I ordered salt and pepper chicken and chips and both tasted nothing like they where meant to be no seasoning on chips just put onions and peppers in, they tasted like normal chips, the chicken tasted like normal chicken nuggets no flavour on them at all which where meant to be salt and pepper, the service was good just a pitty about the food.

The food was appalling salt and pepper chips and chicken were so dry and not 1 bit of flavour may aswell of ordered a plain bag of chips the shredded beef smelt or sweat the special chow main was discusting prawns weren’t even cooked properly all round discusting when rang to tell them how bad the food was and how I would like a refund and I will gladly give them there food back I got nothing but abuse she was shouting “ my food good “ no your food is nothing but dry and discusting what a waste of £30 the full lot went in the bin

No doubt the worst takeaway I've ever had, and I'm a big fan of most asian cuisine. No satay sauce at all. Vegetables undercooked. Tasteless chicken. Tasteless rice. The only edible part was the fortune cookies Everyone (4 people) left most of it. Avoid.

The most tasteless takeaway I have ever had. We ordered Thai Green Chicken curry and mixed vegetables in satay sauce. Both had a picture of a chilli next to them, the key at the bottom of the menu noted this meant the dish was 'hot and spicy' well I don't like really spicy food so I was a bit apprehensive before trying it. The good news is that it wasn't too hot or spicy, in fact I don't think any spice or chilli's had been added at all; the closest thing I would compare it to is dishwater. The chips tasted like oven chips which had been deep fried, left in the pan for a couple of weeks and then heated up. When I went to pay with my card I was told cash only. In this day and age to still expect people to be carrying cash is ridiculous, my only explanation is that they are laundering the money along with the food in the dishwasher!

Tasty House, indeed the bricks and mortar are tasty after the green chicken curry,, “Hasty Choice” might be a more appropriate Name. Thank you for your service.

Chicken balls, chips,spring rolls overcooked so had a burnt taste. Phone to explain it tasted burn and the poor girl on the phone got nothing but grief from the lady in the kitchen so ended up getting off the phone to make the girls life easier. Don't know why we tried this Chinese again as have tried it before and was not good then. Definitely not trying it again had enough chances now to change our mind so give up. Only got the one star 🌟 as no other option for less!

Was totally discussed ordered but was not asked if chips or rice when came there was nothing to have my meal with but prawn crackers when phoned them to see how long for a bag of chips said don't know we are so busy her attitude stinks

Definitely waste of money avoid waited over 2 hours which isn’t a problem food arrived like mush clearly warmed up couldn’t eat it chips soggy and cold prawn toast the same mains boiling hot like microwaved but food like mush,

Phoned at 5 told 45mins arrived Stone cold 2 hours later. Chips tasted like they had been warmed up from night before....

The chicken is very slimy & completely tasteless! BUT the beef fried rice is delicious AND the beef chow mein is also delicious. PLEASE PLEASE! Change your chicken!

I just had the chicken omelette and chips, it was just about okay. Chicken portion was half what it used to be. This was last years review but now the portion was unbelievably small

We read reviews with an open mind , however we were correct being slightly concerned about placing our first and last ever order ! The staff are the best thing about this takeaway, then the chicken curry. The green Thai curry was like swamp water, with under cooked vegetables. The egg fried rice looked and tasted like it had been fried in dirty oil. Sorry but very disappointed. At least the seagulls liked the chips!

We were largely disappointed with the Thai curries (both red and green also chinese chicken curry). The chicken was anaemic and clearly reconstiuted, very little flavour compared to what we are used too! The crispy aromatic duck we had for starter was very good, shame the main course was so disappointing, most went in the bin!

The prices are fine and the quality is good

Really tasty food, comprehensive menu and good portions. Parking nearby not so easy though. Cash only but will deliver to holiday accommodation including caravans (£3.50 delivery charge). Will definitely order again

God what a disaster..... All you can taste is grease, stomach aching and a hole in my wallet, I ordered via phone, I got told the price was £23, handed £30 in cash over and got £1.50 change and was abandoned with the food after asking if it was correct. The curry is 90% veg and watery goo, i have been a few times, usually the owners are arguing, I guess the food is better when that happens.

Really good beef fried rice and pork chow mein.

A perfect meal on a perfect weekend away. The 4 of us are so impressed with the meal we had tonight! I cannot recommend the Pak Bo duck dish enough (under Chef specials), the duck was cooked to perfection, the pork was amazing and the prawns weren’t overcooked at all. We also had the £9 mini special box and again everything was awesome. Can’t fault this takeaway, will be back when I come to Loftus again for sure. Lovely staff as well! Thank you.

Staying locally. Food delivered hot and tasty. One portion of rice is enough for 2 people. Polite staff.

Very disappointed and won't go again. Don't often have takeaways so this was a treat. Its certainly not the place is used to be. Complete waste of money.

Ordered delivery, arrived way early than they advised (20 mins vs 1 hour). Lady was a bit grumpy as I was still on my way back with some cash. Lemon chicken was tasteless and contained tomatoes! (Actually, it wasn't tasteless. It tasted of tomato). Portions sizes and other items were ok but it was all mostly cold by the time we got it. Wouldn't order from here again.

Really disappointed. Loved to order from here but after being charged £50.00 for a £28 order. Gave her two 20 pound notes she asked for a 10r so it was easier, gave her 5 pound note and 5 coins for her to then return the 5 pound note to me and 80 pence then for the woman delivery driver to refuse any acknowledgement when she knew what she had done was beyond belief. Maybe i should've realised at the door how much change she had given me but I didn't. We got £5 out of £50.00. Hope the £20 was worth all my custom and the people thats informed. I spent more than £20 a week here... If you value your hard earned money, either go pick your take away up or take custom elsewhere until the delivery driver is replaced. Never had a good experience with her and now ive spoke out I don't think any customer has. Good take out ruined by an inconsiderate, rude and thief of a driver.

Ordered tonight and the food arrived cold, and went to waste so £30 worth of food and the only edible part was the the duck and pancakes would not recommend if you are a few miles away from the restaurant as they cant keep the food warm, will not be ordering anything from them again. Only other positive is the portion sizes are good still not worth the money for quality of food
