Nothing to say, the value for money is perfect. It's super practical when you want to eat English when you've just picked up the rental car, after landing at Bristol airport.

A middle review because the food was actually rather good, but some communication skills needed by the staff. Good points: The food was lovely! Honestly a lovely friend breakfast, tasted wonderful. Also had a bacon sandwich for my little one and that too was great with doorstop bread and runny egg. I'd give the food 5 stars. Another good point was when my partner accidentally spilled his coffee within 5 seconds of having it, they kindly gave us another one and brought over tissues and a bin whilst we cleaned it up! Bad point: I booked a table a week before (or so) and explained it was a special occasion. That occasion was telling my partners 8yo that she was going on her FIRST ever holiday, and on a plane. Showing her the airport, the planes. A BIG deal. Great surprise. I told them this. We were told we reserved a table. Great. Got there, no one around. Waited and waited but no one. Looked around and it was somewhat busy but not overly but there was a table, with reserved on it. The only table and it was for 4. So we assumed this must be it. So we sat down. I know, you can say "well you assumed" but there arent many tables and only one was reserved - which i specifically did! Kids comfy, 10 minutes later a member of staff says "sorry you can't sit here, a customer comes every week and thats their table". So I ask "where is ours, we reserved" and his response "don't know" and "can't remember". It's a bit of to and fro to find out where we can sit and he just shrugs and walks off. We find another seat (there were two empty ones), move the kids (including 2yo in high chair and unfortunately away from the window). When 45 minutes later this customer comes in. It's a single gentleman. They made a family of four move, with two small children, because a gentleman wanted his table, a table for four. Now, I'm sure he DOES come in weekly. But when a family reserve, put a reserve sign up. Why was his reservation more important than ours? It really left a bitter taste in our mouth. Because clearly: 1. Our reservation was pointless. 2. The member of staff didn't care. 3. Clearly some people have preferential treatment. Our kids wanted to watch the planes. That's all.

The food and coffee were nice. However, the lady taking the orders is rude and miserable. We've been here twice now, due to cancellations because of the weather. Both times she has been the same. People are spending a lot of money at the flying school. The least she can do is be polite and smile. The sandwiches we bought were nice, as was the accompanying salad.

Went today as partner had been and recommended lovely to watch planes etc I had a chicken, bacon and Mayo wrap which came with chips. The chips had peri salt on which was not nice at all and we were not asked if we wanted it. The wrap had chicken and bacon sandwich filling in which didn’t taste of anything I was at least expecting fresh chicken breast and bacon for £9 don’t think I’ve ever paid for food somewhre and had sandwich filling lol. however my partner had ham egg and chips and did enjoy his however the egg had been fried long and was hard underneath which made it difficult to give to my 10 month old baby. I am now hungry and having to go elsewhere to spend additional money for lunch.I’d advise getting coffee/drink and not any food. 2 high chairs - 1 was covered in food clearly not been wiped down even the one I put my child in wasn’t the cleanest it could’ve been it wasn’t busy in there either so could’ve been done. Breakfast menu looked a lot better. Would never return.

It is not 100% part of Bristol Airport so don’t go there with too much expectations or them to be fast serving if you are in a rush because is not meant to be for the public - it is mainly for the workers and the flight school students, that is why - so if there is no food be considerate and if there is be patient - It is a small little cafe to wait for picking up someone from the airport during the day.

I met up with family at The Flight Lounge today, I haven’t been in here for quite a while, and in the meantime a car park has been built next to it, which does confuse things a bit, but if you follow the signs to Flight School it’s in the same place. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Sunday roast was lovely and you had a choice of either two or three courses. Between us all courses were tried and everyone said how great the food was. This one is full of families with children going on holiday - I have nothing against that, but so need a business lounge and this is the only lounge available. Most of the tables were reserved , we were in there a hour and a half and nobody turned up . A waste of £66 - I shall be asking for a refund , many complained that afternoon , my son wanted a bread roll but yet again there was none , a staff member asked if he was gluten intolerant as that bread was for those customers !

The wine I had to calm my flight nerves was expensive but what else can you expect in a flight lounge? There is a good selection of places to eat, from burgers to more up market meals. We eventually had a burger king but that would never be my first choice although my husband likes them.but we had this because I have slight mobility issues and need to sit down and also cannot use those high stools they have in a lot of the restaurants and bars there. And it was very busy the day and time we flew, I guess it always is, and apart for at Burger King where they had a couple of tables free near the kids play area, the only other place to sit we could see was those high stools that I can't get onto. But we did get a seat and the range of shops and restaurants is good. we were flying to italy which is in the Eu so could not use the duty free and the other shops are pretty expensive, even a packet of cigarettes are more than elsewhere and of course the bottled water is too.But its an OK place to wait for a flight, I've been in far worse. Its got what you need. Places to buy food and drink, toilets and disabled toilets, enough places to sit if you are not eating and drinking etc

You can stay in the lounge for 3 hours and is very cost effect when you consider the price of food and drink in the main area of the airport.

