I understand from talking to staff that this store is used for training. You can tell. The display was like artwork, the food preparation is beautiful. Favourite local branch.

Had a chicken salad and the checken tasted like fish. It was warm to my mouth which means it ain't been chilled properly

The nicest branch of Subway in the local area, in my humble opinion! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the food always tastes very fresh and highly recommended! The only slight negative point to say is the inside is always incredibly warm and I wish there was air conditioning there, it would be uncomfortable to sit inside and eat.

I am the world's most awkward and fussy eater, and going to any eatery is always a trial of tribulation for my poor wife. We first started attending Subway Guisborough after the 2020 lockdown. During the majority of visits, my order has been ludicrously simple; "6 inch herb & cheese with sreaky bacon, toasted and nothing else." How can anyone make a mess of that? I don't know the names of any of the staff at this particular venue, but more than 50% of them consistently manage to screw it up completely! Although disappointment often abounds, we continue to turn up several times each week for breakfast because when it it is prepared to specification, there are very few things in life available before 08:30, that hit the spot with more satisfaction. Today (19th April 2024), it was perfection, and I'm already looking forward to the next challenge. All the staff are pleasant, possessing a good sense of humour. To such an extent that even when my simple request isn't delivered to a standard that stops me from whinging, it's still a good place to go.The staff are all pleasant, Incidentally, my wife eats everything and loves the place.

The food was nice and ok priced but the staff seemed to not to know what to do it was chaos they give one of us the wrong bread and when we paid they didn't count them in the meal deal and gave me wrong change I wouldn't recommend to be honest the one in middlesbrough is way better

I've come here a few times and the service has always been absolutely wonderful! Each time the staff has been super kind and helpful! Today in particular a guy at the drive through window was incredibly friendly so much so I decided to write a review! Keep up the good work everyone you all deserve a cookie ❤️

Staff did not greet me. Ordered a pizza SLICE. Received a cold bread bun with tomato purée and cheese, definitely not a pizza slice. I walked 2 miles to this location and I regret doing so- it was cheap but I still feel robbed.

Expensive and not much filling, definitely won't be going back in a hurry...

Turned up starving with my two dogs in the car staff was understanding and chatty, food was very quick and tasty, the woman who served us I didn’t catch her name is a real credit to subway, thankyou!! Roxy and Essie loved the chicken !

Sandwich was lovely and fresh and nachos were great.

Its a subway....good sandwiches, we go mostly for the breakfast mega melt. A breakfast sandwich with proper eggs, sausage and bacon inside, toasted with some cheese. If you are two people then share one foot long meal instead of buying two.

Got one order wrong from the drive thru but the staff were more than helpful with rectifying our order and we got 2 free cookies for the Hastle!

It’s been closing early for past 2 weeks and it’s not shown to close till later extremely disappointed

Toilets are usually clean ,coffee is not as good as it used to be

So this morning I showed up to subway wanting a lovely egg, bacon and sausage sarnie. What I got will shock you. EGG AND CHEESE. EGG AND CHEESE. how out of all the ingredients do you hear the 2 worst ones. Maybe if it was egg and bacon I'd be happy but this is appalling. I have contacted corporate already and notified them of my wrong doing. Thanks a lot baby's crying now.

I always think this is a decent Subway as the staff are really friendly, but more often than not, I drive away and there's an error with my order. Just need the training for this place to step up a bit more and stop making the mistakes.

First off if I could give this a zero star I would. Throughout my whole experience I felt unwelcomed, the women that I was severed by was very rude and the sandwich was not made well what so ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone just go to the co op next to it and get a sandwich there I can promise you it will taste better.

The WORST subway I've ever had. Ordered a meatball sub and an Italian BMT, both meals. Asked for cookie with both. They absolutely messed up my order. Picture attached is my apparent Italian BMT... Didn't include 2 of the meats that are supposed to be on a BMT. They only put on a TINY bit of bacon and the salad. They only gave me 1 cookie, even though I paid for both meals. Meatball was tasteless, with no sauce, Like how could they possibly mess up every single thing about the order!? Useless! Has me questioning if they're even an official Subway store.

Fine if you like subway. Service fairly slow. Plenty of onsite parking plus drive through. Co-Op petrol station and food store next door

In need of refurb. Poor staff working in that heat with no air con. A portable one was in customer area but not really having much effect. Staff were real troupers! Food was ok but there were lots of salad I couldn't have because it had grated cheese dropped in it.

I take my grandson to Subway he loves it good tasty sandwiches at a reasonable price why not try one yourself and give it a try you will have a big surprise

I'm normally a fan of subway however this time it was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten Chicken wasnt right felt uncooked and extremely chewy Ended up with bacon and mayo in a bun coz chicken was uneatable

Sandwich was cold when it just came out the toaster , trainee smothered my sandwich in sauce , the sandwich was unbearable threw it in the nearest bin , I went through the driver though as I was at work driving so didn't get the chance to complain in store was passed my order through the window bit by bit as they didn't have a bag for I had to ask

Waited a while in drive through so decided to go in. Don't order a salad! They give you half the amount of other subway stores. But the staff are lovely and friendly.

People/worksrs/servers are rally nice and the foods amazing, great that you can make your own sandwich, love it.

It honestly evades me as to why someone employed as a ‘sandwich artist’ repeatedly fails to make said sandwich as asked. I live 10+ miles away from subway and have been repeatedly forced to drive back to the franchise to have my sandwich replaced as the half brains that work there have put some random topping on my sandwiches that was never asked for. To make matters even worse I have even found dead flies in my sandwiches
