Took more time for the driver to get access to his Wi-Fi to figure out where we lived and yet he was right outside our door and my husband asked him if he was delivering to our home and he said he didn’t know without his Wi-Fi he may be new And if so he tried his hardest. However, the delivery was late and the food was cold.

The food was cold upon arrival but was delivered quickly leading me to believe the food may have been sat there a while , the driver was extremely rude who delivered my order , yes it was fast however he brayed on my door repeatedly not allowing me any time to get there , all he said was “pin” at the door and walked off after shoving the food in my hand. Usually I have had a really good experience however I don’t think I will be ordering from here again due to my experience.

Really expensive so wouldn't order again probably.

Driver rude, ignorant & impatient. very arrogant. usually all the drivers are lovely . I'm disabled so it takes me a few minutes to get to the door . The food arrived freezing. I asked for my 1pcs chicken not to be a drumstick as I've had bad experiences before. £2.89 for some tiny awful drumstick - rip off. Signature fries are nice once reheated. Far better recipie.The fillet burger is a disgrace,I'm going to complain. Lesson learned NEVER AGAIN! OVERPRICED 💩thrown together 2/10 AVOID

KFC gone down hill. Chicken grey and slimy. Skin not cooked enough and not enough coating. Won’t order takeaway again as most is not good quality any more. Waste of £20. Can’t beat home cooking . Most of takeaway in Redcar and Saltburn terrible.

Order was never delivered. Support said the issue was "the customer not providing a house number" despite the site literally showing my home on the GPS map. Refused to refund or send out for re-delivery.

Ordered when it said there was a 15-20 min wait time. I ended up waiting closer to 40 mins. Ordered the bbq chicken bites and there was so much sauce on them it really ruined the taste. I would say half of the bowl was filled. Wrap was bland too

Looking forward to a kfc, only spent £10 because I thought it was quite pricey, £20 for a small bucket meal, really! The girl who served me was very polite and helpful, I asked for 2 pieces of chicken each for myself and my partner + a fries each, the food was very tasty but very small, for £5 each it wouldn't have fed a 3 year old, I know £10 spent isn't much but I was expecting a bit more chicken, instead I felt as if I'd just eaten a canary leg! Sorry, don't think I'll be paying for a kfc again

Yet again the drink was not in my order from K.F.C from Roseberry so i will not be ordering K.F.C again cause they cant get the orders right

The delivery driver said he had to wait at Cooplands for someone’s pie to warm up for 35 minutes. That is no reason for not delivering my order warm and on time! Absolute joke!

Never order via UberEats. Ordered a £55 order. It never arrived. UberEats said it was cancelled. KFC accused the driver from UberEats stole it when I called them. The driver was called Daniel.

DO NOT USE DELIVERY! Food is poorly packaged and not kept warm at all. Ice cold drinks are packaged with warm food which means cold food upon arrival. Vendor will not entertain resolutions despite them being at fault. Cannot comment on food quality and didn’t get chance to try it at the correct temperature. Edit to respond to reply below: Called the number you suggest they said nothing was wrong and refused to help. My complaint stands. In case it wasn’t clear; the fault lies with the employees at the store itself being unable to figure out that hot stuff shouldn’t be packed with cold stuff.

my order was 30 minutes late and it was cold also the delivery driver did not offer any kind of apology and was even quite rude. This is the second time I have been let down by kfc and just eat. I shall not be ordering kfc on just eat again.

If I could give them less than one star then I would. They claim to be open at a certain time on Google but you can’t order food up to half an hour until they close. Absolutely disgusting service. Been oredering from KFC for years and never had this problem, yet, the Redcar branch seems to be the shameful exception. Totally disgusted!!

Everytime I order from here there is an issue. Terrible not putting dips in that you have paid for. Tonight’s order didn’t have my requested/paid for dips/one of my sides and the wrong drink.

Ordered from just eat after having a bad experience getting delivered before but missing a full £12 meal and aspects of others. Meaning one of us didn't have anything to eat. Do not recommend as the prices are already expensive for what you're supposed to get, If you even receive your full order.

Haven't had KFC in absolutely yonks but it did not disappoint at all , had the new buffalo chicken burger thing it was B E A UTIFUL , will defo be getting again.👍

Absolutely brilliant we got 10 pieces of chicken 4 lots of chips 2 corn of cob.1 Cole slaw and large bottle of coke all for £21.00 forget fish n chips these are alot better value 😋..
