Bianco's Pizzeria in Redcar and Cleveland

Over the years this place has declined. I've never known takeaway place that consistently get order incorrect. Used to order for convenience as local but now totally done. Sad but true.

Just wanted cheesy chip. Received garlic sauce and chips. Disappointed. Too late to complain. Normally pretty good At getting orders right

Chips cold, donor meat cold (actually heard them say we'd better turn the kebab machine on) and ordered chicken kebab and only got meat in the carton, no salad. Rang them up, told journey home reason they could be cold, we only 2 to 3 minutes away from shop by car. Also apparently you don't get salad with kebab anymore. It comes separate, well they've still got ours. Being going to this takeaway for over 30 years now, shocking service. No apology given either.

Dialled an order in asking for 2 chicken kebabs with only a little bit of sauce on, order came to £19 sonot cheap which I dont mind if food is nice. Got home with order and eavj kebab was floating in sauce, couldn't even see the chicken. This was sickening as couldn't eat it. Should have taken them back but we had settled towatcg football. Never again will I go to this place for food.

Delicious pizzas I my go to pizza shop

Lovely hot shot parmo really thick chicken arguably the best around and chilli sauce is outstanding

Ordered a standard hotshot parmo and got a dried out burnt bit of chicken with a litre of garlic sauce to try and hide the mess 🤒🤮filled the bin 🙄

Just had mixed special kebab. Without doubt, the best donner and chicken that I have tasted. Portions ridiculously large. Is this the best kebab in the universe. Lovely staff too

Staff very rude and reluctant ordered pizza found hair in it and staff are scammers because I ordered 12 in and gave me 9 inch

Ordered a mixed kebab and the chicken was actually black and burnt. Kebab was dry and was obviously warmed up from the day before as the shop had only been open and hour. Chips were okay but we rang and took the food back for a refund but would only get a refund for the chips as our little boy ate them. Staff were very rude aswell

The place could do with a face-lift first and foremost. I got a half hotshot parmo. Chicken was all uneven thicknesses so some was dry and some was burnt. The chilli sauce isn't sauce, its just thick goo. The chips were clearly cooked on the radiator. It wasn't the worst parmo I've had but it's not a difficult dish to make properly!

Went for the chicken kebab. Nice!

Very hit n miss this place, parmo was mint one night the ya get one that comes stone cold with stone cold chips to match, looked like yesterdays chips aswell. Disappointing food from Biancos. Wont be back

Best chicken kebab in Middlesbrough, and best garlic sauce

Ordered through Foodhub this evening, when food arrived the pizza and garlic bread were barely warm and the chips had obviously been cooked previously and left standing, they had a texture not dissimilar to cardboard, altogether an unfortunate waste of money, probably on a par with the worst takeaway we have ever had. Sorry but will not call again.

Ordered with family. 3xpizzas, 2xchips and cheese and a garlic butter. We waited an hour and half and wish we hadnt bothered. All containers were sodden although in a plastic bag, they were piled ontop of each other which had collapsed them all. Chips tasted clinical, with processed cheese. Garlic sauce was added as an option to a pizza and a thick layer had just been dolloped on. The amount of cheese on pizzas was so thick it was hard, just came off. One pizza had the chips chucked on top. The whole thing was inedible and for the price of £40 the staff were rude and useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Used Biancos for years and found previous owners ( Ray ) attitude to his business absolutely spot on , these new owners dont give a toss , they just getting what they can out of it , bad attitude , order was wrong and got attitude when questioned order , food clearly not fresh , will go somewhere else from now on not that they will care

London pizza is Middlesbrough delicacy

Ordered from here saturday night got a message saying its with the driver to then not have it turn up....phoned the shop to be told no refund as said their was no answer at the door and they wernt coming back out guess what you didnt even come to my door as ive checked my cctv so why lie ?

Always ordered from here and often food arrives different to what ordered , tonight a large kebab came without salad one tablespoon of sauce and no pitta ... After ten minutes arguing I had actually ordered from there they delivered the missing food ... Delivery drivers are spot on but the shop do not have a clue what is going on

Very tasty food and a spotless shop

Three teenage kids in the shop. The main chef who normally cooks the meat packing the orders. Special chicken kebab was nearly alive it was that under cooked. Got to be the worst kebab I’ve ever tasted.

Used this place for years.. never had issues. Ordered online tonight like I have in the past… food didn’t arrive. Called up to be told it hasn’t been sent as I’m out of the delivery area… had food delivered numerous times before mind. Then I was told they had been trying to contact me.. strange I’ve no missed calls/missed call alert texts… my number is up to date in my account on the website/app. I then get told when I was last in that I can’t have deliveries… another lie I’ve never been told that and I haven’t been inside for ages. If I was told that why would I order online and wait around nearly 2 hours? Think you need to update your website and app then cause it is still showing delivery is available to my address! Certainly won’t be back.

Called in for a simple doner kebab. Staff members smoking in the rear doorway and then came in without washing their hands. Place looks and feels dirty, food was awful and looked like something a sick dog would throw up. Used to be a real decent place this but must have changed hands. Probably will rely on people popping in when falling out the local pubs. I'd rather go hungry. Avoid like the plague.

Abysmal, such a let down. Biancos used to be my go to for local pizza, go back 12 months and I would have guaranteed you the best pizza in the Eston/Grangetown area. My initial response this evening was to ring the store, but I thought better of that, as the people on the other end of the phone aren't able to give the driver a simple instruction to come to the back gate or we won't hear them, they certainly won't take note of my complaint. That was problem 1. Problem 2 simply, is that the pizza wasn't just cold, it was bloody frigid. The final problem? We ordered a tub of garlic, unfortunately we only got half a tub, as the other half of the sauce has spilled out of the crushed container and gone all over the pizza box. Would have returned this mess of a delivery if the wife hadnt asked me not to due to not wanting a fuss about tea at 22:00. Wanted to leave this review in the hopes I could save at least one person future disappointment. I will not be using biancos again, full stop.

Just ordered two parmos chips salad and it was absolutely disgusting chicken was like rubber and burnt salad was dry as a bone chips were freezing waste of 20 pound never ever again rotten wouldn't even give my dogs this to finish off went straight in the bin out the back do not order from bianco people it's not worth 1 star

My partner always orders from here usually no problems from the odd mistake. But tonight fair to say I'm put of for life. Worst pizza I've ever tasted. The lot went in the bin. Was freezing cold and soggy and didn't smell great either. Also forgot the garlic again. Won't be ordering here no more. Was looking forward to our tea as not eaten all day but it was vile.

Collected half parmo and it was cold..heated it up in microwave & to be honest..it was vile..stringy with burnt bits in it..won't be going there again..horrid

This pizza shop has the monopoly in the area and the prices reflect that. They can charge what they like and do. Unfortunately the quality of the food is poor. The portions are average and the food is often tasteless. I've found they use far too much oil and overcook the produce. It's a pity really as I remember them serving a decent takeaway in the early 50's. While I'm here i'd like to say a RIP to the Fall front man Marc E Smith who passed over yesterday. These are the days.

Pepperoni was burnt on the Pizza I ordered, not for the first time it shouldn't have been delivered

Good pizza, well priced, friendly staff

Waited 40 minutes for the order, when it finally came it was wrong. Was then told I had to wait another 15 minutes. The burger that was ordered looked like it had been run over.

Ordered large pork Parmo , it came and was tiny , the size of a small and tasted very salty , ordered pizza from here a while ago and was lovely so thought Parmos would be to , all can say is gone down hill and it was horrible . Really really disappointed !!! :(
