Disgusting service i used just eat as i didng want to order direct i go for a bath to find out they cancelled my order because i didnt answer my phone If i wanted to chat id ring you direct the restaurant response was rude and no apology basically said tough do what you want

I put in a special request for a well done pizza. They did what I said it wasn't burnt and it was well done and there put on good cheese and topping. The chefs were very accommodating. 5* Note the mixed kebabwas very nice 2. Hidden Gem 💎 ✨️ 💖

Waited another 5 mins or so and got given a pizza that was burnt on top and not cooked underneath. Chips were awful. Like they had been fried 5 times. Nothing in them but grease

Retail Park, 2 Cleveland StWent out of the way to accommodate an order their system doesn't like . Fantastic staff really happy with this place . Food is great ! Edit was 5* now 2* 8th Feb couldn't order outside the menu for our dairy /soy allergy . No vegan garlic dip. All but 1 item waiting on the shelves for 18 minutes while the last thing was actually made . The order was spread out on the shelves so all cold when it got home . The cheek of the guy handing it over saying the boxes would be hot ! Not sure what's happened but was honestly very poor !
