Couldnt ask for a better local, staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is top notch. Whether there for a few drinks or some entertainment from the sunday live singer, bingo or the quiz always welcoming. Called last week with grandma and sisters and sat in the lounge, victoria sponge and a latte were lovely. Going above and beyond with cleanliness with regular cleaning and following all rules keeping customers safe.

I grew up with the Flass as my local, moved away about 30 years ago. Called in with my wife and daughter a few weeks ago after visiting Ushaw college. The toasties and drink were delicious and the staff very welcoming

Lovely milkshake and coffee perfect from one fussy coffee drinker. Lovely staff always friendly and asking if you need help. 5 out of 5 stars.

Lovely candlelit afternoon tea on a very cold snowy Sunday. Homemade cakes, sandwiches, scones & trifle and a warm welcome by the lady running the tearoom. A bit of a walk from the centre of Durham i

We came in for cappuccino a number of times as well as a cake. The coffee is super quality, cappuccino made how it ought to be with delicious foam that lasts and cocoa powder dusted on the espresso. B
