Eston Labour Grub in Redcar and Cleveland

Ordered through Eston Labour Club. Got given buzzer that will go off when ready. 45 mins later.....still no buzzer. Went and checked. Waited another 5 mins or so and got given a pizza that was burnt on top and not cooked underneath. Chips were awful. Like they had been fried 5 times. Nothing in them but grease

Great dinners, the wife has just gone to collect her Mothers pensioners portion Sunday dinner with pudding as I am writing this, great value for the money...worth a visit.

Picked up two dinners and all I can say was the turnip smelt awful the carrots were over boiled limp and tasteless the mashed potato tasted like instant mash Yorkshire pud also had a funny taste I definitely won't be ordering again very disappointed and it all went into the bin

Walked in to buy a Sunday lunch. All the vegetables were sour tasting, mash potato,carrots, Savoy cabbage,turnip,all sour Paid £7.50 for a sour dinner will NOT be using again. I'am really disappointed.

Ordered lasagne with chips and salad, when i opened it up the lasagne was very dissapointed small prob kids portion covered in chips if all the portions are this small wont use again

Great to have a company you can pick up Sunday lunch to each at home. Meals were spot one and delicious 😋.

Tried the Parmo and triple cooked chips. Was bigger than expected and tasted lovely.

Brownies are really good. Although sometimes you order which you then later find out that they are not available so you get a call saying they are not actually available. This has happened a few times. We recommend improvements need to be made for overall appearance of Eston Labour Club and Grub, litter and renovation. It would also help to ensure website is up to date with what is and what is not available for customers.

Food was stone cold. Part of the order missing the delivery was late so phone the shop but no care given to customer service.

Fantastic Sunday Lunch, good portion size

Ordered 2 large Sunday dinners £24 delivered on time lovely & hot but only 1 dinner it wasn’t a problem guy came back within 15minutes with 2nd one dinner no1 consisted of meat mash peas roasties & Yorkshire pudding (frozen) dinner no 2 had meat & all the veg wrong peas & stone cold 2nd time we’ve tried them & had bad experiences won’t be a 3rd

I ordered from here using uber eats, the order was over £30. Which is a little higher than we usually pay but figured the menu looked good. However, the order came 25mins late. We rang a combined total of 9 times without getting an answer to see where our food was. Requested an update 4 times online to no avail or even acknowledgement & When the food finally arrived the coleslaw was lumpy/sour. ALL of our food was cold. We got diet coke instead of ordinary. The chips were pretty much scraps. Over all a very poor service, poor quality of food and absolutely appalling communication skills. Will not order again and certainly would not recommend.

Didn’t turn up. Placed an order at 19.50 rang back to ask where it was at 21.20 and was told 10 mins, then ignores the phone 22.00 avoid the place absolute time wasters. UPDATE ON THIS ORDER, arrived 22.30 after spending £25 at this place has got to be shotting your money down the drain the burgers were way to dry, and the chips were inedible pure stale like they had been warmed up in the microwave from last week, ordered 2 chocolate brownies with cream the cream was actually sour🤢🤢 every bit of it went in the bin, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN 🤢

Got a Sunday dinner worst I've ever had processed meat frozen puddings bork wouldn't recommend

Terrible Service, absolute rip off! Ordered large parmo, it was tiny and missing items. Rang them up, the lady was rude and unhelpful. I have ordered from them many times but they have lost a customer today

Although the food received was very nice the service was appalling! When ordering through Just Eat I was given the option to purchase a regular or large parmo...I ordered 2 large parmos (at an additional cost). When the parmos arrived one was large the other was considerably smaller so I rang and queried this and was told by the lady who answered that they only serve 1 size parmo... no explanation at all given to why they have two options when ordering on line (this is of course in breach of consumer rights as providing two options is misleading - Eston Labour Grub please read 'The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008' The lady then advised that she would send out a larger parmo and take back the smaller parmo... having already waited for over an hour, I was not prepared to make my children wait any further but nor would they refund me the difference between the small and large parmo (again this is completely against my consumer rights) AND I did not receive my garlic dip...so Eston Labour Grub you are an absolute rip off... I will NEVER order from you again and I will make sure my friends and family also don't order from you again

Absolutely joke of a dinner, never had to go and make my own gravy when av ordered like haha.. terrible was like tap water shouldn’t be ashamed it isn’t hard to make gravy durrr

Ordered the £19.99 meal deal for delivery on what i can appreciate as a busy Friday night. Staff very kindly rang and informed me they had run out of mushroom for the pizza and asked if i would like another topping to replace. Food arrived about 90 mins after placing order which was fine by me been being a Friday. I couldn't fault the food at all .... was hot, tasty and more than enough for the 3 of us. Great food, great value ...not for the first time & will certainly make eston labour grub our 1st call in future

Was getting food from here regularly for the family but last time I rang was told I couldn't order because I couldn't read my mobile number out to her (it was new that day and didn't know it) baring in mind I was ringing them off the number they were wanting from me..... Was just annoying spent a fortune there before that!

Lovely food, piping hot and didnt have to wait to long for delivery. Will order again.

Ordered food Sunday chips where freezing where they'd be sat, the doughnuts tasted stale sopose to come with a dip but came with out spent 15 pound for it to go in the bin as a first time customer was very disappointed

Where do I start, first the driver turned up late with the wrong order. Then I waited some more, then I rang them up and was told my order was leaving. About 20 minutes later (by now we'll over an hour late) the food turned up. Everything was freezing cold, the chips were like leather, crumbs on parmo were wet, chicken kebab was awful. If I could leave negative stars I would. Avoid much better available with much better service.

Ordered chicken kebab came with 5 small pieces of chicken so dry couldn’t even eat it ordered garlic came with yogurt no garlic at all salad wasn’t fresh chips freezing cold won’t be going again 35quid gone in the bin

Had our first takeaway from here tonight and it won't be our last.opted for the family meal absolutely great value for money and delicious.The lady who took my phone order was so pleasant and helpful and the delivery guy was lovely all in all a five star experience Thankyou

Portions weren't too great for the price but thought maybe quality over quantity but no sadly not. We gave it a try and it's not for us maybe a bad night.

So an absolutely amazing cheeseburger. I havnt trued the blue cheese burger yet but I will!. Unbelievably good value for money!. please never change this burger ! Although I would pay an extra £1 for maybe skin on fries perhaps? Bur I beg yah.. never change that burger! Great job guys!.

Just had my first order from here, roast dinner with gammon, should of got the kids and not the adult as couldn’t eat it all 😂, can’t fault it and tastes lovely.
