Food was cold and crap and waited over an hour for it

Small order took ages to come. Forgot my sauce and barely any salad.

Everything was good but the pizza was cold

The strawberry yazoo was forgotten

The food was perfect lot of salad on burger you dig my pizza perfect. Just how I like it, keep up the great job. I'll see you next week amph

Ordered food, 2 chocolate cakes, a bottle of coke and a tub of mayo, the drink and cakes came absolutely covered in the mayo that had spilt all over the bag called about 6 times and was getting the phone put down on me fuming!

Great especially considering we ordered at gone 5am, listened well to order notes and delivery notes delivery driver really polite hot upon arrival thanks again!! Xx

Food never arrived, despite calling restaurant and checking phone number

Great food for after a night out and despite the app saying it was gonna be another 20 minutes the driver was already ringing me up saying he arrived

My order was earlier than stated, never and left at my address.not happy so I would like a refund or the food I paid for.

Ordered two 16" pizzas - which did taste good, like your classic cheap takeaway pizzas. But that's where the positivity ends, one pizza was the wrong size (too small) and the service was quite poor, as it took well over 90 mins for the food to arrive. And while the pizza was nice it was not worth such an exorbitant price: £35 for two pizzas.

Didn’t correctly make my order stuffed crust missing

The delivery was late. It was entirely the wrong pizza. The fudge cake was frozen solid and the remainder of the food was cold. The delivery driver was late and then wouldn’t leave the car.

Genuinely one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had, ordered over £60 worth of food and the pizza arrived burnt & late, i’m really not sure how the garlic bread qualifies as anything other than a plain pizza base tossed in the oven for too long. What a waste of money!

why order a collection and not even start it and the taxi waiting with the meter still running fuming never again.

This takeaway is horrendous my burger was burnt and they put the sauce next to the burger instead of on it the food was falling apart and cold I will never go here again unless I fancy food poisoning it’s disgusting and not worth the prices they charge 1 star is more than I want to rate but sadly Google won’t let you rate -9999 stars I hate this takeaway

Don’t order from here the staff are rude I found a hair in my food and some of the chips were raw and some were burnt idk how they managed that but they did then when I went in the staff were rude and refused to replace it or give me a refund they swore at me and told me to f of this is unacceptable don’t go here

the food was absolutely disgusting do not order the popcorn chicken unless u want to eat pure charcoal, my popcorn chicken was literally black and then when we rang up to ask for them to resend more out the man on the phone was saying it was supposed to look like that if i wanted cooked chicken?? i reckon a stone would be easier to bite through than those, also the burger bun was all burnt and the man on the phone was also rude and patronising. do not recommend at all

Had good contact with us whilst waiting for food. Food tasted nice- kids burger a little burnt and the kids meal didn’t come with drink as advertised. Can see from previous reviews this has happened a few times so please do better. Nothing to fault on the food itself or the quality of it, everything seemed ok and just as good as your standard late night takeaway.

Food is average fare. Service isn't great though. Charged for double cheeseburger and double chicken burger and only single ones turned up. Might be a one off, but not good

Bought a cheese burger and chips, for the price of 6.50 I should have known something was wrong. When I walked in I was greeted by flies. My order was quick to be cooked about 10 minutes or so, when I open it to eat, the fries looked horrible like they have been cooked twice and left out they were horrible. The cheese burger was delicious the bread cake was a little hard however and the mayonnaise was watery. Other then that it was yummy. Definitely won't be ordering those items again especially the fries!

Have failed to deliver an order twice. No response on the phone. No refund, no nothing.

As always who else you going to call for food at 4am always polite on the phone remember who you are ….delivery fast and food is spot on

it hasnt even arrived we haven't received the order I've tried to ring the store multiple times and I've been outside waiting for the ice cream and drinks my friends even been out himself.

Me and my friends had a lovely takeaway from here, amazing kebabs, chips, and sauces (garlic mayo and burger sauce). We also really appreciated the cheesy garlic bread! Other than the food the customer service was also really great, we got to Prima earlier than expected and the owner (?) was extremely friendly. All in all I highly recommend this place

Delivery was quick but unfortunately the chips were burnt no matter how much cheese was added it did not disguise the taste of burnt. The chicken nuggets were inedible they were rock hard. Kids meal did not come with advertised drink but instead a cup drink with straw not the Pepsi as stated. Overall very disappointed. Tried to call to voice issues but call would not connect.

waited 50 odd minutes for a pizza to be given the wrong order, staff were rude when we asked how long it would be, all shouting and swearing, no staff wearing hair nets or any ppe, for us to then be given undercooked food after waiting so long

The food was very late, when you call the restaurant they don't answer they text you back, then don't reply to that, very odd. When the food did arrive it was freezing cold and looked disgusting, not edible. I'll never order from here again and would like a refund.

Worst pizza I had in a very long time… would not recommend unless it was a last choice, sloppy and bad…. But quick delivery and was delivered late at night, so in that sense it’s a ++ but quality was terrible…..

I dont understand how they get away with serving this food, i ordered a chicken wrap and it was like i was served the left over greasy scraps, it was literally pooling with oil and grease in the bottom of the wrap and in the wrapping and there were bits of food in there that i didn’t even recognise as food (that was with only 2 bites) i’ve binned the wrap and i’ll be requesting a refund for it, 0/10 do not reccomend.

Food was great and on time however was missing the ice cream. I'll bell you tomorrow or come pick it up 👍

Ordered the prawn pizza, tasted like a margarita pizza. Hardly no prawns, and when you were lucky to come across one, it was small and couldn't taste it. Waste of money considering 2 prawn pizzas were ordered never again.