So as you arrive in the airport how much do you spend on food and drink? This is by far the most pleasant way to spend waiting for your flight. Look for offers on line then book, not as expensive as you might think. Everything is then free food and drink including alcohol and you can have as much as you want.GOT TO BE DONE

Sited next to the silver zone car park & overlooking the flying club we had a lovely lunch with our grandson who loves planes & helicopters. Great food, friendly staff, child friendly too. A best kept secret!

Okay, it's a little cheesy naming burgers after planes (no pun intended...cheesy) but that's not a criticism. It's just a fun thing they seem to do, and very fitting for the location. But...BURGER NIGHT!!! WOW!!!If you're a fan of burgers, get down here on Thursdays and you'll have the biggest smile on your face. I'm yet to try the Concorde Burger that has been reviewed below, but everything else I've had has been great!I have now started flying regularly from here, and I'm at the restaurant on a very regular basis. As a result, I feel it a little unfair that I write too many reviews. However, if there's anything amazing or awful, I promise that I'll pop a review on here.To put it simply, I love the food here, and the staff are so friendly. Only criticism, no space for bakewell tart on Burger Night :-(

I was lucky to have bought for me a flying lesson. The club member could have not been more friendly and welcoming. The whole experience was a pure joy.

It was late night at this popular flying club located at Bristol Airport (by the Silver Zone parking) and my daughter and I visited for a meal. Staff are really friendly, lots of aeroplanes around, a beautiful summers evening and pilots to chat to. It's not my first visit to this restaurant, this is just the first time I decided it was awesome enough to review ;-)We both ordered different Burger's, can't remember the name of my daughters burger, but she says it's easily better then Five Guy's ;-)My burger was just perfect, handmade burger, cheese, portobello mushroom, egg, bacon etc w/ salad and hand cut chips. It was just a perfect balance of flavours and a great end to a day. If you're passing by - pop in for dinner prior to dropping your car off at Silver Zone, far better than any airport food and priced perfectly.

Brilliant little cafe.Okay, I admit I'm bias because I love flying. I love one thing more than flying, bakewell tart! Oh my goodness!!! Stunning bakewell tart!!!Sat down with my wife, before my flying lesson, both enjoying a mocha and some of the nicest bakewell tart on the planet, watching planes take off and landing. Really cool experience and very relaxing. The only way this could have been improved, if it was free. After the lesson, I popped back to find my wife tucking into a nice little baked potato and beans, and another slice of bakewell tart sat on a plate waiting for me. Could life get any better?Highly recommended.

My girlfriend an I went here in September as we were informed by a friend of its good food and views of the airport runway. I ordered a large breakfast (for myself) and a tuna mayo baguette for my girlfriend. The Breakfast was superb, well cooked and presented. The baguette was freshly baked and came with a salad garnish and coleslaw which was also great. All in all, with drinks it only came to £10.40!!!Needless to say my friend was right about the views as we saw many Easyjet, Ryanair and Thompson jets landing and taking off. BUT the highlight had to be watching small private jets departing and arriving right in front of the cafe!I highly recommend visiting this place.

Yet another AMAZING brunch/breakfast! This really is the perfect place to go!! Can't imagine where some of the low score feedbacks come from?? Or why? I've been in the hospitality business over 30 years, and what is offered here, is as good as it gets! Great service, great value, and super quality... can not fault it!!! Thank you for the service You provide. And your plants are also super quality, and great value. See you next month... :))

Firstly the bus cafe wasn't open here, and you need to wear a mask to purchase from the shop. They do some lovely produce and the baps are amazing value, it is a proper rustic food lovers paradise. A good selection of meats, pies, fish, vegetables and beers and ciders are available. Nice place to visit, pick up supplies if your passing by, also about the only thing close to the nearby Holiday Inn. Good spot..

Had an excellent breakfast here this morning. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Spotlessly clean and has great decor inside. I am also looking forward to trying the special nights planned. Fish and chips, wine and cheese and a traditional Christmas dinner nearer Christmas. My only moan and groan. I have lost count of the times I have passed these premises and never ventured in. But now I realise, I have been missing out on a little gem. And I'm happy to say, I will be visiting with monotonous regularity from now on.
