donner meat was liked dried cardboard, the salad wasn't fresh and overall the food was shocking quality.

Scam phone call from this number claiming to be from Vodafone. I've never been to Hull and never used Vodafone. Fraud

I've had some excellent food from this restaurant in the past but I have been let down on this occasion. I ordered 4 pieces of southern fried chicken and chips but received 4 chicken burgers and chips.

Calzone was a bit bland if I’m honest, delivery was quick though.

I ordered food from here on just eat it took two hours to arrive and it was all I had to eat that day, the next day I had bad guts and running to toilet with runs and it's been going on again today we ordered it 3 days ago and I'm still unwell and unable to eat as I end up feeling really sick.

Hawaiian burger came with no Pineapple. Chocolate cake slice was smaller than a thumb. Never sent a drink with the kids meal, despite it advertised as such. Have ordered a few times, but the standards are slipping each time.

we ordered the family deal pizza, burger and chips, donner meat, garlic bread, the pizza was just an average one, garlic bread was ok, the chips on the burger wasn't very nice at all, donner meat super dry and I couldn't eat it really disappointed with quality of food, most of the food got wasted as it wasn't nice at all

Food is always quality and hot on arrival. Delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. The pizzas are amazing and the cheesy chips are beaten by none!!!! They also listen to notes on the order which makes a change I wouldn’t go anywhere else highly recommend!!!!
