Domino's Pizza - Guisborough in Redcar and Cleveland

Went out of the way to accommodate an order their system doesn't like . Fantastic staff really happy with this place . Food is great ! Edit was 5* now 2* 8th Feb couldn't order outside the menu for our dairy /soy allergy . No vegan garlic dip. All but 1 item waiting on the shelves for 18 minutes while the last thing was actually made . The order was spread out on the shelves so all cold when it got home . The cheek of the guy handing it over saying the boxes would be hot ! Not sure what's happened but was honestly very poor !

Not happy, cookies went down from 4 to 2?! Go on their website, they give you cookies galore, go to the shop and they take them away from you.

Received wrong order via delivery and puzza was cold! Had to drive to collect missing item. Was informed I would get a refund for the delivery charge. Never happened. Reading reviews it's a common to be scammed by this store. The last time I trust ordering from dominos! Be warned! No contact via customer services when making complaint. Very poor!

Shocking experience ordered large pizza came with no jalapeños on it and un-cut. Rang up and they sent a new pizza out this time someone in store got excited with the jalapeños and loaded it this time but some how forgot the chicken this. I will never be ordering from this place again it’s like a lucky dip on what pizza will arrive.

We have used these guys Twice now when visiting fast delivery great food and polite driver . What more can we say . Impressed .

Very disappointed with our food. Pizza didn't seem cooked enough. Raw dough in middle an unmelted cheese. Chips again under done, cold and had been under heat lamp too long.

On many occasions wrong order arrived. Missing things. Never bothered sometimes because it was only wedges or wings etc…. One time I complained I was told I would get a refund by a member of staff on phone. It never happened. He lied. Never order again.

Ordered online for delivery, they accepted the order and payment. Then phoned to say they had to driver so would refund me. 48 Hours they said it would take. It’s been more than 48 Hours and I’ve not been refunded. Do not use

How ecpensive!!!! I want to give 1 star for the cheek of how expensive the pizzas are, pay less in restuarant but pizza was delicious, very very tasty and great dip

Domino's Guisborough recently provided 20 pizzas for our church quiz night. They were all exactly as ordered and were delivered at the requested time . They were all piping hot and sliced as requested. An added.bonus..delicious. Well done Domino's Guisborough.

I forgot to remove peppers from my pizza while ordering on the app, I realised 5 mins later and called the store only to be told it was my fault and had to have the pizza with a topping I literally can not eat. Nice one dominos nice to know you care about your customers. Shame
